Sebastians Carpet Care

TC got to my house promptly. He is very personable. He looked over what I wanted done and developed a plan of attack. TC asked about problem areas and concerns. I have pets and one concern is pet stains. TC was able to clean and freshen up those areas and also one of the recliners that was nasty. TC also noticed I had a couple areas of paint stains and got the stains out...that amazed me. Everything looks great and smells fresh. TC did a wonderful job.

They are on Angie's List. It was a very good quality work. They did a really excellent job in getting the carpets cleaned. They were very professional. They are reasonable. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

I sent an email to the email address on Sebastian's listing and never got a reply even though it said it was okay to contact them by email. That's the reason for the "C" on responsiveness. Once I called them about 4 days later, everything went fine from there on. We got it scheduled within 3 days. The young man who came was very polite and pleasant and did a great job.

We moved as much furniture as possible and vacuumed, but the heavy wear on the carpet was obvious and some spots appearaed that they might be permanent. Nathan started at the top of the house, cleaned the entire loft, the stairs and haklways -- as a bonus he even cleaned the carpet in the guest bedroom for free. By the time he was through with the living/dining room and the last of the stairs, only 2 hours had gone by and the carpets looked brand new. Not only did Nathan clean the visible carpet areas, he opened closet doors and cleaned the carpets in there. The house looks terrific. We will definitely be having Sebastion's Carpet Care back next year.

The service was better than my expectations. Nathan arrived, set up his equipment and did the job.

They are very good and I am happy with the service. They are friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. They are good at problem resolution and providing solutions for the future. They can clean almost any stain you have. I will and have recommend their services.

We had "popcorn" texture removed from our ceilings and decided to have the carpet cleaned, while the furniture was out of the area. We used Sebastian's services two previous times and were completely satisfied with their work, so we called them again. T.C. arrived on time and was professional about the whole process. He left our carpet looking much improved. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Very happy with the results. Nathan did an excellent job and was also very friendly and polite. He got out very tough stains that I thought would never come out. My wife and I commented that it looked like he put in new carpet. I've already referred a couple of friends to him. Highly recommend. Dont bother with anyone else.

The carpet, which is over 10 years old, looked better than I thought possible. A visitor shortly after it was cleaned asked if we'd gotten new carpet.

It was really easy to get an estimate. The estimate was provided over the phone and then adjusted slightly once they arrived to do the work and saw the actual space. Nathan did the cleaning. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly took pride in his work and the company. Nathan did such a great job cleaning my carpet and furniture. I just cannot believe how great the carpet looks. He got out all of the dirt from foot traffic as well as tough stains like pink nail polish and pet stains. The carpet is seven years old and actually now looks new again. Nathan also offered advice on how to treat stains between carpet cleanings. I'm very pleased with the end to end experience and will use them again.

Great! From making the appointment by phone to having my carpets cleaned, it was a seamless process. Nathan was so professional, and took the time to explain the process to me.

Our carpet was installed in 2004 and had never been professionally cleaned. Add a dog in his elder years and two teenage boys plus a fair amount of entertaining, this beige carpet had taken a beating. Plus, our house is not overly large and we use every living space which puts the carpet in high traffic areas. While I was prompt (mostly) in dabbing and absorbing pet accidents and red wine spills, the carpet was overdue for a cleaning. There was a general dirtier beige in the traffic path and in front of the sofas. When I called Sebastian's Carpet Care they were able to give me an estimate after I gave them the room dimensions and they also told me that they could not do any of the pretreated stain areas due to the fact that it was a wool carpet so I just relied on their general cleaning or shampoo. I was extremely please with the outcome. The traffic areas and areas in front of the sofa were noticeably cleaner and matched the rest of the carpet again. This was much cheaper than new carpeting. As I had previously treated some of the pet stains with a carpet cleaner - "Miracle Pet". those areas turned out a touch lighter than the cleaned carpet but were not noticeable after the carpet was dry. And that of course was due to my own ignorance on using something that might not of been designed for a wool carpet in the first place. I was not at home during the process so was not able to meet the person who performed the service. My son was home and had a favorable impression. So whoever came and did our carpet, thanks! Pamela

The price was reasonable. They were very good and very accessible. I have used them only one time. It was very good and they were excellent. I will use them again.

I was very happy with everything but the tough stains did not completely go away. He said in order to do that he would have to use a different procedures, which was very expensive and I had to do that. The price was little on the higher side. Well I think I would probably try to find somebody who maybe could take those stains. There was one area that got some yellow stains, that did not seem to go away, he was not able to do that and the carpet is only two years old. I guess I might have to see around for someone who might be able to do it for a little bit cheaper.

I was thrilled. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and surprised me by being able to remove spots I'd thought were permanent.

Sebastians cleaned my 12 year old carpet. I have had it cleaned by many companies before and it never really came clean. Sebastians removed almost every stain I had! It was way beyond my expectations since previous cleaners told me it was not possible to remove the stains. I was going to buy new carpet, but they did such a fabulous job we're going to wait several more years before we replace the carpet. $120 for the service saved us at least $2000 in replacement costs. From the first phone call to the time the job was finished everything was perfect. T.C. was great to work with. We plan to use them again.

One person came, husband has to move large items. We had removed all the loose items, tabletop etc. We had the living room, dining room, stairs & hall, plus family room cleaned. Familymroom is Berber, couldn't really see any difference. Was happy with stairs, usually a problem area for previous carpet cleaners. Dining room (hardly used) ok, living room not cleaned to our satisfaction. We will call another co to re do that room, this room was always cleaned to perfection by previous cleaners - not sure why it didn't happen this time.

Owner operator answers the phone himself. Scheduling was easy--we pushed it out a ways due to our schedule not theirs--he asked if we wanted to move it up to a sooner date. Gave a bid over the phone based on the size of the floor and number of steps. He has two other men working with him--nephew or son, I cannot recall which. The cleaner called us in advance to say they were running ahead of schedule and would we be available to meet 1 hour earlier? I was sure they would have been just fine if the answer was 'no' but turned out my husband was indeed able to meet then. Looked at the work to be done. Told husband that the amount to bill was less than quoted b/c the area was actually smaller than expected. Worked quickly and efficiently, done in just over an hour. Told husband that a few stains would not come completely out or else we would risk harming the wool carpet. I will say that if I look closely there are a few faint spots left but the work really looks great. We are very pleased.

Easy to set up appointment. We were able to set up a time when we were out of town, which made it much easier to have carpet cleaning. Prompt to arrive. Contacted me on my cell phone with a question before going ahead when cleaning the recliner. When we returned we noticed that there was a dark spot that had not originally been on the carpet. I called Monday morning and they immediately sent out a tech and the spot was gone!

Arrived one hour earlier than expected. Bob called first, and was willing to wait, but I headed home to meet him earlier. Showed him the three stains and he went to work. Carpet stains are now gone.
