HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CLEANING OPTIONS, CARPET DYEING, AND CARPET CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE. HE IS ALSO A CERTIFIED CLEANING TECHNICIAN FOR CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY. WE RECENTLY HAD WHITE KITCHEN CHAIRS THAT WE WERE GOING TO RECOVER. BOB DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING THEM AND SAVING US THE TIME AND EXPENSE OF REUPHOLSTERING. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THAT FROM ANY OTHER CARPET CLEANER THAT I HAVE EVER USED, AND WITH 4 KIDS AND A DOG, I'VE USED A LOT OF THEM! TODAY, HE WORKED ON A 3' DIAMETER BRIGHT RED FINGERNAIL POLISH SPOT. SEVERAL OTHER CARPET CLEANERS HAD TRIED TO GET IT OUT, SO IT WAS A DARK PINK SPOT AT THIS POINT. BOB WORKED ON IT WITH A SPECIAL CLEANER, HOT IRON, AND TOWEL. HE GOT THE NAIL ENAMEL AND DYE OUT AT THE SAME TIME! THEN HE RE-DYED IT, USING BLUE DYE ON THE BLEACHED SPOT ON MY NEUTRAL COLORED CARPET. IT WORKED! I WOULD RECOMMEND SEBASTIAN'S TO ANY ONE AT ANY TIME! HE'S HONEST, FAIR, AND GOES BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, THE BEST!
