All was great!

It turned out good. They did a good job. The inspector came out and inspected it and he ordered what needed to be changed and they came right back and brought it up to what the inspector wanted. I had them put in a water softener I think about 9-1/2 years ago and I never had them out for anything. The warranty was about to expire and they came out and serviced it. I think the warranty has just expired but they came out anyway, checked it over, serviced it, didn't charge me a penny. I've been really happy with them. Aquarius is a little expensive.

We have them for a long time and they've done a good job. One thing we like about them is they give us reminders when we need to put new filters for our drinking water.

It went well. They are a little expensive but they are worth it.

Erik checked everything out and found that there was nothing wrong with the system. He didn't charge me the $89 service call because I wasn't quoted that over the phone. Even though nothing seemed amiss with my system, he tested the water and found that it was good -- this gave me great peace of mind. Time after time after time after time, I've gotten nothing but AMAZING service and support from the folks at Aquarius; they're the only ones that I call for servicing my water softener, drinking system, and water heater (all three of which I purchased from them). They first try to help me over the phone before sending someone out. The products I've bought from them are top notch. Aquarius is LIGHT YEARS AHEAD of their competitor in the south metro area, who I felt were not completely honest and trustworthy.

Dave has been at my house several times for many jobs with the recent updating I'm doing. He is always on time and never seems rushed while working, but is efficient at the same time. He does the job right and doesn't skimp on quality. Dave is very professional, neat and cleans up after his work, offers good ideas when I ask his opinion. Very pleasant and good guy to work with.

I no longer recommend Kinetico to my friends after this last service call. My water softener system and drinking system are both less than four years old yet I have spent over $300 in repairs. My latest service call was to replace the salt brine tank. It had to be replaced because it was "frozen" because I used a salt the tank had not been set up for. It does bother me that no one had ever mentioned or wrote down what salt I should or should not be using in the system when it was installed. I just bought the salt I knew from our last home. I also found out another service call I had paid for had been under a recall, so naturally I called Aquarius to question charges. I was told I received a "free" $89 service call and that is why I didn't receive anything for that recall. When I questioned further, the ?free? service call was when Aquarius had come out to find out why my water softener was not softening the water. Nothing had been done at that visit except tell me I needed a new salt brine tank and someone from Aquarius would call to set up an appointment to install that new tank, which by the way, a week later, I had to call Aquarius and set that appointment up. Still happy with my Kinetico systems (now that it is back working), just not all the money I have had to pay for the repairs.

We contacted Aquarius Water Conditioning & Plumbing Inc. The sales representative who came out to our home was Derek and he did a very professional presentation of his company's products and services. He tested our water and asked us about our typical water use. Based on our input and his explanation of his products we concluded that the Kinetico 2060 system would best fit our needs. Derek helped arrange a financing option for us and advised we could set up an installation date the next day. I had a question about a promotional offer the next day and spoke to Eric in the sales department. He resolved our question very quickly and satisfactorily and made room in his company's busy schedule to have the system installed the next day. Joe was the installation tech who came to our home promptly the next day. Joe obviously knows his stuff and had the system installed in less than two hours. Despite a minor mishap in removing our old system, the system was installed and the instructions explained to us in easy to understand language. We are very pleased with our new water softening system and would not hesitate to recommend Aquarius to anyone in need of a water softener system.

Called Kinetico to request in-home consultation. Was contacted the next business day and made appointment for 2 days later. Travis was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff! He suggested some first steps that we could take on our own, suggested we follow up with the city regarding our concerns, and let us know how Kinetico might be able to help if those two approaches didn't resolve our issue. Was very upfront that our situation was a bit unique and might not be suitable for Kinetico systems but was willing to work with us to test a system out with a trial period. He was genuinely interested in helping us find a solution that fit our specific problem.

Expensive, but well worth it. The work was excellent, and he fixed some pipes from the previous installation. Picture of neatness! The water is perfect now.

Mark, the salesman, gave an excellent presentation which helped me understand how the system worked and the benefits of it without any undue pressure that I must buy NOW. Derrick, the installer, was on time and efficient, and did an excellent job of removing the old equipment and setting up the new and explaining all I need to know about maintaining my system for years, including changing filters, etc., if I wished to do so myself.

I talked with salesman at the State Fair, they called me to set up a time to do water sampling. He was very prompt and gave demonstration of their product, could not have afford to buy outright so he gave me the rental option. The installation went smoothly with no problems. Technician gave explanation of how to change filter 1x a year and when to re-fill salt. He was very professional, prompt and allowed me to leave for a short time and called me when he needed me to be back. Everything is running smoothly.

It went very well. I have no complaints whatsoever!

The salesguy was professional and helpful. We were able to get a deal by purchasing a used unit. I think that the softener itself uses much more salt than was purported by the salesman, but other than that, it was installed quickly and well. The guy even came back to test our water again.

They were very good. I'm glad that we went with them. They were really honest about everything, they were straightforward and weren't trying to hide anything, and their workmanship was the best I've ever had. They finished the job.

They were prompt and did their job well. They were good. Their price was neutral.

It went very well. He did a very professional job. Was clean and worked arround all our junk in the bacement.

Worker installed unit. Prompt. The only thing, and the installer does not work for them anymore (he was fired) is the installer himself was trying to have me do work on side without this companies knowledge. Stated had his own business doing things without being properly licensed in this state (MN). I did check him out and called him on it. Promptly reported this to his employer. Installer did smoke on the job which I did not care for and he was not to be doing this. Was also using the company vehicle to do his on the side business. Otherwise, the company I would recommend.

Craig was very informative, answered all my questions, and was very courteous (laid out the facts, offered a financing option, no high pressure sales tactics). He even wore over-the-shoe booties (policy for this company) when he entered my home! I am unable to afford a water filter system at this time, but am saving up to get one of theirs in the future.

Our total experience was excellent. We called and received a sales appt in our home within 48 hours. Our sales person, Steve Bell, was on time, very professional and personable and provided all the information we needed to make our final decision. He tested our water and gave us the results and what they meant. He also had an informative very short presentation on his laptop that was helpful. It was not at all a "hardsell" or "you need to make the decision now" presentation. We had a few questions that he needed to get back to us on and his follow through was excellent. Joe, installer, was the best worker/contracter we have ever had in our home. His professionalism and knowledge were great and he took the time to give us thorough instruction on operation and answered questions well. We have only had the water softener for 3 weeks, but so far, everything is working well and we are extremely satisfied.

The work went very well. They put a new faucet on, and the flow is much better. The person who came out explained everything that he was going to do, including the cost and the rebate, as well as upgrade options. I like my system!

Called the company and the receptionist kindly set us an appointment with a sales representative at a convenient time for us. The sales representative came to the home to test the hardness of the water and gave us his sales spiel. He gave us some options and quote and had us fill out the forms. It seemed he expected us to make a decision then and there. We did not and it felt as if he was little frustrated with that. We wanted the Kinetico model, but wasn't ready at that time to buy. He took the forms with him along with the pricing and left. The sales rep called us a couple times from then to follow up, but we were not yet ready to buy. Months later we were finally ready to purchase the softener and recontacted the company since they were the closest to the area and after looking on the BBB, they had some stellar reviews. We called the rep and he gave us the quote he gave us earlier with $100 off (like before) and 4 bags of salt. He mentioned that the prices went up, but he was still going to honor the price he gave us on his initial quote. Since the fax wasn't working he stopped by the home again and we filled out the paperwork. It seemed like he was rushing to make the installation appointment as if time was running out. He also questioned our availability as to why we weren't available on certain days or if we were going out of town. It seemed kinda creepy since it really isn't anyone's business especially for security reasons. Well, we decided to get the installation done the next day, so we can get it done and over with. The experience with the Install Technician was more comfortable. He was very courteous and friendly. He gave me an estimate how long it would take (~2 hours) and he finished the installation without a hitch. The installation and the end result, I could not be happier! So other than creepy sales approach, the rest of the experience was wonderful and we now have soft water.

SALES REP AND TECHNICIAN WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. WE LOVE THE WATER AND ARE HAPPY IT IS SO EFFICIENT, USES ONLY 7 GALLONS OF WATER AND 1 LB OF SALT FOR REGENERATION. HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH A SMALL LEAK ON ONE OF THE PIPES AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE CALL. PRODUCT IS VERY PRICY BUT SINCE WE HAVE A SEPTIC SYSTEM WE THINK IT'S WORTH IT IN THE LONG RUN. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY PARENTS!

VERY FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. I LOVE KINETICO AND HAVE HAD ONE FOR OVER 21 YEARS WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF SERVICE CALLS NECESSARY. AQUARIUS HANDLED THE REPAIRS AND WERE VERY HELPFUL THEY WERE UP FRONT ON WHAT REPAIRS COST. ONLY WHEN THE COST AND FREQUENCY OF REPAIR BEGAN TO EXCEED THE COST OF NEW INSTALLATION DID THEY RECOMMEND A NEW UNIT.

GREAT! THEY ARRIVED AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND INSTALLED THE SYSTEM. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK REGARDING ISSUES AROUND OUR WATER PRESSURE, THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND SENT A PERSON OUT WITHIN A DAY.
