I have used Sebastion's pretty consistently for approximately 20 years. Sebastion is the owner and operator. On one occasion, I have used the biggest company in town and on another a popular company that advertises on radio with a groupon. Very bad idea! The first, I had to call Sebastion's to come out and clean up the mess--a really soggy carpet, and the coupon was useless because the carpet was still dirty and included some expensive "upgrades" that did nothing. Sebastion does what quotes. On a cold and snowy day, he was meticulously neat and sealed around the front door to keep the cold air out. I had a huge red wine stain from visitors on a very light colored carpet. I called Sebastion and he came the next day to work on the stain. Afterwards, it was almost invisible if you didn't know it was there, and disappeared completely when he came out three days later to do all the mentioned rooms. While Sebastion was here, I noticed a big food stain on a newly re-appolstered dining room chair when I moved it out of the way. Sebastion cleaned that for free. I have learned my lesson and will only use Sebastion's. The two "deals" were no deal at all, because of poor quality work and some "creative pricing".

I can't say enough about the top notch quality this company provides. We probably shouldn't have waited as long as we did, making some of the stains (dog included) a tad more challenging, but Nathan took on the task and did an excellent job of restoring our carpets to freshness and stain free. I didn't think our high traffic areas, stairs, could actually look presentable again, but they look new now. Amazing job.

Have worked with Nathan at Sebastian's carpet care on several other occasions. His work has been exceptional in all regards: simple scheduling, excellent communications and a mastery of his craft. Three bedrooms, hallway, loft, stairs and family room all needed a cleaning. Scheduling was very simple with a follow up reminder call the week-of service. Nathan called 30 minutes prior to appointment and provided an ETA which was exactly as scheduled. When arrived, Nathan did a look-over of all areas to be cleaned, addressed any special cleaning needs and provided an exact cost of services. Time needed to perform services was approximately 2.5 hours. Provided instructions for proper drying of all areas cleaned, collected payment and was on his way. Carpets needed about 3 hours to dry to the touch with the help of area fans and look beautiful.

I contacted Sebastian's Carpet Care to get a quote on cleaning our basement carpet. The person on the phone stated that they could not give me a quote until they saw the carpet, but did give me a price range since I had the square footage. I was satisfied with the price range and scheduled the work. They called a before days before the appointment to confirm they had us on the schedule. Nathan showed up a bit early and did a great job. The price was close to the phone estimate. We will use Sebastian's again.

It went wonderful, Nathan is very good. Very cautious about telling people what needs to do. He was able to remove red wine stain from the white sofa and white carpet. He is very professional, pleasant and friendly!

Exceptional work! Heavy staining was removed...this is professional work, with personal, respectful service. I have used him several times and always had the same result. Last year I used A-1 and was insulted by one staff member and afterwards was displeased with the job. Do not use anyone else

Beautifully! Nathan was efficient, and the carpets look new again. We had used Zerorez 3 times before, but were concerned that their cleaning seemed to cause our carpet to stretch, causing buckling. A friend told me about Sebastian, and I am so glad she did. GREAT WORK! Very reasonable, too.

Nathan always does a great job, is very professional and his prices are extrmemely reasonable.

I've used them a number of times and he always does a great job AND significantly less expensive than compaines like zerorez. I do have a dog with seperation anxiety and pees on the carpet frequently. Some of the stains will never come up no matter who cleans them. Nathan does a great job and is very upfront about results.

It went well. He performed a minor miracle on the carpets. The couch just needed "freshening." This service is in demand, so expect to wait for an appointment.

We had pets stains and they did a excellent job removing them. The price is high but it is very worth it. He was very thorough, explains what he is doing. Informed me on what not to do while cleaning carpets on your own. They are very busy so there are wait times at moments.

He inspected the carpet and asked about the origin of the stains. We have a very light colored carpet that is fifteen years old. The kids and the pets really leave a lot of dirt and stains behind them. My hopes were not very high for such an old carpet. I didn't even ask for him to work on some of the stains, just a thorough cleaning. To my surprise many of the stains came out and the rest of the carpet almost looks like new. They seem in high demand because my appointment was over a month out from when I called, so if you are in a hurry they might not be able to get to you in time. I will call them again.

We've been happy with Sebastian. He's very personable and he does a good job. There were stains and he had special cleaning for that. Quality was very good and usually there's a wait but he does a good job.

Fantastic job! Over the years we've used lots of carpet cleaning companies and Nathan is far and away the best. He has an amazing passion for his work and is extremely friendly and dependable. Our carpets look new as do our couches. We'll definitely get in line again (i.e., call a couple months in advance) to use Nathan again. It's more than worth the wait! Finding someone like this on Angie's List is more than worth the annual dues.

Removed the furniture or moved it around as he cleaned. After cleaning was done, put paper 'coasters' under furniture that had not been moved off the carpet. Gave instructions as to how long it would take for the carpet to dry and when furniture could be returned to room. We were concerned when, after about three days, there were many marks (grooves) left by the machine, because of the unusual pile of the carpet. We called and were told that they would eventually go away. As very fussy people, we could not wait. We tried to get them out with water and brushes, but found that they didn't seem to want to budge. Another call to Nathan, expressing our disappointment. He promptly returned to the house (that evening, after a full day's work, no doubt) and spent two hours manually removing the marks (grooves). We were so grateful that we wanted to pay him for his extra, highly successful efforts. He would not accept any more money, and said that his main concern was our satisfaction. He really went the extra mile to insure that we were happy with the outcome. We would recommend him to friends, and will definitely hire him again in the future. He is a gem.

This has natural gray specs in it and is a very difficult carpet to keep clean, but he got it looking nice again. There were various difficult pet stains on it and he meticulously got out every one but one light one off to the side (unnoticeable) - the only reason he couldn't get it out was because it was burned in from a prior owner, so I already knew this was one that no one can get out. His method of removing stains is unlike I've seen and truly incredible.

They are the best, hands down. He is very detail oriented. He always does an excellent job. He is so popular that right now I am waiting over a month.

We had previously contracted Nathan to clean some carpets in our daughter's home, and we're extremely pleased! So when our daughter was preparing a small home apartment for a new tenant a couple of days ago, she called Nathan. In spite of a full schedule - other folks obviously know how good he is - he made time to come over and do a spectacular job at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Nathan!
