Very impressed with this company and their professionalism! I visited the booth at the Home & Garden Show and was impressed at the up front pricing on custom drawers (competitors would not give even an approximate cost, just told me "it depends"). I set up a measuring appointment at the show and they made a reminder call which was very helpful! Jake came out to measure for drawers in my pots and pans cupboard as well as a lower corner cupboard that just wasn't an efficient space. He gave me a few options for the corner cabinet, along with exact prices. He also gave me suggestions on how I could further utilize the space beyond the lazy susan that I decided on. Jake was very professional and didn't make me feel rushed as other contractors have done when they are simply coming out to provide a quote with no guarantee of work. He even looked at some other spaces to figure out how they could help me better utilize space in the future I had the lazy susan and drawers installed last week and am very happy. The craftsmanship on the drawers is great...no wonder they are guaranteed for life! I will definitely be using this company for more projects in the future!

Wonderful. From our first contact to the last we were treated courteously and with much professionalism. They arrived on time for both the free estimate visit and the installation. When they come into your home they remove their shoes. The pull out for my one cabinet was a bit long so they had to take it back. They rescheduled with me to come back the next day to install it but then called and said if I was available they could come back the same day. Perfect! I will be calling them back for more work in the future.

Jake, from JoesCustomCabinetry.com came over soon after we called for an appointment. He gave us a good estimate because he took time to measure for the pull-outs and drawers that we needed right away, that same day. He made some great suggestions for pull-out spice racks and for other pull-outs that added much improved space usage to our 26-year-old kitchen. Our custom oak cabinets were still beautiful, but the inner workings needed replacing and updating. When finished, they still looked the same on the outside, but the inside was new...wow. The original cabinets fit my taste better than all new ones. Can you tell that we love them? I can get at the things I use regularly and at the things that I only need for parties, without a lot of fuss, because I can get at items that used to hide in the back. The pull-outs and drawers seem very durable and are graded to hold 100 lbs. The pull-outs glide extremely smoothly, and look nice, especially since everything is now organized. The installation was extremely timely 5 weeks later. Installers came and left almost to the minute that Joe said that they would be here. (I'm used to workers being late, so I guess I was a little surprised). They were here 5 hours because we got 18 pull-outs and 11 drawers. They left everything nice and clean. We got Joe's name from my daughter-in-law who will get a free pull-out, as promised, for referring us. She got a card in the mail that said that they remembered her even though her referral was over a year ago. Thank you! Janis

They were wonderful. They were prompt at the time to measure and give an estimate. Very professional. They were prompt in arriving on the day to install. They were very efficient, polite, respectful and professional. The roll out shelves are wonderful AND I LOVE THE SPICE RACK in the cupboard. The cabinet and counter top they built looks wonderful and the stainless steel peg board for pots and pans really looks sharp. They cleaned up and made sure that everything was to satisfaction.

I signed up for an in-home estimate from Joseph Otto Enterprises at Minnesota's State Fair, 2015. They confirmed the time of the visit with the phone call before hand. I was very pleased with their estimate and suggestion about one other place where I could use a pull out -- under the sink. Measurement, ordering, and installation were very quick -- painless. And there was no problem when I wanted one shelf adjusted up slightly after installation. I love my shelves and would recommend JOE to anyone, including my mother. They were respectful of being in my home, answered all my questions, and were completely professional. Plus the drawers are of good quality and will last for years.

Joseph was awesome to work with. He provided ideas to maximize our storage space and we love the result. He provided a quality product at a reasonable price and delivered on time. I would be happy to recommend his work to anyone.

Joe and Dory were wonderful to work with! From start to finish, they were pleasant, knowledgeable, fair in price and prompt. They provided a reminder postcard and phone calls to confirm that the timing of our apointments still worked for us, particularly appreciated as we were in the middle of a long drawn out house move. They helped us understand how best to use the space in our builtins and recommended against some ideas that we asked about. All in all, I am extremely pleased with our rollout shelves and the efficiency we w have gained from our kitchen cabinets. i would definitely work with Joe and Dory again. Highly recommend them!

Did a great job. Stain matched on the new cabinet door. The drawer sliders were replaced and are so much better than the old ones that were on there from the time the house was built in 2001. We saw Joe's display at the Mpls. Home and Garden show in Feb. and liked the quality of the product. Joe gave great advice at the initial estimate visit. He actually talked us out of a more expensive fix to the pantry shelves. He gave a bid that seemed reasonable for the amount of shelving he was making. 13 custom built roll out shelves and a tray rack. We like the fact that the shelves were moveable and adjustable to fit the items going to be stored there. When Joe arrived to install the shelves, he was right on time and quickly got to work. He was finished in about 3 hours and everything looks fabulous. He also explained how to adjust the shelves, cleaned up the space and headed off to another job. I would highly recommend Joe's Custom Cabinets.

They were great! The craftsmanship is top notch. Joe was punctual for both the estimate & installation. Very nice & professional. He was thorough with explaining everything including how to adjust the pull out shelves to meet our needs as we use them and determine the height needed if some heights don't work. He said installation would be approximately an hour at the most and he was spot on. They were done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Joseph Otto Enterprises.

Joe started on time, as promised. The total project was finished in 2 days. One of the drawers had a slightly different shade - Joe pleasantly said "no problem" and refinished it in a day.

I love my pantry and want to add more roll out shelves all over my house. Joe is very professional. He is a family man with high integrity. The price is fair and the work is very high quality. You will not be disappointed. Very short installation time at the house - most of the work is fabricated at his shop before delivery to the home.

My wife and I could not be happier with our new kitchen upgrades from Joe. Joe was very polite and patient with us. He was on time to come out to our house to do a free inspection and estimate. He was patient and very helpful as we explained which things frustrated us about our kitchen and provided ideas. He wasn't pushy and even suggested a cheaper option for the lazy susan than what we were thinking based on his experience and what people have liked best. The roller drawers are amazing and Joe showed up on time again for the install and had everything done that day. Would highly recommend.

I originally contacted this company via email after finding it on Angie's list. Dory responded promptly and we scheduled a time convenient to me for Joe to come out to discuss the project. Joe was on time and very professional. He took the time to make sure he really understood what I was l looking for and answered all my questions about the project as well as the process. Through the design phase, Joe patiently worked with me to make sure I was completely happy. (I had a slight problem committing to an accent color for the shelving.) Joe gave me a custom design, with a truly unique twist, that was perfectly suited to my home. Although it was not necessary for me to be there for the installation, I was much too excited to stay away. It really was a treat to see the shelving go up piece by piece, literally watching him transform the room. I'd also like to mention that both he and his assistant were very careful not to disturb or damage anything in my home and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. To say that I am very happy with the results would be an understatement. I smile every time I walk into the room. Joe's design solution not only adds functionality to my home, it also really has enhanced the appearance of the whole room. I am impressed with the craftsmanship and with how well he has matched the new construction to the existing aesthetics. Oh, and that accent color I mentioned earlier? LOVE it!

Joe was the only exhibitor at the Minneapolis home show that followed up after the show. He gave us a great quote, showed up on time, had all of the pull out drawers installed in under an hour. They are awesome! Simply great work and super service.
