Sebastians Carpet Care

They were great. Came on time and got their work done quickly. We had lots of stains in one room in particular...all of them are now GONE! AMAZING! And, no chemicals were used...no smells, crunchy carpet, etc that comes with the chemical use. We are very happy with their work.

I walked through with him while he shined the black light on the carpet. It was easier to see where the urine stains were after seeing them under the black light. He let me know what the different options would be as far as cleaning the carpet. They could just clean it, but the carpet pad would probably continue to stink. They could come back another day, pull back the carpet and replace sections of the pad and paint killz onto the cement to block some of the odors, or we might just choose to replace the entire carpet. I wanted to make the decision with my husband, so I did not have him perform any cleaning services that day. However, it was very helpful to have my questions answered and gain some knowledge about the best way to remove the urine odor. My husband decided to replace parts of the carpet pad himself. He didn't replace every section but just very large sections. It was amazing how disgusting the old carpet pad really was. Since replacing the worst sections of it, the smell is about gone. My husband also rented a carpet cleaning machine from one of the large, chain hardware stores. The carpet will last us a few more years, until we decide to replace it or get a different type of flooring. Despite turning this into a DIY project, we could recommend and hire Sebastian's Carpet Care again. They could have chosen to lie about the issue or tried to talk us into getting the carpet cleaned anyways but instead they were very honest about what was happening with our carpet. They provided us with very valuable information. They were experts in their field, not salesmen and for this I would hire/recommend them again. Thank you!

We've used another carpet cleaner a couple times before & had no complaints, but we found on Angie's List that Sebastian's had the best reviews and we called there. The telephone receptionist was unhurried, well-spoken, and knowledgable. The gentleman who performed the service, Nate, was clean, curteous and couldn't have done a better job. Price was exactly what we expected. Nate even pointed out a defect in the carpeting at one corner, and offered to fix it, and did fix it in about 10 minutes at no extra charge. BEST job ever.

Our carpet hadn't been cleaned for some time. We'd been holding off on cleaning it especially over winter because of the possible toxins in carpet cleaning products, and not being able to open windows. I called Sebastian's Carpet Care, and spoke with Karen, who took the time for all my questions about environmentally friendly products, and their method of cleaning. She explained that their products are environmentally safe and considered green products including offering a hypoallergenic finish and green pre-treatment. The price we paid matched Karen's estimate exactly. I called Karen back with other questions and she was very accommodating. On the day of the job, Nathan arrived early and called ahead to ensure that the earlier time was okay. Nathan took plenty of time to assess our carpet cleaning needs, explain his products, and other nuances about carpet cleaning such as PH, disinfectant, and hot water extraction.. He was extremely knowledgeable about many environmental and other aspects of carpet cleaning and took the time to explain them. The living room carpet was so stained in spots that we thought it would have to be replaced. After talking with Nathan, we decided to go ahead with the cleaning of the living room area even though there were several slightly burned/melted spots from fireplace sparks and the pet urine spots. The cleaning job was so excellent that the living room carpet looked almost new, which is amazing for a 10 years plus old carpet. After the cleaning, the pet stains were no longer present in the living room, and Nathan was able to repair the melted spots so that they are no longer noticeable. Nathan was also extremely friendly and brought a breath of fresh air to our home with his cheerfulness and excellent carpet cleaning. The price matched his bid. I'm so happy to have found Sebastian's Carpet Care on Angie's List.

We had some dried spray paint in the carpet which transferred off of a dirty tarp. We also had an area where cat litter had worked into the carpet. We tried cleaning both areas with store-bought cleaners and failed. Sebastians was able to clean both areas perfectly.

Great! Service and quality was excellent. I needed help on short notice and they worked with me to squeeze it in. Job was well done and I'll recommend them to anyone.

They arrived alittle early -- I showed them our carpet stains -- they said ok - and off to work they went -- did an outstanding job.

Our dog redecorated our living and dining rooms on Monday night. Using Angie's List we contacted Sebastian's on Tuesday morning. They worked us in between appointments on Wednesday and the young man who showed up, Nate, very carefully restored the carpet to its normal color, explained everything he was doing, and gave us some pointers if the dog tries again. (Dog is fine, by the way). Nate arrived early and left only after ensuring that we were satisfied with the service.

Contacted Sebastian's to clean our sofa. He was on time for the appointment and very careful to cover up the surrounding area. He did a great job and was friendly to boot! We will definitely contact for future cleaning needs!

We are big fans of Sebastian's Carpet Care. We've had them cleaning our carpet for several years now and they do a great job. They are always on time, offer a reasonable price on the cleaning and do an excellent job of cleaning our carpet. We've had to have them in more frequently as our dog gets older and has had accidents. Nate and TJ tackle each project professionally and give good tips on carpet care.

They cleaned it all up, and went back and cleaned a stain that they didn't notice the first time around. They were very complete, and I was excited by their work and commitment.

It went fantastic! When I called Nathan for an estimate he was very professional and answered all my questions. I was afraid our hallway carpet was so worn and soiled that we would need to replace it, however, Nathan assured me I would be pleased with his work and he was right. He took plenty of time on the telephone setting up the appointment and then called the day before the appointment to confirm the time with me. He was on time and immediately we could tell he knew the carpet cleaning business well. He first did a walk-through with us and listened attentively to our concerns.He clearly explained how he would handle certain spots and immediately went to work. My husband and I were impressed with his work ethic. He was very careful and even had corner protectors set up so that his hose would not damage any of our painted surfaces. We also noted his cell phone rang several times and he patiently set up new appointments and answered questions while still working on our carpets without giving the person on the phone the impression that he was too busy to talk. I had forgotten that we had an area rug in our family room and he was not annoyed. We had teenagers with soda pop stains that seemed to ruin the rug and he made it look brand new when he finished. He was very efficient and very pleasant. We are so astonished that he got the worn, soiled path in our hallway and stairs cleaned beautifully. Thanks to Nathan we don't have to replace that once ugly area. We are having a wedding open house at our home and Nathan made all our carpets look like new. We will definitely call him again and are happy to recommend him to our friends.

These guys are great. I left a message on their answering machine and they called back same day. They were busy but still managed to accommodate the day I needed. The day of the appointment, they called asking if they could come an hour early as they were running ahead of schedule. I was out running errands, but planned on being home in 1/2 hour and that worked fine for them. Once here, they asked me to show any trouble spots and asked what furniture I wanted moved, etc. I had a nasty stain I wasn't able to remove myself, so I pointed that out along with the furniture pieces I needed moved. They started working. Hour and a half later the job was completed. Stain was gone and carpet looked great. They gave me a sheet on what to use to remove common stains and also told me I could walk on the carpet without damage while it was drying. Also gave me instructions on when to move furniture back, etc. Very polite, professional service. Very happy with Sebastian's and the results. I do recommend them to my family and friends.

They gave us a very good price through Angie's List. I liked their quality of service. They got the carpets really nice and clean. They pay attention to what we need in this particular place which is probably different from any other place. Their responsiveness was terrific, punctuality was very good and professionalism was outstanding.

Overall our 4,500 sq foot house was cleaned from top to bottom. Pet abused areas were giving special treatment on 3 separate occasions. I think it was worth $750 to clean all the carpets- cheaper than ripping them all out for now.

I called and got Nathan (who I think is the owner of the business). I explained that I needed two areas cleaned, the basement carpet and the carpet to our 2nd floor. He asked whether there were any particular stains that needed removing and what they were. I explained that there were a couple of very old rust stains and a dark hair dye stain. He said that he thought he could get most of the rust stains out but that the hair dye could be tough. Nathan gave me an initial service date of about two weeks out but I explained that I was hoping to get it done sooner because we were putting our house on the market. He juggled his schedule a bit and came out within five days. Nathan called ahead and arrived right when he said he would. He cleaned both carpets and got most of the rust stains out (couldn't really do anything with the hair dye, as we suspected). The price was exactly what he had quoted me over the phone. We will certainly call him the next time we have any carpet cleaning done. I never knew it was so quick and painless.

After 3-4 weeks, stains started to reappear. He said he would come back out, but he never did. Now he won't return my calls.

I have an off white sofa, chair and ottoman which needed an overall cleaning. Sebastian Carpet Care showed up on time and performed all work as promised and I couldn't be happier! The furniture looks bright and fresh. My experience with this company was great from the start; all my questions were answered and they were very polite and professional, both on the phone and in person. I will definitely use them again for upholstery cleaning.

I used them a couple of times, and I love them. They do exactly what they tell you they're going to do. They're quite personable. Not this past time, but the time before, the fellow that came out was incredible. He took it as a challenge to clean my stairs. He did an incredible job.

T.C. returned my call right away and set up a time to come. The quality of the cleaning was excellent, price was reasonable and the man who did the work was very competent, professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. I would definitely use them again.

Nathan provided a quote on the phone and then gave me a 20% discount for being an Angie's List customer. We discussed a start time because i was also scheduling window washing and movers the same day. We agreed on a time where he'd have to let himself into the house with a garage code. I stopped in once during the middle of cleaning, left to run errands, and then got back just as he was finishing. He did an outstanding job! There were several large pieces that he moved to clean underneath. The furniture that remained in the house was put on blocks while the carpet dried. The higher-quality carpet looked close to new. The lower-quality carpet looked much better, but the high traffic residue was ground into the mat. Nathan took the time to explain the differences in carpet and how to keep them clean. I highly recommend this vendor and especially Nathan. The people who bought my house were thrilled with how it looked.

I got them off Angie's list. They had an advertisement in Angie's list and a coupon. They were pleasant and I'm very pleased with their quality of work. I was very very happy with them and I would call them again in the future if I need to get my carpets cleaned.
