Sebastians Carpet Care

Nathan from Sebastian's Carpet Care phoned that he would arrive early, arrived ahead of schedule. He did a wonderful job restoring my aging carpet, including removing a deeply set artist's wax spill, for which he did not charge me. In addition, he is very personable and fun to have in the home. Definitely would hire Nathan again.

We needed our carpets cleaned before we could rent out our townhome. Sebastian's was reasonably priced compared to the other places that we called. We scheduled the cleaning about 2 weeks prior and was quoted based on the information we provided. When Kyle and TC arrived, they informed me that it would actually be less expensive in that the floor plan was overestimated. They were very professional and had the carpets cleaned in about an hour. The carpet looked AMAZING when they were finished. They were able to get out all of the old stains and the carpets looked as good as new! I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning you need.

They did great. The estimate was extremely fair for all of the work they were going to do. The carpets turned out great and the couches turned out like new. I referred them to my neighbor.

Arranged to have carpet cleaned. Set a date and time. Arrived later than what was agreed to by the scheduler. Said that the time should have never been promised since it was not doable. Very polite. Did a great job. Reasonable price. Received Angies List discount.

I had them come out twice in two weeks to treat different areas. Both men were prompt, courteous, explained everything, and thoroughly treated the areas I pointed out to them. Carpet was nearly dry when they left. The deodorizer has a strong spicy smell, but once it dissipates, the pet odors have disappeared.

The carpets were as good as new after cleaning. I was impressed and would use them again.

Sebastian's was quick and responsive. They were very friendly and offered to clean the remaining carpet once all of the clean-up work and new installation was completed (we'll probably switch to tile in the affected area). They suggested a mold company that I later looked up and had some pretty poor reviews (so I used someone else). But otherwise, the experience was all good.

Excellent the young man was easy to talk to and got in and out in no time. Even vaccumed the popcorn under our love seat. :)

They were amazing. We have a new puppy who managed to stain the carpet in quite a bit of areas throughout the basement. The guy that came out was very efficient, upfront with what the process was, and he gave me suggestions that if the treatment didn't work what to look out for so he could come back out to fix it. The price was amazing. The stains came out well and it looks like new carpet. I would highly recommend them.

I would say it was overall excellent. They were slow to respond to my request for a quote; yet, explained their email was down. I had to change my appointment time due to a delayed closing on my house and they were very accommodating. They were 1/2 hour late of the scheduled time; however, they called me to let me know which is great in my book. The stairs were nasty dirty with what appeared to be set in stains. There was no evidence of any stains upon completion. The carpet practically looks new! They got right to work and finished up as promised. I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to friends. My bit of feedback is to suggest informing customers you only accept cash or checks. If it was listed and I missed it...my apology. Thanks for a job well done!

We are very please with all staff and aspects of the process and service provided. The crew of one for this job (T.C. Sebastian) was prompt, offered a number of helpful tips, and did a great job on our Apple Valley home's carpets, which were much in need of a cleaning. The final cost came in slightly under the estimate. We've used Coit and Stanley Steemer for past carpet cleanings and have no compalints. But, we decided to try Sebastian's based on Angie's List ratings and the fact that it is a small local business. We'll will use Sebastian's in the future and will recomend to others.

The carpet looks great-good as new. We have used Sebastian's before and have had good experiences both times. I highly recommend them.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned or help with water stain/leaks. I called them, Bob answered and within 30 minutes his partner Nate and coworker Kyle arrived to look at my problem and provided the "real" answer to getting the job done right. They were SO nice and very professional. They did immediate work on the water leakage/stains, disinfected and then followed up via phone and a trip bakc to the house to ensure the carpet was dry and then did the full carpet cleaning. The carpet looks like NEW and trsut me...it was a dark mess on light carpet! I have used multiple carpet cleaners over the years but by FAR this was the best company I ever used. They were timely, professional, understanding and took personal ownership in making sure the cleaning was done the right way. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends, neighbors and anyone else needing help with their carpets! Oh, and they offer Green solutions too!

The company was very responsive in setting up an appointment within a few days of my call. The technician was professional and informative. He did a great job. He even removed several spots that I didn't think would come out.

We were so impressed with the quality of the service and the work performed! Nathan showed up right on time. My carpets were extremely, having not been cleaned for 3-4 years. There were old, set-in stains and other stains that we had tried to clean ourselves and had made them worse. There were stains from coffee and other food, as well as from tracked-in dirt and soil. Nathan spent extra time on the worst areas. When he was finished, we had "like-new" carpets. We were very pleased! We will not wait so long to have the carpets cleaned again in the future, and we will definitely call Sebastian's again! Thank you!

I was worried that these stains wouldn't come out well, because I had tried to clean them myself, and they had not only not come out, they had spread. The service person was prompt, courteous, expained what he planned to do, showed me the results of the job half-way through, and gave me good advice as to how to help the carpet dry faster so that the stain wouldn't leak back (i.e. blow fans over the stains). The carpet looked fantastic afterwards, and stayed clean after the carpet had completely dried. I was thrilled.

TC was great, friendly, professional. Although they admitted upfront they would not be able to remove the urine stains from my carpet, the chemicals they used to clean improved the smell in the house a great deal. Also he did a great job at shampooing the carpets, he painted areas of discoloration and went above and beyond my expectations. I own a rug cleaner, and have rented them before to get a deeper clean, but this was by far the cleanest they have been.

Everything went as planned. Spots from pet vomit were removed. Workers were very professional and friendly. This is the second time I have used this company and am likely to use them again.

They did a great job and the carpet looks great. Sebastian's had trouble cleaning the steps as there was so much foam from the cleaning company before as they used "Tide" to clean the carpet with. The young man that did the cleaning was very informative and was courteous. I would gladly recommend them to others.
