Description of Work: Sebastian's Carpet Care did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet. They were very prompt when they said they'd be here.

Description of Work: Had my upholstery and carpets cleaned. They did a great job and there was no leftover chemically smell. Loved the service, will use it again.

Description of Work: My daughter and family had just moved out of the house and my stairs and basement carpet were so beaten up I thought that would have to replace them all. Nathan arrived on time, full of enthusiasm and know how, and assured me that everything would look like new in an hour, and that he had seen worse. It was a great relief and wonderful surprise to see super new looking carpet appear. Making the initial call for an appointment with his aunt was also a very pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Cleaned three sets of stairs, 4 bedrooms, large entertainment room and two additional rooms. Carpet looked like new despite 4 dogs!

Description of Work: He arrived a little late but called before and told us he got stuck on 169 which was true because I had just gone through the area. When he arrived he got to work and did a great job in some pretty heavy traffic areas. This is the second or third time we have used him and will repeat in the future at our new home.

Description of Work: We have used Sebastians at least for 5 years and every year they have done an excellent job. They have gotten out stains we thought would never disappear. On Saturday 9-17 we had an accident where five spots of diarea were on our wight rug. We tried to clean the rug with methods recommended on the internet, but the were lighter but still very dark. Sebastians cleaned the one room and the stains were gone. They were concerned that the spots were a little lighter that the rest of the rug but after a few days of walking on the rug we could no longer see anything.

Description of Work: We have a berger carpet covering our finished first floor (of a walkout), perhaps 600-700 square feet. Over the last two years we had a dog with kidney disease that often peed on the carpet. We cleaned several, but many dried before we could clean them. The stains were old and numerous. Sebastian's came in a with dye transfer removal technique, worked very hard and the result stunned us. The carpet looks brand new. Since the alternative was buying new carpet, Sebastian's bill seemed very fair. The owner made our appointment at 3:00 pm on a Friday so the carpet cleaner, who also is an owner, wouldn't feel pressured. He came at 3:00 and didn't leave until 7:30. He also called us the next week to see how we felt about his services. Hire this guy now if you have pet stains.

Description of Work: This is the second year I have used Sebastian and they do a very good job. I wouldn't use anyone else. Not only does the carpet look great, but they're always pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

Description of Work: Nathan, the owner, cleaned my cushion to perfection. Even though he had a minimum charge that I was aware of and agreed to, he cleaned my single cushion at no charge. It was a gesture that made my day and I will never hire anyone else. A true gentleman.

Description of Work: I had the company clean carpets throughout the upper floor of a rental duplex I manage. The carpet is about a year old and it had been trashed by the previous tenants. They had not cleaned up at all when they moved out. Kyle from the company came and worked around me picking up everything. It was a light colored carpet and he made it look like new. He even put some biocide (I think) that made the cigarrette smell the tenants left go away. Overall I had an outstanding experience and will DEFINITELY use them again for all my carpet cleaning needs. I have several rental properties and have not seen a better job cleaning my carpets. They even fit me in their schedule with extremely short notice.

Description of Work: VERY professional! Kyle came out to our house the same day we called and did an excellent job. He even came back twice to check on the progess of the water/moisture removal in our basement. We will definitely use this company in the future!

Description of Work: Bob and his nephew did a fantastic job--cleaned our master bedroom carpet--and asked him to remove a stain in my daughters room. After he left I realized he cleaned the whole carpet. Took a spot off of one of my chairs as well. Absolutely great service and great results--at a reasonable cost.
