Sebastians Carpet Care

Bob Sebastian and his assistant Kyle did the work. When I first called for an estimate, Bob was supposed to stop by that day, but failed to show up or call. Because of the high reviews on Angie's list, we decided to give him another chance. He was so apologetic about his failure to show or call (attributable to vehicle problems) that he gave us a discount on the job and performed the special care services for free. They arrived on time to do the actual work, performed it very well with minimal disruption, completely removed the red dye and made substantial improvements in the cat urine problem areas. We would use him again without question.

Nate was very professional and did an outstanding job. The carpets had been subjected to almost 10 years of the wear and tear of 2 children and 2 dogs.

Bob responded to my call for help the same day I called. They had their equipment runing in my house for several days. The result is that there was no damage to my carpet, pad or walls that was in need of replacement or repair. When they left there was no sign of water damage, nor was there any odor. A good job.

Did a meticulous job of cleaning and stain removal and was very respectful of the home. I've never used a carpet cleaning company I've liked as much as these guys--very knowledgeable and experienced.

Nathan called to tell us he was on his way, and would be on time, which he was. He was very personable and friendly and charged us for exactly what he quoted over the phone. He did an superior job on our white carpeting, even getting out stains that the previous two carpet cleaners could not get out. He was neat, and left our home very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone. He was also less expensive than the previous two cleaners.

The carpet is a light grey, but was so dirty with make up, coke and tea spills, that I was pretty close to having it replaced. I called a number of places on the list, and Sebastian had availability and was confident that he could just about remove any stain. Sure enough, he did. I stood there and watched him patiently treat each stain and them just ''pop'' each and every stain right out! I had not removed the bed; but he was not deterred. He vacuumed underneath it and then cleaned there, too. He was really friendly and took great pride in the job. Every time I look at the carpet, I think of how much money Sebastian saved me. Actually, I really think he undercharges for the level of service he provides!

Bob Sebastian did an EXCELLENT job on my carpets! We had several, several stains ranging from coffee to juice, to paint stains. Bob was able to get everything up! One small stain did not come up totally (mustard!), but I was fine with that, it was barely visible once he was done even though it did not fully come up. All the other rooms looked fantastic and the carpet felt great afterwards! I couldn't believe how nice everything looked. Bob and his assistant Kyle put everything back very nicely. They arrived about 10 minutes later than originally scheduled, but Bob called to say where they were at on the highway. I again, was totally fine with this - the phone call was a nice touch. The whole job took about and hour and a half. We had some dirty carpets, so that is to be expected. I would definitely recommend Sebastian's to any one. Bob was really helpful about explaining what they did and how to take care of the carpet into he future. Thanks again Bob & Kyle!!

Nathan was really professional & courteous to us. I really enjoyed visiting with him while he cleaned the carpets. He was very realistic & upfront with carpet situations & really surprised me at the results he produced. Our carpets really look great! Our family room carpet is a bit dated & he made it look new. I guess I'll tolerate for a while since it looks awesome! He gave us tips on carpet stain removal that are very handy to have. I feel that the price we paid was very well worth it & will have them back every year. Thank you!

Excellent! Bob inspires confidence and I felt assured immediately that he was honest and could handle the job. He did not over estimate the damage or cost and came right away the next day to survey the situation, set up air movers and get things back in shape. The carpet looks great, better then before the water leak. Very pleased!

The two of them came a bit early so I had to rush home, but they took a lot of time to get the job done right. They had to work around another cleaner. Except for the dining room chairs, the furniture wasn't spotted, and nothing had been soiled by animals or smoke, so it probably wasn't the world's greatest test. They used a scent in the upholstery cleaner - something I wish I had been warned about beforehand, as our family is sensitive to fragrances. We wound up using an air cleaner afterwards to get rid of the smell. He pointed out some ways to clean the upholstery in the future and some wear I hadn't noticed. I probably would use them again if there were no fragrance.

Excellent service. Very accommodating regarding what time they could be there as I had a tight schedule to work with. They called to let me know they were available earlier if I needed them and were there right at the time we agreed upon. Excellent job on the carpet cleaning, and they helped me set up fans afterwards to speed the drying of the carpet. A ceiling fan was turned on to also help with the drying, and it had a collection of dust on it that flew down on the just cleaned living room carpet. They got their equipment back out and re-cleaned the entire living room at no extra charge. Above and beyond service.

The chairs looked much better than before, but because he could not remove ALL the stains, Bob would NOT take ANY payment for his work. I will call Bob again when my large wool area rugs need cleaning. I trust that he will do a professional job.

He was on time & did a very good job of cleaning; much better than the cleaners that I used before (the coupons that you receive in your mail from carpet cleaning companies). He gave me some hints on how to dry the rug quickly which worked well. I also believe that the rug was less wet than other cleaners that I used. His price was less than what was quoted over the phone. He agreed to clean the area rug even though I did not think of doing it until he came to the job. I would definitely use him again!

Came on an emergency basis and did an excellent job. Price was higher than expected, however.

He is really good and does a good job getting stains out. He's very pleasant and punctual. If he is running late, he is sure to let you know. The price seems reasonable to me.

My sister-in-law paid for the family room and guest room and initially made all the arrangements. They were very professional and did an excellent job on our carpets. I would use them again!

The owner is Bob Sebastian and his colleague is Nathan. They provide very timely, thorough, and quality care when it comes to cleaning rugs and the carpets. They got out some intractable stains and did a wonderful job. They're easily available. They work around my schedule. They're very professional and courteous. I will continue to use them.

Bob was right on time and worked magic on my carpets! We do dog rescue foster care and have a sick dog ourselves. Bob analyzed each stain with me and was able to remove all the pet stains in our carpet! The carpet looks and smells like it is brand new! I was amazed. Bob is also a delightful guy and has a great service ethic. I would definitely use his company again, and I will tell my friends about him, too!

I would highly recommend Sebastian's Carpet Cleaning and we will use them again-hopefully just for routine cleaning. Bob went "above and beyond" to help us. He came on the same day and worked after hours to take care of our problem. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient but he was also very kind and reassuring. He obviously could see that we were somewhat overwhelmed by the situation and concerned about the permanent damage we may have caused. Once he arrived and set to work he was confident that he could remedy the situation. What a relief!! He was thorough in explaining the things he would be doing and the options available if the initial carpet treatment didn't take some of the staining out of the carpet. The carpet is now clean and dry and looks great. I give Bob my highest recommendation.

Bob did not only clean our carpeting, he restored it. We are very pleased with the outcome. Bob was on time and very professional. He worked with us on short notice to schedule and complete the work. We highly recommend him and his company.

I called to schedule a carpet cleaning, and they were able to come on the day convenient for me. Bob and Nathan arrived on time and started working right away. They did an incredible job. The carpet looked great when they were done. They were also very friendly and nice guys to work with. Next time I need someone to clean the carpets, I'll call them. And since I had used them one other time, I got a 'repeat customer' discount.

When I called to get information originally, Nate was very helpful. I asked a lot of questions, and he was quite patient with me. We have lived in our home for almost a year and a half and never had the carpets cleaned. We have three dogs and one cat, so there were several urine and vomit spots that we couldn't remove. They looked awful. Nate arrived on-time and explained the process. He was very careful moving the furniture. He did a thorough job of vacuuming and cleaning the carpets. I was amazed that Nate was able to remove all of our stains except one tiny one.

We were very concerned when my efforts to remove the coffee stain had resulted in things getting worse. I checked Angie's List and chose Sebastian's based on their great record. Mr. Sebastian responded to a weekend e-mail with an informative phone call and told me he was sure he could get the stain out. Bob and Nate arrived the day of the big snowstorm and got to work. They treated the stain (about 1.5'x2') and cleaned the rest of the carpet. They were extremely careful with our furniture and other possessions. We hadn't realized how dirty the carpet had become since we bought it. The coffee stain was the catalyst for our calling Sebastian's but we clearly needed the cleaning because the carpet looked so much nicer - shade and pile - after cleaning. It dried quickly and no signs of the stains remained. Bob Sebastian called the next day to see if we were completely satisfied. We've found our carpet cleaners and if you use this company you will have, too!

They were on time, friendly, professional, and very conscientious. They took time to educate me, as they typically do, on a couple of things that will be valuable to know in the future. They also gave me a break on price considering most of the rooms were small.

Bob was on time and very knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and for less than was originally quoted, which was still less than many others I contacted.
