Sebastians Carpet Care

Both times they were very responsive, very professional and very thorough. They use all natural ingredients, so in addition to being very clean, my rooms also smelled of thyme, instead of harsh chemicals. My carpet was renewed as was my confidence in carpet cleaning services. I will use them again and again.

My experience with this company was nothing but positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

I called Sebastian's about 10 days ago and scheduled an appointment to have the carpet cleaned. We settled on a date that was convenient for me. Bob gave me an estimate of what the job would cost. Bob called me the day before. Kyle called on his way over to my house and actually was there early. He moved all the furniture that needed to be moved, tucked all the bedskirts up so they didn't get wet and then cleaned all the carpets. He was polite, professional and competent. It took about an hour, and the carpets really do look brand new. They did an excellent job.

Nathan was friendly and really cared about how the upholstery looked. He made an extra effort to make the correct mix that was needed to whiten our upholstery.

Nathan performed the job. He did a very nice job and successfully removed those stains I pointed to him. We are very satisfied.

Kyle was punctual and polite. In an hour he'd done a great job on all the carpets, including removing 6 year old paint drips from a cream colored carpet. I'm very pleased with the work and wish I'd done it sooner!

T.C., the youngest and newest employee of the company, arrived pretty much on time (he had called to say he was running a little late, but really it amounted to only a few minutes) and went over the rooms to be treated, listening carefully to what I had to say about various stains, etc. He was in every way professional and also courteous and friendly. He even offered advice on how to correct the problem of water coming into our basement via the window, and treated the basement carpet for mildew odor as well as cleaning it. It came out looking great despite the fact that a lot of dirt as well as water came in during the last rainstorm. He took his time, and when he was done everything looked brand new, even the very old carpeting in our bedrooms which predates our ownership of 13 years. I will definitely be calling on them again and recommending this company to friends.

Overall, everything turned out very well. We were very pleased and would use them again.

Went well. Very friendly, knowledgable crew. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats with some accidents due to new adoptions and fostering dogs . They performed a thorough job, added a de-ordorizer and offered suggestions for future upkeep.

My call to set up the cleaning was answered right away. I received an estimate of $200 over the phone based on my description of the carpet stains. The cleaning was scheduled within a couple of days of my call. Kyle showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. The cleaned carpet looked better than I expected it to look - it's an old carpet. And, the stains were all gone. The actual cost to clean the carpets was less than the estimate because Kyle was able to get the stains out during the cleaning process. He didn't have to do additional work on the stains. I have already recommended Sebastian's to family and friends and would definitely use them again.

This was the first time I used professional carpet cleaners. I was a bit nervous and my wife too. I guess most of cleaners in Angie's list will do a professional job. However, I was very happy with the results with Bob's service. He was very responsive on the phone and prive was very competitive. Nathan came on time on the appointed day. He did excellant job and my carpet was cleaned nicely. I would use Bob's service again in the future. Thanks.

We were very pleased! Sebastian's was there on time (actually a few minutes early), they were professional and thourough. Everything looks great! We felt very comfortable with them being in the house even when we could not be there.

Sebastian's is a family business, with no subs. The owners do the work. I have never met anyone that was so knowledgeable about different types of carpet and methods of stain removal. They asked a lot of questions and then explained what they could do. They arrived at exactly the time of our appointment. The amount of time spent on the job was about twice as long as other companies I had used in the past. Two huge pluses: First, the carpet was almost dry when they left, not wet for one or two days like my previous cleaning experiences. Second, they were able to remove all the stains, and the stains didn't bleed through the carpet and reappear in a week. These guys are true carpet professionals. They don't just send out some guy with a truck and two weeks training. Because they are the owners and cleaners, they rely on word of mouth to stay in business. I am sure most of their customers remain repeat customers. I have used a few of the BIG name companies, who did what I thought was a good job. I guess I really didn't know what a "good job" was until I saw what Sebastian's could do.

Sebastians saved me from buying new carpeting. We have had carpet cleaned by professionals before with OK results. However, Sebastians' results are in a completely different category. The carpet is much brighter and cleaner. Regions of heavy use are now the same color as regions undert the sofa. The price may be a bit more than some others but it is WELL worth it.

We were getting ready to list our house and needed the carpets cleaned in our basement family room and steps. Additionally we discovered a small leak from the main water valve shut off in our basement family room and suspected some minor water damage. I called Bob at Sebastian's and he walked me through how to dry the wet spot on the rug. The next week they came out to clean the carpets and did a fantastic job! I also had them clean an area rug in my son's room that had several stains. It looked as good as new when they were done.

Called and left a message for a quote. Bob got back to me the next day and gave me a good quote. We set a date and he told me two trucks would be coming. They arrived on time, but one tech got sent to Edina for a quick job. I was not distressed by this because how many times do you get two trucks to do a job? But I felt sorry for the tech on the road because it was during rush hour he was going to have to get back to Golden Valley. It took him a long time, but he made it back. The job took about an hour longer because of that, but not a problem. Everything looked great when done. There were spots that they got out that I had tried to get out for a long time and there was a spot that I knew they probably weren't going to be able to get out and they didn't, BUT they did get out enough that it is undetectable if you don't know it is there. Very polite gentlemen, patient and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them- the price, I think, was a great deal.

The guys are great! If you want a stain to be taken out, these guys are the ones to call. I have used them now twice in the last month because we've had a few stains we needed cleaned and the basement entire area. They were professional, attentive, careful, and very hard working. I would say, no matter what the price, pick these guys cause they will get it done nice! Also they went above and beyond to clean everything; I can't believe they moved my treadmill to clean under it! I will always use them in the future!

It went great from start to finish. The carpets look like new. I have a 3 year old grandson that had several spilled chocolate milk and various other stains that were completely removed. When I called to set up the appointment my call was returned very promptly by Bob. I was given an "estimate" that was well within reason of what I had paid for other companies in the past. (The cost was actually a bit lower). Nathan called prior to coming to let me know he was on the way and showed up right on time. He looked at all of the spots that I had concerns about and told me "most" if not all could be removed. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone.

I called this company to see if I could get a last minute cleaning request. Rob who answered my phone call was being flexible and was able to put me in the schedule within a week. T.C. who is Rob's nephew came to clean our carpet. T. C. came right before the appointment time and did a fantastic job. The carpet is so clean. We couldn't be happier.

Went very well. Nathan is really nice and we went room by room pointing out the trouble spots etc. He worked very hard and the carpets look really nice. We are trying to get one more year out of the carpets and we made the right decision to have them cleaned instead of replacing. Will hire him again and not wait so long between cleanings. I think Sebastian's is fantastic. This is the second time I have used Sebastian's and I highly recommend them. Bob was extremely prompt with his return phone and very accomodating with my need to get my property on the market. I switched dates a couple of times and Bob was very understanding. Kyle (used on both occassions) is extremely professional, polite and an all-around nice guy.

Nathan was very professional. Punctual. Explained all of the services after surveying "the damage". Good mix of social + hard work.
