Easy to schedule. Good in contacting me on day before and day of service. Showed up on time. Completed job efficiently. Service Tech Noah good at communicating and was pleasant and courteous. Answered all questions. And wore all essentials; mask, gloves, and kept distance, which is very important to me during this time of Covid.

Andrew was great. He was attentive and courteous. Would definitely work with him again.

Josiah was punctual. He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work.

They did not provide an itemized receipt or estimate. After doing some research on the units that were installed, I believe we were charged two thousand dollars an hour for labor. I requested an itemized receipt and was told they don't provide them. I believe we were severely overcharged because our furnace was broken and we didn't have time to check with other companies. Definitely get a second estimate before hiring this company.

Prompt, pleasant and efficient service. Also replaced a system part which was under warranty. Appreciate the service plan through Aquarius, as I would seek their service 2x/year even without it. Adds more peace of mind for the routine needs and confidence that if anything else would go wrong, they will help. They also did recycle two old, non-working dehumidifiers for us and have a recycling program, which is great.

Responded quickly to come out and diagnose our furnace that had just died. After speaking with the dispatcher a technician arrived at our house within 30 minutes. Being that it was going to be about 17 degrees that night the technician left us with two space heaters to hold us over until we could get the furnace replaced. Two days later a crew came out to install the new furnace. These guys were excellent, one of the best crews that I have ever worked with leaving me with a great deal of confidence that the job was done right. From the initial call, the receptionist, the dispatcher, the technician, and the installation crew left me extremely pleased that I made the call to Aquarius and plan to use them in the future.

We called Aquarius to repair our 12 year old, non-working air conditioner. The technician was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed a bad compressor and recommended a replacement system. The cost of that replacement AC was quoted at $6200 to $9700 for the AC only. This seemed high so we called another HVAC company for a second opinion. That second tech came out and diagnosed a bad wire. The problem was diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes for $134 - a lot cheaper than a new system. He also said it would be unusual for this compressor to go bad in 12 years. Side note - I asked for a quote from this other company and was quoted $4700 for a similar system. I also received a third quote from yet another company and that was also in the $5000 range. So overall, I was disappointed in Aquarius and my low rating is based on the fact that the repair was misdiagnosed which could have caused us to spend a lot of money on a new system that we did not need which was priced a lot higher than the two other quotes I received. I did ask for a refund for the inaccurate $98 service call but have not received any reply. Lesson learned - get a second opinion and shop around. Oh yea, we chose Aquarius to start with because they (formerly Kath) had installed this system and we did have good luck in the past with Kath.

All went well. My system needs to be replaced and they are estimating the replacement cost.

My gas furnace was showing a code indicating the flame sensor needed cleaning. (The furnace had failed to kick in three times over the course of a month.) I contacted the company I bought my furnace from about 19 years ago, and was re-directed to Aquarius Home Services. Their technician inspected the furnace. He indicated high temperature stress on the heat exchanger, high CO levels at light-off, and CO remaining high for a couple minutes. He told me he could not leave the furnace on when he left, due to safety concerns. I had the feeling the technician was leading me toward replacing the furnace. I told him I did not want to be pressured, and needed time to do research before I made any decisions. He gave me a quote for a new furnace, and soon said they could install one the following day. He even called the salesperson and introduced us over the phone. I told them several times that I did not want to feel pressured. To get bids for furnace replacement, I started with a family owned and operated HVAC company in business for 45+ years. The salesperson stressed that they never push anyone to buy a furnace. He indicated that it might be a good idea to have another inspection before I made any decisions. A second inspection showed that the furnace is operating properly, with CO levels in the safe range. They also found that the Aquarius technician had not cleaned the flame sensor, which was the original problem. I feel Aquarius was not being honest with me about their assessment of my furnace’s condition, so I asked them to refund the $99. service charge. The salesperson told me he would see what he could do, and call me back. As of yet he has not called back.

Great work - we couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase Kinetico water softener system from Aquarius.

The only model thermostat they offered was high priced ( $350 plus installation or $453 total), High tech, WiFi link to smartphone, programmable. I told him I wanted a simpler model and was told the only other option was more complicated and more expensive and that "this is how thermostats are now". I told him I was upset, but had no other options. I now know this was 'extortion' , since other simpler models are still available and would have been better suited to this senior citizen. A furnace cleaning the same month prompted a list of things I should buy despite the furnace passing it's tests.....be prepared for a sales pitch. They did come promptly and were polite. I will not hire them again.

The service technician Jake Anderson stopped by our home to service our Kinetico water system. He arrived on time for the appointment and was overall very friendly and professional. I appreciated the floor mat he put down outside our front door. He explained many things to me to more easily understand the water test results for example. He showed me the used filter and took the effort to put covers over his shoes to protect our floor/carpet. Everything went well even with our two dogs barking around him. Thanks!

New Furnace and Air - Friendly knowledgeable installers (Mick and Kevin) - would hire again.

I our previous home we had a Kinetico softener for about twenty years with no problems. With this one, we have had 3 or 4 service calls in about a year. Hopefully we will have no future problems. The service is great, but we continually seem to have problems.

Very good. Came on time and work done quickly. Everything is properly installed and is working so much better than our old system.

The installation went well and the system has been working very well for the last 2 plus years. The maintenance has been timely and there have been no operational issues.

Figured it out quickly and fixed us up. Gave us a lot of helpful information about our water heater which will need to be replaced in the future (it's 28 years old).

Better than I thought was possible! The cost included the service call and the water heater and installation. The cost for service call was deducted from the install.

Our technician, Mike C tried and tried everything to solve the r/o noise/vibration in the pipes but could not. After 5 or more tries, we asked him to just take the r/o out of the kitchen sink and install the original faucet. He did not remember how to install our original $300 + instant hot water faucet, so he just left the faucet Kinetico insisted we install. We asked for a credit - but a month later have not heard anything from Kinetico or the original salesman, Todd Eklund. Our water tastes great now, but we did not get all that we paid for.

Very well - will request service from provider in the future.
