Description of Work: Snowblower tune up and replaced the carburetor.

Description of Work: I contracted to have MED come out to tune up my rider John Deere Mower and sharpen blades before spring mowing commenced. Everything went fine, but when I mowed first time, the muffler almost fell off. They came back out to repair. No charge.

Description of Work: The guy showed up as expected, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all in a short period of time. Very thorough and honest.

Description of Work: Coming to my home was a huge plus. I don't have a truck or an SUV, and lifting a lawnmower into the trunk of a four door sedan with a work comp injury was not an option. They arrived on time and were vey professional. They repaired one lawn mower and diagnosed a problem on the other. I would definitely use their service again.

Description of Work: The mobile doctor was scheduled to work on my John Deere rider and my snowblower. They came within a 3 hour window. The two men did the service on the rider and it is mowing awesome. He suggested to wait with the snowblower at this time and wanted to get it ready for the winter in early fall instead. I am on the schedule for the fall for my snowblowers and lawnmowers. It was great working with the two gentlemen.

Description of Work: Snowblower wouldn't start. Called up MOE, polite lady on the phone scheduled appt with me, and a few days later he come over. Parked in my driveway, rolled the snowblower into his truck (it was real cold out, additional props for working in such conditions), banged away at it for about 45 minutes, then came and got me. I had left gas in the snowblower all year (a rookie Minnesotan mistake) and the gas had gummed up the carburetor. Was given a quick lesson and some chemical he recommended to buy to add to the fuel when storing so it doesn't do that in the future (can't recall the name, but it cam in either a red or a more powerful blue), which I promptly bought on Amazon. Description of Work: They came out and repaired my lawn mower. It now runs and looks like new. I gave them a "C" for responsiveness only because they were booked solid for two weeks. Truly excellent!

He said he could have the part by tomorrow and would squeeze me in the schedule to get it complete. He kept his word and the snow blower never ran better!

Description of Work: My 6 year old mower was backfiring (louder than a shotgun). Mobile Engine repair was reviwed with positive reviews on your list. I called, left message and they responded with a short period of time. There was a complete explanation of how they work and some range of prices. The service representative showed up on schedule and proceeded to complete his repair. He completly explained the possible causes for the problem and it turned out I had used the incorrect spark plug. Problem solved. I was impressed with the service and their quick response. I will use them again.

Description of Work: We noticed that our lawnmower wasn't doing a great job of cutting the grass evenly last year so decided to get a tune-up and check-over. Since Mobile Engine Repair got high marks from other users and is in our area, we gave them a try. Also, having them come out to our home instead of lugging the mower into a shop was a real plus. The tune-up/repair only cost $80, took about 1/2 hour, and he discovered the blades had been improperly installed.

Description of Work: Wonderful experience from the initial phone call to the performance of service. Had a tie rod replaced on my John Deere along with an oil change and blade sharpening. I've used them before and would use them again as I hate having to load up my tractor and hauling it.
