Sebastians Carpet Care

I've hired this firm before and they are fantastic. This time I was cleaning after a major rennovation. They responded quickly, scheduled quickly, arrived on time, went above and beyond in getting the work done, were polite, cleaned up very well after themselves. I would hire this firm again and again.

Everything went well. Appointment was scheduled over the phone for 1 week later. Job would be done by room. All we needed to do is vacumn and remove things from the carpet before arrival. Nathan, part-owner, and his assistant TC arrived as promised. They first did a walk through with me and explained what would be done and the cost. Throughout the day, they explained what they were doing. Work was completed within 5 hours. Most of the carpets were dry by the next day, except for the basement which took another day. All furniture was put back into place with special coverings that were removed once the carpet was dry. Stains that I never thought would come out were gone - it was amazing. They even used a little citrus freshner in their cleaner and 1 week later, it still smells fresh. All the carpets look great. The sectional looks almost new again.

They were prompt. They moved all easily movable furniture. They used a fast drying solution. They removed stains I never thought they?d get out. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They gave us tips on how to better care for our carpet and remove stains. They were really terrific and I would recommend them to anyone else.

The team showed up on time and were very friendly. They got right to work and did a great job. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Sebastian's was fabulous. They came out right away to bid the project and their bid came back as very reasonable. They came out on the day that they promised and took about 3 hours. Moved all the furniture and cleaned around it. Our carpet has never looked this good. I would definitely use them again.

Sabastian?s is FANTASTIC!!!! I called several days ago to schedule an appointment to have the carpet in my whole house cleaned as well as furniture, a few cushions and, most importantly our prized antique chairs. Unfortunately they were all booked up. Fortunately, though, they found a spot for me and I was all too eager to cancel the appointment that I was forced to set up with another firm. A couple of hours before my appointment, Nathan called to let me know that he would be a few minutes early. When he arrived, he had a smile on his face and was eager to get to work. Our job was a big one. We have many rooms in our house, and 6 months of renovations created huge amounts of dust that covered the carpet. Throughout every step of the process, Nathan was very happy to offer helpful advice on carpet and furniture cleaning. What a great guy! Nathan is an extraordinarily positive guy and it was a great pleasure working with him. It is very very rare these days that you experience customer service that is as good as Sebastian?s. These people treat you just as they would like to be treated. In terms of the carpet cleaning, it was EXTREMELY thorough!!! As a matter of fact, prior to having Sebastian?s come out we had planned to replace the carpet in two rooms. One of the rooms has bright white trim and (what we thought was) off-white carpet. We planned to replace this carpet because the bright white trim made it look dingy. Well, one pass with Nathan?s state-of-the-art equipment led to a shocking discovery. The carpet IS bright white (SEE PICS!!!). Absolutely 100% amazing! The equipment that was used made the carpet look brand new and saved us, easily, from spending $3,000. Exact same story in our new baby?s room. We thought that the carpet was grayish/tan. The fact is, the carpet in the room is bright and crisp gray. Wow!!! HUGE cost saver!!! There is a reason why Sebastian?s is rated so highly in Angie?s List. Don?t waste your time looking elsewhere. Sebastian?s is OUTSTANDING!!!

The entire process way so easy! From the initial phone call to schedule the cleaning, to the technicians (Kyle and TC) who arrived about five minutes early and put up with my tour-guide kids showing them around the house, everyone was so friendly and professional. The process day-of was very smooth. I let the guys in, showed them the areas to be cleaned, then the kids and I took off to get out of their way. They were done in about an hour and a half, called to let me know everything had gone well, locked up my house and left an invoice on the counter. Overall I am very pleased! The stains are out of the carpet, and the couches and baby glider are clean and fresh again - and now we have a much more sanitary house to bring our spring baby home to! Thanks, guys!

They were thorough, efficient, courteous and did a great job.

Very impressed with this company. I called and was clearly explained what they do, how they do it and what the charge would be. They asked I vacuum the carpet and remove any breakable items from the rooms being cleaned. They would move sofa, chairs, tables... protect them and put them back after cleaning. Large items like my china and plasma console would not be moved, but cleaned around. I made the appointment. They called the day of the appointment confirming it and told me they were running about 1 1/2 hours ahead of schedule. If I wanted, they could come earlier than originally planned. This was good for me. They arrived, were very friendly and professional. Showed me what they were going to do, asked if I had any "problem areas" in the carpet that needed special attention. I pointed out a coffee stained area that had been previously cleaned by a different company without success. If they could lighten that stain, I would be pleased. They went to work and were very efficient and considerate and checked with me prior to working on the stain. All went well. The carpet looks great. The coffee stain is much lighter (you would have to know it was there to see it). I am very pleased with the results and the gentlemen that cleaned the carpet. I would highly recommend Sebastian's. They offer quality work at a very fair price. This was a very good experience.

Sebastian arrived as promised at 900am and reviewed the entire areas that needed the service. He furnished an invoice for the work and said he would contact me with any additional services needed before preforming them. He said his service would take appx 3hours. I did get a call regarding the need to clean some trouble areas and the additional charges, which were very reasonable. The carpets look brand new again and will make a large difference in our marketing. Sebastian's Carpet Care is the BEST! I highly recommend their service and will tell anyone shopping around for carpet cleaners, that you need to call them...period!

They did a really good job and we?ve called them back. They came in the last minute, on the morning of New Year?s Day and cleaned the carpets in our house for our New Year?s Day party. They came right on time and cleaned the carpets very nicely. They even did extra when we asked them. We were very pleased. They price was average. They were like everybody else. The quality of work was very good. They were very responsive. They were right on time. It was the owner who came. He said he had another job. He sent the other guy there and he came to our house.

The company was great in accomodating my last minute request the day before 4th of July. Kyle called 30 mins before the scheduled apt and wondered if I was home and he could come and get started earlier - ofcourse I had no issues. He got there within 5 minutes and spent the next 3 hours cleaning the carpet and one rug. I have 2 dogs, and one of them was a pup at the time with his share of accidents to his name. After Kyle was done, the very white carpet looked white again instead of brown which is what it had become. The place smelt great too. Kyle even helped me out with suggestions on how to deal with the puppy accidents. Overall a great experience and great price. I am going to be calling them again soon for the next cleaning.

This was a shockingly bad experience!!!! I scheduled Sebastian's to clean a sofa and all carpeted areas of my three story home. Three days before putting it on the market. They did not ask me to pre-vacuum the carpets. I scheduled my housekeeper to be there so the carpest could be vacuumed and all itens removed from the floors. They came when I had stepped out for a moment leaving instructions for my cleaner to let them in and have them start on the first level. I arrived to find a note tacked on my door saying they would come back next week if we were ready for them. The entire first floor of the house had been picked up and vacuumed hours before their arrival. I had placed a few items on the upper landing to be thrown out by the housekeeper. All bedrooms, stairs and closets were clear of items, but had not yet been vacuumed. When I called to see what had happened, I was met with vile rudeness and criticism for not following directions I was never given. AAAARRRGGGHHH! They were much more accomodating the last time I hired them and I have referred other customers to them. They didn't even have the courtesy to call. What a drag.

The appointment was made with our time line in mind. Instructions were clear as to how to prepare for the cleaning. Kyle arrived exactly on time, assessed the area to be cleaned, asked if there were any areas that required special attention. Kyle immediately got to work, was very careful with our belongings and made sure we surveyed the work before he left.

Very well! They got out pet spots that I feared would not get out and got out most of some toner stains.

They did a great job. The basement carpet in particular was dirty and stained and it looks dramatically better. They were pleasant and professional.

They were punctual and personable. The price was good.

We contacted Sebastian's Carpet Care to clean our living room, two bedrooms, and the stairs of our split-entry home. Nathan arrived on time and provided what I would describe as the highest level of service, attention to detail, and professionalism that I have ever experienced for this type of cleaning service. I am extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to use Sebastian's in the future. I have recommended them to my neighbors due to their excellent service. I'm sure you will not be disappointed if you give Sebastian's your business.

He arrived on time. I walked him through the areas to be cleaned and discussed the special cleaning I also wanted done. He worked by himself, moved what I wanted moved, was pleasant, and got the work done in a timely fashion. The carpets dried in 24 hours. They looked so much better when it was done. I will be having him do the upstairs in the Spring.

They cleaned it up very quickly and saved the day. They responded very quickly and I was very pleased with them. I could not be happier with their work, and I will have them out next for my annual cleaning.

The carpets look terrific. Nathan (the company contact at my house) was incredibly nice and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

It was a very good experience. They just got everything way cleaner than what we had expected. They were able to get out the stains that were there for a really long time. The carpet looked totally different when they were done. They were way better than any other carpet cleaning service that we had used before. I found the prices very fair too. They told us that doing the couches was tougher than doing the carpets. I thought it was the other way around. It was $230 for the couches and ottomans, and a little more than $300 for the rest of the carpet cleaning. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

Service went well. Showed up on time and was very professional and personable. Finished the job on time. Gave me some very helpful hints regarding proper maintainance of my carpet.

Service was great! Arrived on time and went over all areas and concerns right away. Worked very hard without a break. Absolutely no upselling which was wonderful. Removed hard to clean stains including paint from my couch that had been there for 4 years. Very professional and friendly. Nathan knows his business.

They were on time and completed the work as described. Their pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.
