Sebastians Carpet Care

They have always been very accommodating. Whenever I call them, they are quick to respond and come out. They seem to do great with whatever stains I have. I plan on calling them before Thanksgiving.

They were punctual all the way from getting back to me with an estimate to performing the job.

Stop looking and just call Sebastian's. So T.C. the technician coming to clean the carpet called letting us know he was running late. Hey..no problem..and cool that he called. Again..the little things that this company does makes all the difference. He walked in and started the conversation with a complement. A little small talk..then he took a look at the carpets to be cleaned and quoted me the price. Frankly...I thought it was a GREAT price. No pressure. He was FANTASTIC. I want to hire him. He knew what he was talking about. He didn't make a big deal about moving the furniture. Walked me through what to expect over the next hour. Explained the process and asked me 5 times if I had any questions...but he was SINCERE in wanting to know. He was actually concerned that I didn't have too many questions as most customers apparently do. T.C. is a ROCK STAR. Sebastian's is lucky to have him representing the company in front of the customer. It is what every carpet cleaning should aspire to. Anyway...he got to work. Moved the furniture. He was thorough, smart, fast and completely professional. Gotta tell you. He made the experience exactly perfect. Not sure what kind of training/hiring program they have at Sebastian's...but they have got it right. Oh yeah...let's talk about the actual results. While the living room carpet wasn't really dirty. The bedroom carpet was especially dirty as it have never been cleaned. Especially the walk way. It looks perfect....it looks brand new. T.C. pointed out a couple places where the yarn had been pulled up from the cats. He wanted to make sure that we were aware of it. He was also concerned about the furniture that we might move back on to the carpet and left a few extra blocks in case we needed them. Wrote up the bill...took my check and shook my hand. Come on. Here is the 20 year old young man shaking hands and acting as if we have been doing business for 10 years. After hiring other companies over the year and them setting our expectations so low, we were not ready to actually be impressed with a carpet cleaning company or it's technician. But we were blown away. We will NEVER use anyone other than Sebastian's. We are now customers for life...well as long as we have carpet I guess.

I had some really bad spots that he used a dye removal to get out the stains so the price reflects this extra service. We had a wonderful technician come out to do the carpet cleaning. He was very polite. He got out all of the stains!

He explained in detail what he would do. He suggested additional services for puppy stains. Then checked with me through out the process so I could evaluate how much more I wanted him to treat the stains. He came on time, was very professional and did a beautiful job. I would definitely use his company again.

Called requesting info on carpet cleaning. I got a responsive, prompt call back from Mr. Sebastian. I gave him info and he gave me a competitive price quote (competitive with other recent quotes). I did ask a few questions. I told him we had other cleanings in the past when it seemed that stains came back worse than before cleaning... what might cause that. He responded with, "I'm wondering, what did you do...?" I didn't understand. Obviously, we tracked in the dirt, food, etc. What does he mean, what did we do? He went on to explain that some household spot cleaners cause that problem. He asked what we used. I told him that my wife had probably used a spot cleaner on a few areas, but the larger carpet area was the questions. I told him I didn't know what might have been used. He kept naming products and I told him a second time that I didn't know what might have been used. He then continued to ramble (as if the two times I said I didn't know wasn't good enough) product names while I'm wondering what this product litany has to do with my question. I asked what can be done to treat areas that may have residue and he finally answered that a defoamer can be used. At this point I ask about what methods / products they use for tough stains like pet / food stains from carpet in a dining room. I can sense he is frustrated with my questions. All I'm looking for is some sort of anecdote like (we work on tough stains all the time, or unless it is motoroil, we have a good success rate. Anything... because I'm trying to decide if cleaning is possible or replacment is better option. I don't know anything about carpet cleaning. At this point, because he had a moderate amount of condenscension in his attitude and questions (i.e., what did you do to the carpet?), I'm thinking I don't want to do business, but I ask about availability anyway. They are out a few weeks. I asked if there was any availability by the coming Monday (four days)? He said, "No." I said "Thank you," and was about to state that we have a party coming up... but he had already hung up on me. Nice, huh?

They are just very good. It does not matter how tough the stains are they will stay until the job is done.

They called before they arrived. Came in, asked what we needed, looked at the rooms, gave me the cost. Moved furniture, moved it back. Even gave me tips for maintenance between cleaning. Left booties and blocks for movers who were coming later in the day.

They were very prompt, thorough and friendly.

I liked that they were conscientious, on time and did a great job. I will use them in future.

I was extremely happy with the work done. Several stained areas had been cleaned before with another carpet cleaner we had hired, but this time the stains were removed, all but one. I had thought we might have to replace some carpets because of the various stains, but to my surprise, the stains were treatable. The work was not inexpensive, but the $470 was a lot less than it would have cost to replace the carpets. The price included three hours of labor. Tim worked constantly and Bob worked most of the time, except when taking phone calls and setting up appointments. We are having additional carpets cleaned next week.

They were AMAZING!!! We just bought our first house and needed to have the carpets cleaned prior to move in. They made sure to work with our schedule and were able to fit us in to the already booked schedule. On the day of service, they called to say their schedule opened up for the afternoon and asked if they could come early. I would've loved that, except I was running behind in my schedule, so I asked them to come at the normal time they were originally slotted to come. They politely agreed, and showed up right on time as planned. They were super kind, professional, and polite from start to finish. They surveyed the areas to be cleaned prior to cleaning and made sure to explain in detail how they were going to clean the carpets (process and solution used), they answered my questions before, during and after cleaning, and even showed me after they were done anything that I might have questions about (i.e. any trouble spots that were unremovable). After they were done, they took time to answer more of my questions. I couldn't believe how politie, professional, & understanding they were! : ) I will definitely use them again for my next cleaning!!!!

They do excellent work and are very personable. I've used them before and will use them again!

I've used Sebastian's in the past and called them again due to my prior good experience. They cleaned all the carpets in my home, and especially got out several stubborn stains from where my cat had vomited (!). The do a very thourough job and definitely take the time to do it right. My carpets always look so great when they leave! I'll certainly use them again the future!

We are in the process of moving into a rental house. The carpets were badly in need of cleaning with many stains. Sebastian's did a great job. We have used them before and would gladly use their services in the future.

They did an amazing job on our carpets, transformed the old stained carpets into almost new ones. We were almost ready to replace the carpets, but looks like we dont have to do that now. I called this company based on the good reports from Angie's list. I am def going to call them periodically to have them clean our carpets. Thanks a ton !

We usually use them once a year. They do a good job with the carpet cleaning. Their prices are comparable to everyone else.

I contacted Sebastian's Carpet Care because it was so highly rated by Angie's List. I did not compare prices. They made it as easy as pie through the entire process. My call and request were received in a can-do and friendly manner. After I told him I was calling from Angie's List, he quoted prices to me that took into consideration the coupon on the website. They were able to perform the cleaning within one week. Nathan came to clean the carpets and furniture right at the time that he said he would. He cleaned the carpets and furniture efficiently and with little disruption. Other than my having to wear the complimentary booties and seeing the furniture on plastic pieces with the pillows on end, you would barely know that he was here. When he finished he gave me careful instructions on how to protect the carpet while it was drying. All-in-all it was a very pleasant experience.

He was very very good, very polite and courteous, and was willing to work with is financially.

I chose Sebastian's based on everyone's reviews here. They responded to my request for a bid, and showed up on time. The results are AMAZING!! I cannot say that enough. Like previous reviewers, I had new stains that were removed. But more importantly, I had some old stains (6 years old) that I thought would never be removed. I tried the canned carpet foams. I tried using a Kirby and Bissell carpet shampoo vacuum (on numerous occasions). None of those ever worked. My carpet looks brand new!! I will definitely be calling Sebastian's back for additional rooms. Thanks!

Nathan arrived right on time and did everything he said he would do. He was quick and very thorough. My carpeting hasn't looked this good in years. He got stains out that no one has been able to remove before. I am very pleased and plan to recommend this company to everyone.

They are well priced. They are very consciousness. I have used them twice they came right on time. They were very good about moving the furniture and clean. There was a place which was stained so he cleaned and again re cleaned it. He went the extra mile. He was a very personable young man. I really appreciate his time and his care to details. Their price was reasonable. They were good about the work. i would use them again in the future.

I called Bob Sebastian on Thursday, June 23rd to let him know that I needed an installer to put my carpet back in place once it had dried from the rain. He gave me a referral that was excellent and he came out the next day to look at the job. The following Monday the installer put the carpet back in place along with a new pad and strips. Nathan from Sebastian's came out at the scheduled time on Tuesday, June 28th, to clean the carpet. He also was able to get the water stains out of the carpet along with black stains from a side table. After he cleaned the carpet he moved the bed frame and box springs back into the bedroom. Then my husband and Nathan put the mattress back in place on the bed. He did a great job and the carpet looks new! Sebastian's seem to work miracles when it comes to getting spots and stains out of carpets. I've always had excellent success and will continue to use them in the future.
