They were great.

He did a great job. He was on time and on budget. It was a small job for him but he treated us like any other important customer. I would highly recommend Mark for any plumbing job - big or small.

As always, it went great with Mark. Here are the details... I called Mark to setup a time to do the job. We agreed to a Tuesday as I planned to rip out my existing kitchen sink and countertop over the weekend. I wanted Monday as a backup day, in case I didn't finish my work in time. Mark called a week before the appointed day to say that Tuesday was in conflict and would it be possible to reschedule. We agreed to Monday on the condition that I might have to cancel at the last minute if my work on the existing countertop took longer than planned. Luckily, I was able to have everything set for Monday. Mark showed up on time to do the work. The new sink took some time to fit into place, but looks absolutely fabulous after it was installed. He took out the existing trap in my bathroom (very small space to work in) and put in one that fit appropriately, so that it should no longer leak. Then came the big task. Mark removed 90% of the plumbing in my house and replaced it with PEX piping. While he was at it, he added a few shut off valves and threaded new piping for the upstairs bathroom. He also reconfigured the piping appropriately so that when the downstairs shower is running the upstairs will still have water (previously there existed many issues due to overladen lines). Everything was completed on time. Mark picked up after himself and it looks great. Mark had estimated $500 for the replacement of the piping (several month ago). The original estimate did not include threading new lines for the upstairs bathroom. $761 seemed appropriate given the additional items (sink, garbage disposal, running lines for bathroom, bathroom trap repair, etc) as well as the complications.

The granite installer's price for replumbing was not included in the contract so we contacted Mark based on reviews found on Angie's. He was able to do a next day appointment for half the cost the granite installer firm quoted. He had all the parts needed for the job, was on time and a pleasure to work with. We took his business card and will keep it for all of our future plumbing needs.

Mark reset a toilet we had been having problems with and even was able to use our idea concerning uneven floorboards.

Arrived on time completed the repairs in the time he had estimated it to take.

I was very pleased. He was able to come to my house to do the job quickly, and he was very professional. He worked quickly. I was very pleased.

Mark was prompt, courtious and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job and I will call him back for future jobs.

I followed Mark's advice, picked up the part and fixed the dishwasher myself. It's great to have a service provider who is willing to share their expertise and help save some money when it's feasible! There was no charge for Mark's advice! My only cost was $50 for the part.

He was punctual. He knew what he was doing. He had all the equipment ready to go. He was able to take care of the big issue that I had called about and when he asked us if there is anything else, I did mention one more item and he was able to take care of that as well. The price was fair. They are pretty efficient. He said he will be here at 8 o’clock in the morning and he showed up exactly at 8 and looked at the situation and got to work right away.

I initially contacted Mark and advised that I had a few smaller issues and that he could get to them when he had some time. He advised that he would be able to come over in about a week. One of the problems subsequently became a little more urgent so I contacted Mark again and he came over that day and was able to repair everything quickly and professionally!

Mark Hessian showed up on time and listened carefully to our somewhat wandering explanation of the possible variations in renewing the plumbing in the 110 year old house. He helped us think though the options and in the end convinced us of an approach that saved more than $3,000 on the job. We will be using an electric tank water heater (instead of a gas tankless as we had thought) and repositioning some of the appliances. We have not yet contracted for the work, but hope to do so this summer. I rarely get a contractor who cuts the size of a job in half and convinces me that I will get the same value from it. This was excellent. For this honesty and customer concern, I highly recommend them. I can write more when I ask them to do the work.

All went well. Mark did an excellent job.

The estimate on the phone was not only the best that I had gotten, but Mark came in under the estimate. We had a rough estimate (phone quote) of about $500.00, not only did Mark come in significantly under that ($403), but we also then received a 10% discount for using Angie's List. Mark was on time, friendly, and did a very professional job. This is the first time that we had used Angie's list and I could only hope that all the people that we hire are all this good.

We had a leak in our first floor bathroom somewhere near the bathtub and the toilet. We knew this was probably relating to the shower somehow as we would get a pool of water in the basement after showering. And we could see the basement ceiling and joists were wet. Mark was willing to come out on a Saturday morning since we couldn't find a week day that worked for both of us. In order to investigate the pipes behind the bathtub fully, Mark needed to cut a 8x10 hole in the drywall on the other side of the wall from the tub controls. But he had a white vent cover the right size to cover it up when he was done. Once opened up he could tell that there was major leak in the panelized tub surround. The water was leak mainly on the opposite side from the controls, but then working its way around the tube edge in a metal channel, and then dropping down to the floor in the wall and into the basement. Even though tilling the whole tub surround would be the best permanent fix, Mark was willing to do his best to close up the holes and build up reinforcements to keep the holes closed, and caulked thoroughly all the tub edges. This should hopefully hold for many years to come if we re-caulk it every couple years.

I needed to replace a 17 year old 40 gallon AO Smith water heater. I read in some online forums that Bradford White makes the bets quality most reliable water heater. There website showed that Mark with Aqueduct Plumbing was the closest vendor. I checked his company on angieslist and it shows one very glowing review and no bad reviews. Mark said even though he has been in business for a very long time, he just registered with angieslist. I sent him a very detailed email asking for an estimate. He called back the next day with hard numbers that he was able to give without coming out. He was willing to do an install on Saturday morning so I didn't have to take off work. He arrived on time and completed the work within a couple of hours. He was very easy to talk to and would explain anything I asked about. He cleaned up his work area very well. He even fixed a leaky sink drain in a bathroom for me and did not charge any extra beyond his original water heater quote, even though it probably took him another 15 minutes of his time. He said it was ok since he was still on schedule. I would be confident in Mark for any plumbing job. It is a great benefit that he is small enough to not "send out another guy" for the job.

I'm not 100% sure on the cost, it's been a while, but it was a very reasonable price. Mark is great. He's very forgiving of my curious nature (I'm always in the way and asking questions). He works quickly and efficently. I've been very happy with the results of his work. I would trust him with any plumbing job. I had him out on a separate visit to replace my sump pump. I plan to call him again to have my secondary main shutoff valve replaced as well as to replace some sink shutoff valves. I have both copper and polybutylene plumbing. The polybutylene is old and hard to work with, but Mark does a great job.
