Sebastians Carpet Care

They are very good. We had a stain in one of the bedrooms that had been there for five years so we had given up on it ever coming out. When they were finished, you couldn’t tell that it had ever been there. They were polite, they were able to come out on short notice, and the quality of their work was good.

I called and talked to Bob. The earliest date available was July 20th. I told Bob that we needed to get the house on the market A.S.P. He was able to rearrange some appointments and get us in. Nathan called and asked if he could come early and we said yes. He had some equipment problems and we told him to get there when he could. He kept updating us on his arrival time. We had a spot that was quite large and he was able to do his magic and get it out. We had Nathan the first time we had our carpets cleaned. He is great. I would recommend Sebastian's, and I have, to anyone that needed their carpets cleaned.

I have townhome that I needed to get ready for a new renter and I had only two days to do it. I decided the week before that the carpets needed to be cleaned so I didn't allow much time. I needed two bedrooms, loft and stairs cleaned. I called for a quote and scheduled the time that was available. I was 'squeezed in' a full day because the job was small. They came early and it was done within a hour. The job was efficiently done by a very nice and personable guy. Don't forget to pay with cash. I would certainly use this company again.

.They do a good job. I have used other carpet cleaning companies but these people take time and make sure that the stain are all out. Some people are in and out in 15 minutes and the next week the carpets are all dirty again. They take their time to do a good job. Two years ago I had water damage and they came in and they helped me with the carpets in that area getting it padded and drying them out. They are very customer oriented.

Great service from start to finish. I called for an estimate and scheduled an appointment about two weeks later. They called about 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to let me know they were on the way. When they arrived we went over what I wanted cleaned to confirm it was the same thing they had on the order. Everything was in order and the price I quoted was the price I paid. Very happy with the results and will be using them again in the future!

They did a really good job. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to others. I plan on using them again in the future.

This is the second time we have use them to clean our carpets. They were on time and did a great job. The carpet had dirt walking patterns and we used to have dogs and they got the carpet cleaned up and hopefully it will last another couple of years. We will use them again.

They did a really good job on the carpet. They don't leave anything that leaves a residue. It was in August, with no air conditioning, they were really good sports about it. They brought big blowers to dry the carpet. The price was reasonable. They were professionals and did a great job.

I think they are great. It is the second time they have been out. I had a couple of very stubborn stains that I was not able to get out myself and they were able to do it. I will use them again in the future.

This service went very well, though they were a bit late, mostly due to our home being in an Northern Exurb. They succeeded in cleaning some older linen and cotton couches which had become soiled over the years. The time and effort to do so without damage and without leaving them unusably wet was greatly appreciated. They also did an excellent job on our car, leaving the carpets clean and dry. Highly recommended.

He was very nice and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time, but, never charged anything extra. He was very honest and didn?t upsell any other services. He was responsive and punctual for the job. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

Called for a quote over the phone, as was confident in ratings on comments on Angie's list. Booked appointment over the phone 2 weeks out. Nathan arrived right on time.The carpet was about 20 years old and cleaned up great, with exception of a bad coffee stain which I knew would not completely disappear. Turned out better than I thought. Nathan was professional and provided tips on cleaning stains in future. Very good experience. They were professional and thorough.

Nathan arrived first to go over the bid and job. He was enthusiastic and cheerful and completely explained the process and costs. Bob arrived soon after and they started working efficiently and with care for our furniture and walls. They even took extra dry strokes as we were having a party a few days later. They left behind information on how to pre treat various stains. All in all a delightful experience and our carpet looks new! The house smells so fresh and clean. We were very happy and will definately use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Just a phone call made the appointment and I didn't have to wait weeks. The technician was very personable, honest, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He worked especially h****** the dirty stairway carpet and managed to remove a pet stain. He did not try to charge me additional when he saw the large size of the upstairs bedroom. He didn't rush through the work. The price of the work was less than other carpet cleaning services I've used in the past.

The whole experience was great. I had called and talked to Bob to get an idea how much it would be and get details what all they would do. After talking with him I went ahead and scheduled our appointment. It was originally scheduled for noon, however, TC called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked to come about an hour early. That was great with me...good thing for him in the end too. TC came in and walked through the house with me and talked with me about all our "problem" areas. We had a few areas where our cat threw up. TC discussed with me what we could do. After the walk through, we sat down and he gave me a price. Surprisingly, it was the same price Bob had given me on the phone earlier. TC went ahead and started the undertaking. After every room, he had me check to see what I thought. Everything looked really good, except the "bad" puke stains, though they even looked better. We have cream colored carpet so I was pretty impressed. When we got to the lower level office, I noticed a few areas that seemed dark still. I mentioned it to TC and we went back and tried them again. He came back to me and didn't think they were better but I thought they looked good. Needless to say, 3 hours later poor TC was finally able to leave. He did an awesome job. The biggest thing that impressed me though was...after TC had finished, we were talking and it had been mentioned that it took him a little longer than normal because he wanted to do the carpets right. I was so happy he took the time to finish the job correctly and not hurry on to the next appointment. I'm sure he was late for that next appointment. ;o) Thank you TC!!!!

They are the best. We had 2 grandchildren ages 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 living with us for 9 months. Our carpet is off white and there was no doubt that little ones were there. Not only did the carpet, which is several years old, come out clean, it is practically dry when they leave. We have used them before and will continue to use them. They were a pleasure to have in our home.

Nathan did a great job of bringing my old carpet back to life. It had been four years since last cleaning. Was same price as last company i used but that was without moving any furntiure and i think the results were better this time. Nathan also put protectors under all furniture legs which was something no other company had done. Having appts in late afternoon worked out alot better for me too.

They got here on time... explained everything.. couldn't have been nicer... The carpets look amazing. He worked soo hard to remove every stain. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Prior to Sebastian's coming to the rescue, I had seriously reconciled myself to the fact that I would be spending around $2000 to replace the carpet in my living room, as the pet stains were so severe. When Nathan came to give me an in person estimate of all the cleaning I needed done, he said he thought he could get the urine stains out. I was skeptical but hopeful. He told me, if needed, Sebastian's has additional methods they can use that are more costly, but said he would first try using his standard urine removal method. It did take extra solution, but my carpet is now looking great. Nathan was honest, informative, and very dedicated to succeeding at getting the stains out. Sebastian's prices are very reasonable. It cost a little more because of the extensive urine remover solution Nathan had to use; which, of course, was nothing compared to what it would have cost me to replace the carpet! I give Nathan and Sebastian's an A. I will use them again and very highly recommend them.

Bob came right on time to give us an estimate. I did not want an "estimate over the phone" which is all some companies would provide. I knew there were some unique problems due to the pet stains and I wanted them to honestly look at and tell us what could be done about the stains. Bob spent at least 45 minutes explaining what they could do. He provided an estimate at the end of his review and measurement. We got three competitive bids but Sebastian's was the lowest by at least $75. Nathan showed up today at noon as scheduled. He told us before he started that he couldn't get out ALL of the stains with just the straight cleaning (Bob had explained this at the time of the estimate). He did offer to do additional heat transfer cleaning on any spot at a rate of $150 an hour. At first we thought we might pay for the intensive heat transfer cleaning for one spot in the living room but after we saw the spot cleaned with the regular method we decided NOT to pay for additional treatment. We were pleased with how much Nathan got out with just the cleaning. He told us he could have gotten more out with the additional work but since we still have the pet that caused the problem we decided not to spend the additional money at this time. Nathan was very nice and friendly. He was easy to work with. We ended up paying exactly the same as we were quoted on the estimate.

When I booked the appt the man who answered remembered that we had used them some years ago and was very pleasant. Kyle came out to do the work and he was extremely courteous and diligent. The month before I spilled an entire cup of coffee on our creme-colored carpet and he got the stain out completely, plus other smaller various stains. It took him about 2 hours. Before he left he told us how to treat the carpet and furniture near or on it for the next 24 hours and left us some thick plastic sheets to keep under the ottoman and whatnot. It was a lot of money to spend but it was essentially all the carpet and rugs in our house and they look and smell great, which is a pick-me-up in the winter. We'd never had our oriental carpets cleaned and the colors of the older one seem much more vivid (the other one is fairly new so the result was less dramatic). When my sister-in-law visited she asked if we got new carpet. :)

This company is professional and detailed from start to finish. Kyle came to clean our carpets and in the midst of cleaning, my husband suffered a medical emergency. During the initial 911 call, to making sure we were all going to be OK after he left, Kyle was amazing. On top of the fact that he is an amazing human being, my carpets and furniture have never been cleaner. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and will be using them for home and business from now on.

They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them to others. It was definitely worth the price for the quality.

The carpet came out pretty well. Some of the dark spots are no longer visible and some didn't come out all the way but are much better. They warned me that some spots won't come completely out due to source of spot (which I wasn't sure), how long they have been there, what was used to treat etc. The cost to clean the carpet was $75 with the 20% Angies List discount and I felt that I definitely got my moneys worth. He spent a lot of time on the sectional and it looked much better when he was done but there had been some large liquid stains that wouldn't come all the way out and then some dark spots on the edges that were from wear. The cost for the upholstery cleaning was $180 which I thought was high. They told me the price on the phone when I scheduled the appt so it wasn't a surprise. I decided to go with it for convenience. I would use them again for carpet cleaning but probably not for upholstery cleaning simply because of the price.
