Very well. I purchased a new filter - that was it. Great customer servicer - always with Aquarius people.

I was pleased that we seem to be able to keep this problem under control with temperature, rather than having to treat the water with chlorine and empty the system.

Salesman was professional and punctual, he called prior to arrival, fully explained the product and ensured that all of our questions were answered. Service tech was also punctual, he called before arriving and took the time to explain what he was doing, answered additional questions and ensured that we knew how the system and maintenance worked prior to departing. The system is functioning without issues so we are pleased with the product. The overall cost was more than we had anticipated, approximately $5200, however, the level of service really cannot be beat. From the salesman to the technician to the folks who work in the office, everyone has been responsive and pleasant to work with. You do get what you pay for and in this case, the company and personnel delivered. Their other reviews online reflect the same sentiments as ours and would use them for other future products.

Ok, the softener is great, they just forgot to replace the filter and had to come back.

they called to get information. I was told that it would cost around $70 for someone to look at it. I asked for an estimate as the last time I had a plumber out it would have cost $800 for a different project. I was told that they thought it would be about $200. I told the person that if she could find someone to do it for $200 we would use them. I got no return call

They are always helpful and friendly every time they come out.

The overall experience was very good starting with the sale. Craig was very knowledgable and professional. He was very thorough in explaining the quality of our water and what options would address our concerns. The installation of our water conditioning system was performed in less than 24 hours. I was surprised when I received a call the very next morning and was told that the system could be installed that day. I later learned that Mike, our installation technician, actually provided the service on what was supposed to be his day off. All of the employees at Aquarius exceeded my expectations and are truly dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Mike was professional, courteous and thoroughly cleaned the site before leaving. The workmanship was first class. Mike did a very good job explaining how the system worked and demonstrated how to properly maintain the system to insure years of peak performance. Our water conditioning system is working flawllessly and we are very happy with the results of our purchase.

They sent a salesman that told me what I needed and told me about the product. Then they sent out a technician to install it. The first one that they put in, only part of the water was soft. They came out to check it and it had a defect. They took that one out, when they took it out, they didn't shut the water off properly, so it flooded one room in my house. I felt bad for the guy because, he was trying really hard. He had to soak up all of the water. They did give me $500 off of the total cost because, of the damages that they did. Then after they installed the next one, it still wasn't softening all of the water going through the pipes. He came out again and finally figured out the problem. It took them six visits and five guys to get it right. Now, I haven't heard from them and I know I need a new filter for my drinking water system, but I'm scared to call them. They did come back and correct it. They are OK.

We paid for the sink and clinical water. I'm still in the process of installing it. The only thing wrong with this water softener, I don't think the instructions are clear. This was three or four weeks ago. I would use them again in the future.

It hasn't gone very well with them. Its surprising to us too because I think they have got a really good reputation. We've had some troubles some of which was communication. Actually the water softener system they put in just hasn't performed up to the standards we thought it was going to, its using a lot more soap than they said it was going to. There was followup on work that was supposed to be done. For that last service they did, they were supposed to do it for nothing but they ended up billing us for like 275 dollars. We have to call them to see if we can straighten the bill out. They put the system in but the city inspector said that it needed to be a vented system so they had to come back out and re-vent it. They are the only ones that have this product that works the best. They can improve on their punctuality in returning their phone calls and setting up appointments and they could when you do have problems, be more helpful in getting some kind of like return a benefit back or return services because of the problems.

The service was good, but I am very disappointed with the product. We had to replace the entire system just after the warranty expired. When it was sold to us, we were told it was the gold standard for water filtration - and the price reflected it. I was very upset to learn we needed to replace the system so quickly, especially since the warranty had recently expired.

Joseph K. was very polite and professional. He's the type of person I'd hire for our company. He gave me suggestions for possible upgrades but was not pushy. I will use this company and request him moving forward for any repairs and/or upgrades.

It went extremely well; better than my expectations since I have a tendency to be skeptical about making sizable investments regarding equipment with which I am not fully familiar. Eric actually showed me what was wrong. He tested my water with a "portable lab" system, but then we went down to the basement and he literally took my softer apart and showed me the condition of the media beads - which instead of being a golden color, were coated black. He also showed me that about two cubic feet of media was missing! He checked the setting of the unit, and showed what they were versus what they should have been. Finally he showed me how difficult it was to turn the control dial which a small motor must do to cycle the unit through the flushing cycle. By the end of his visit, I was convinced I had a real problem. Eric gave me all the options, including the features and benefits of each. Even though he said I could have the unit reconditioned and have a warranty (shorter than on a new unit) on its performance, I opted for a new unit with the longer warranty and electricity free operation.

Called before arriving. Explained scope of job and cost. Finished the work within the stated time and cleaned up. Also explained the operation of the new water heater and the alterations to the house plumbing. Removed the old water heater and associated parts.

I was quickly scheduled for a system check and it was free even though I was a few weeks past my expiration date. Joe was really friendly and called before arriving. He basically just needed to check the water quality which only took a few moments. I pointed out a sound that the system was making and he patiently explained what was causing the noise and that the 'part' that was making the noise was not a separate one that could be replaced. It was actually molded into the system. He assured me that it didn't mean the system was breaking down. He mentioned that they had a new system we could upgrade to - but given that we were getting our house ready to sell - it wouldn't make sense to do an upgrade. He then willingly took a quick look at our water softener system the make sure it was working properly. The whole visit only took about 20 minutes. We've had our system for over 5 years and I really appreciate how friendly the staff is, how knowledgeable the technicians are, and how quickly they respond.

Tim came out to check our water, and to give us an estimate for a water softener and a water heater. He was thorough, efficient, and personable. All the particulars of having the work scheduled went smoothly. The company answered phone calls in a timely manner, and all our questions as regards maintenance, etc., were answered thoroughly and cheerfully. Everyone we talked with were friendly, responsive, and professional! Mike did the installation, and he did an excellent job. We could tell he cared about his work. We knew a Kinetico water softener was more expensive, but we really liked that it was non-electric which saves electricity and salt?especially in the long-run. Their softener regenerates only when water is needed. Also, the non-electric water softener unit is dependable, and requires less maintenance which we also really liked. We believe all of the above saves us money in the long run. We are delighted with our new non-electric water softener, and?of course?we?re grateful to have a new water heater. Aquarius Water Conditioning did an excellent job all the way around.

The technician was on time and called when he was 20 minutes out and was very friendly when he came to the house and throughout the appointment. Our water was tested and slight adjustments were made to the units. The filter was replaced and salt container filled as well during the visit. The technician was knowledgeable, thorough and polite. This service was our second contact with this service provider, the first was the initial installation. The water softener and R/O filters perform wonderfully and Aquarius is pleasurable to conduct business with. Aquarius is a first rate organization. Making appointments is very easy and the receptionist is kind and responsive. Aquarius called a day or two before to remind us of our appointment. Overall fantastic service.

Arrived on time. Called 15 min before arrival. Introduced himself. Did not waste any time. Got straight to the task at had, while explaining what he was doing. Answered all the questions. cleaned up any water spills. performed an excellent job.If need arises, I would certainly call him again. I will strongly recommend Justin's service based on my one time experience. Justin has a very pleasant personality. performed his job with a smile. Excellent work. Why did I give a B for responsiveness? It is not Justin's fault. We had scheduled an appointment before that was cancelled on the day of the appointment due some "emergency".

I pay monthly. I think it's around $22 a month. It comes with all the salt for the water softener. Their service is above average. They're nice. They are on time and they seem to run the business pretty well. They're very courteous and very friendly. They have Kinetico which takes out all impurities. Other places leave some things that are like Fluoride or whatever. The main reason I go to them is because they're the ones that put in my water purification system. So I just stuck with them because they're the local distributor that specialize in Kinetico. They seem pretty busy. It's hard to get on our schedule.

I've been using them for years. They do a great job. Their product is pretty reliable so we haven't had a lot of service calls.

They fixed it fine. When we called them they came out the next day. They did a great job of repairing.

It was fine. I have no complaints. They were very punctual and they do great work. Their price was pretty much in the ballpark like everybody else.

They did take good care of it and I didn't have to worry about it.
