Technician did a fantastic job on GEO THERM HEATING trouble shooting issue.. We took pictures of problem. His communication skills A + .. honest, knowledge ,integrity, price.. choices..

I just signed up for the Heating & Air service. They will be out on the spring to service the air.

Furnace died overnight on the coldest morning we've had. A tech was here by 8:00 a.m., we had a new furnace ordered by noon and installed the next day. SO impressed by all of Aquararius' technitioans - polite, friendly, professional, and great work. They go the extra mile.

We had a humidifier installed. They installed it quickly and professionally. The installer Jimmy was very helpful and even gave me a couple pointers in regards to installing a wifi thermostat. I've always had great experiences with Kath/Aquarius home services and will definitely use them again.

The customer service that Aquarius offers is very good! The technician who came out to diagnose our issues was very professional and was very thorough. It was extremely cold at the time and our furnace was not safe to run and Aquarius provided us complimentary space heaters to keep our house warm and comfortable. The part that caused me to rate our experience an A vs a B would be when it came time to talk through our options on replacing our furnace. We felt the experience was more like buying a used car than talking about replacing the system that keeps our home comfortably safe. The price started very high and we were then given all the "discounts" they were making "available" to us. I would suggest that when giving customers their options just start with the best price you have available to give them. That played a part in why we chose to go with a different company for the work.

If you want it done right, these are the ladies and gentlemen who get it done. Whether it's their water services or their HVAC, they get it done right time and again... Their owner Jeff is hands-on, and it's impossible to articulate how helpful he is! They'll get my business over and over...

Very happy with the work. Have been customer for 10+ years. Always courteous and cleans up work after themselves. Products that we have purchased from them have been hassle free. When our furnace went out, I called them in the late morning for service and they had a repairman at our home a few hours later. Also didn’t hurt that we are paying monthly service contract for our softener as my husband and I can’t carry the salt bags anymore.

Excellent!! We were so impressed by Cory and amazed he and his team could perform work the same day. Husband and I relocated to Wisconsin from Alaska in June 2018. Hot water heater in house we bought brand new 9/2017. It broke and warranty didn’t transfer to new owners. Cory commented install in old unit not done by professionals. When work completed on new unit, it was like comparing a duct taped wreck to a sleek sports-car ! Excellent Plus job!! Cannot say enough thanks for kindness to us, Husband and I of 48 years feel Blessed Cory was our Professional. 💕

Easy to schedule. Good in contacting me on day before and day of service. Showed up on time. Completed job efficiently. Service Tech Noah good at communicating and was pleasant and courteous. Answered all questions. And wore all essentials; mask, gloves, and kept distance, which is very important to me during this time of Covid.

Josiah was punctual. He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work.

They did not provide an itemized receipt or estimate. After doing some research on the units that were installed, I believe we were charged two thousand dollars an hour for labor. I requested an itemized receipt and was told they don't provide them. I believe we were severely overcharged because our furnace was broken and we didn't have time to check with other companies. Definitely get a second estimate before hiring this company.

Prompt, pleasant and efficient service. Also replaced a system part which was under warranty. Appreciate the service plan through Aquarius, as I would seek their service 2x/year even without it. Adds more peace of mind for the routine needs and confidence that if anything else would go wrong, they will help. They also did recycle two old, non-working dehumidifiers for us and have a recycling program, which is great.
