Sebastians Carpet Care

We have used Sebastian's Carpet Care on several occasions. They have always been really easy to work with, and they do an excellent job! They are really good about walking through the house with us prior to doing the work, and they are excellent at removing stains. I spent a few years renting my own carpet cleaner to wash the carpets in our house. It's obvious that the carpets weren't really getting clean with the rental cleaners, now that I've seen how clean they look and smell after Sebastian's has been here. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

They make sure that, if they can possibly get your stains out, they get it out, even if they are spending hours at your home for basically the same price. I had quite a bit of carpets cleaned, because I have a bigger house. They were here for probably four hours.

They are excellent. I've used them twice and I will use them again. The guy that came was very efficient and punctual.

Our daughter and son-in-law asked for carpet cleaning as a Christmas gift this year. I reviewed Angie's List for the Bloomington, MN area (we live in Ohio), and selected Sebastian's. I contacted them by phone, asked them to contact our daughter to arrange for the cleaning, and to send me the bill. They immediately contacted our daughter, arranged for a convenient time to do the work, and arrived exactly as scheduled. Our daughter was ecstatic about the work that was done, as well as the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by Nathan and other members of the staff. My assessment is that the work was done professionally, and at a reasonable price. My direct contact with them has been excellent.

Sebastian Cleaners were hired to clean two wool area rugs, a carpeted stair and a hallway and carpet in two bedrooms and some linen Room and Board furniture: couch, two arm chairs and ottoman. |They did fine on the carpets but after the cleaning some pinkish spots appeared on the furniture ( original color is linen, so stains really show). |I called and told them about it, they came to fix it but made the stains worse. I was very disappointed with their attidude about the damage, as not only did they not appear sorry, they appeared arrogant and like i should have known about it. In fact after the stains became brighter the second time, they explained how that was the expected result due to a chemical reaction. When I asked them why they did not tell me anout it before they furthered damage, they said it was because I asked them to clean again. |This kind of lack of consideration was very disappointing and while they did a fine job on the carpets, a lack of care they exhibited was unacceptable to me and I would not hire them again. |If you have furniture you care about, i would advise you look for cleaners who will tell you the right info at the right time and in my experience, Sebastian Cleaners is not a company who does this.

It was good. I ended up getting a hold of him and have him come out and clean our house on an extremely short notice. So that was a very positive experience and we’re happy to have him come out there. I called him on a Friday night but he was already on vacation. So I like the fact that he was able to get us scheduled so fast.

Everything went smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. Because I wanted the carpets by be dry enough by late afternoon when my dogs would return, I needed a morning appointment. This was easily scheduled. I got a reminder call a couple of days before the cleaning and Nathan called from his cell phone when he was on his way that morning. He arrived exactly on time. Nathan explained the process and got to work quickly. After he was done, furniture was replaced exactly where it had been. The carpets all looked great. With placement of a few fans which he suggested, the carpets were dry enough for the dogs to be on them in the evening. Nathan explained a little about how his business runs and, quite justifiably, takes enormous pride in the job he does. It is clear that he has a great process and produces excellent results. I fully expect to use Sebastian's again next time I clean my carpets.

The entire process surpassed my high expectations. The high rating on Angie's List for this company is well deserved. I thought I would have to schedule an appointment several months out, but was pleasantly surprised when Nate said he could come the next Saturday. He called to update me on his arrival time and showed up in a nice clean van. He spent some time discussing his cleaning methods and answering my questions. My carpet was left looking much better than before he cleaned it. There was no chemical smell, and the carpet dried quickly. Not only is Nate very good at what he does, but he is just an all around joy to deal with. He is professional, and like a ray of sunshine the minute he walks through your door. I will be having him come back every year and would not consider using another company.

Nathan called in the morning, and was at my place on time. He spend over 4 hours at my place, doing a very thorough job. He first- vacuumed, then pre-treated and then cleaned my carpets and furniture. While my carpets were in good shape, my couch was overdue for some TLC. Everything was as good as new after Nathan was done with it, and my kids spend the entire evening rolling on the newly-cleaned carpet. Nathan was friendly and did the entire job with a smile on his face. I loved his attitude and thoroughness.

Okay this is probably going to sound like Nathan's mother wrote the review, I don't have a clue who she is but she should be very proud of this young man. I have white carpets a dog and kids who think removing their shoes when they come into the house is a violation of their civil rights. Needless to say my carpets were in really tough shape, I had cleaned them with a hoover carpet cleaner numerous times and was thinking it was probably time to replace the carpets. I had used Sebastian's before and the experience had been quite good so I thought I would give them a call before I threw in the towel and bought new carpets. I called and spoke to the woman on the phone, listed the number of rooms, hallways etc that I needed cleaned. She gave me an extimate and gave me a date about a month out. I was a little disappointed but booked the date.The day before my appointment I received a call from Sebastian's confirming the appointment for 1PM the next day. The day of the appointment around noon, I received a call from Nathan telling me that he was running late, that he was very sorry but the home he was working on had added rooms to the job, he apologized and said he hoped to be at our house by 2pm, Nathan pulled into the drive at 2:45 and got right to work he did a quick walk through and I cringed as I pointed out stains that I couldn't for the life of me get out, Nathan would shrug and say "no problem" After the walk through I asked if he thought he could restore the carpets, again with the no problem. He explained what he was going to do, including where he was going to start and finish explaining that he anticipated the job to take about 3.5 hours. This guy worked, no nonsense and just kept after it, at 6PM he was done, we did a walk around reviewing the problem areas and I realized that when Nathan says no problem he means no problem Fabulous job, a joy to have around. Oh I almost forgot When Nathan began bringing his cleaning equipment in he handed my wife a ten dollar bill he found wedged in the door, by the threshold he said you must have dropped this, turns out a mom had left it for my daughter in payment for watching her child the previous day. Can't recommend Nathan high enough, he is fabulous and we will defienitely be using his services again.

Nathan was great! He squeezed me in when he had a cancellation which I really appreciated. He called on his way and arrived when he said he would. He answered all of my questions and did a very thorough cleaning. My carpets look brand new! He got all the stains out and moved all but the heaviest furniture and the bed. He was also very honest when I asked about having another rug cleaned, saying it would probably be cheaper to replace it. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I will definitely use him again and have already given his name to several people.

He really knows what he is doing. It is so rare when someone exceeds your expectations, but Nathan definitely did. He is meticulous, friendly and professional.

They did a great job. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely use them again. They have excellent stain removal and attention to detail.

I love this guy! This is the fifth time I have had Sebastian's clean my carpet and I couldn't be happier. They have gotten out every stain including port and mustard.

My cream-colored sofa looks new again! The person who cleaned it did a great job, was very polite and speedy. He was happy to answer any questions I had. I was most excited about the fact that he was able to remove a pretty big spot of dirt. The person with whom I made the appointment was very pleasant, too. The only downside to Sebastian's is that they're so good they're booked pretty far out, so it takes a few weeks to get an appointment. But, it was worth the wait. And, the person who cleaned my couch said he'll often take early morning appointments for people who have urgent cleaning needs (like children and pets getting sick on the carpet).

Awesome.... We have used them since 1996 and they always get an a plus!

It was a great experience all around. They were very understanding when we had to reschedule twice due to issues with flooring work being done in other rooms. The showed up on time, did a great job for a great price.

I had some serious stains in the carpet, as well as filthy arms on the chair. Sebastian's told me the carpet might not stay clean because I had used other cleaning supplies on the stains, but they would do everything they could. Everything came out and stayed out. The place looked fresh and clean and I wasn't afraid to show it to prospective renters. I have used Sebastian's before, and as long as I have a choice, I won't use anybody else. They are the best of the best.

Nathan came and took the rug for cleaning. He did a very good job, was helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Explained how the cleaning of a 100% wool rug differs from other rug materials. Also gave helpful information on how to clean spots on the carpet. We would definitely use Sebastian's Carpet Care again.

Excellent overall experience. Starting with Karen who was very responsive and courteous in scheduling our service. We had some tight time windows in which to work, and they were very flexible about it which we greatly appreciated. Nathan's passion for his work was evident in his knowledge and results. He showed up a little bit ahead of schedule, was thorough and very professional. He even went the extra mile to help secure loose areas of the carpet and gave us helpful tips about maintaining our carpet. Suffice it to say, we have no reservations recommending them and would use them again.

We've recommended him to other friends that have used him. They just did a very thorough job. They really took their time and just did a very good job. They were very professional. The carpet was really great.

The carpets look wonderful & it didn't take much time at all. I thought the price was great too!
