My existing kitchen cabinetry is over 45 years old. I wanted to replace the fixed shelves with "roll-out shelves". I saw examples of their work at the Minnesota State Fair; it was exactly what I wanted. They were prompt (and on-time) in scheduling a time to come to my house to obtain the needed measurements; similarly the were prompt (and on-time) in scheduling and completing the installation. The shelves look beautiful and work exactly as advertised. The price was very reasonable! The service people were very competent and pleasant. Plus, they reinstalled a door on my pantry (work item that was beyond order) for no additional cost. I RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS!!

WOW! I am not easily impressed - Joe Otto was excellent to work with from start to finish. He is extremely responsive, has a great attention to detail, helped us walk through a number of options, and offered solutions that are a fraction of the price of an entire kitchen overhaul. Joe's crew was helpful as well and did a great job on the work itself. Since it was a big project for us, I received a number of quotes and was most impressed in terms of quality and price with this company. Would definitely recommend!

We've used Joe's Custom Cabinetry for a window bench built in, mud room built in, off site cabinet door repainting, and minor cabinet repairs over the last 4 years. Both the finished product and the experience throughout are always top notch. The quality of both built-ins has been superb. We've been shocked at the amount of abuse both built in's have held up to from 3 young, active children. Think standing in drawers, hanging from shelves, and jumping on benches-it's truly impressive. Joe's attention to small design details in both the planning and build/install shows in his work. They may not be the cheapest quote you will get, but the extra spent will be well worth it. Both Joe and Dory are always prompt and responsive, more so than any other contractor we have ever worked with. All interactions from the planning/quoting process to the final install have always been with Joe, Dory, and Jake only. It's nice to work with a family business with such consistency. Everyone is always professional and friendly. Joe's Custom Cabinetry is without a doubt our go to for any future build in or cabinetry needs.

Wow. Service way above the expected and Price was very good. I had bids from 5 other companies for a small kitchen pantry and Help Your Shelves was more than $2000 less than highest and only about $200 above the lowest - but for a much better product.

Help Your Shelves (Joe's company) did an outstanding job. The quality of their shelves is the best and the pricing is very reasonable. The helped us layout the shelves we needed to meet our needs. Jake then did the install in just a few hours. The shelves are adjustable so we don't need to do another remodel if we change our mind on how to organize things. I absolutely love my new custom pull out shelves. The quality of the product is outstanding. I highly recommend working with Dory and Joe. Their staff paid great attention to detail and even helped me consider how the kitchen is organized. The Lazy Susan option has been life changing. We met Dory and Joe at the Home and Garden show. We loved the displays and thus, had them come out and do an estimate on the entire kitchen. Our walk in pantry that was all wire racking was the first project we had them do and we absolutely LOVE the results. The team was easy to work with, professional, and alway on time. Joe spent an hour on the phone with me to personally talk me through all my options and give me advise/suggestions. Once designed they came in and in short order were able to put in the new pantry an make our lives so much easier in the kitchen. Yesterday was install day for our new rollout shelves. We stumbled upon Help Your Shelves at a local home show. We were not in the market for purchasing shelves, but once we saw them, we knew we needed them for our pantry (which is very deep) and for our spices, which I used to have “organized” in a few containers. From start to finish, Help Your Shelves was amazing. Their price structure is per shelf, so you decide how many shelves you want and that’s the price. No hidden install fees and they are custom built for your space. They confirmed a day in advance for both the consultation and the install without me having to confirm with them, which I appreciated. In addition, they were on time for both as well. Their installer was super nice, efficient, and very respectful of our home. We are so excited about our new rollouts and finally we will be able to reach the stuff at the back of the pantry and find that one spice we need with ease!! I really can’t say enough great things about this company. I’ve attached a few before and after pictures. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!

After spending a significant amount of time in our new kitchen, we decided our cabinets needed some additional functionality and organization. We met the "Help Your Shelves" contractors at the local home improvement show where they showed us the custom made roll out shelves. The ideas were endless! One of the contractors met us to talk about options and measure our kitchen cabinets. The order took approximately 2 weeks and the roll outs were installed. We were amazed when our upper corner cabinet was transformed into two spice racks and still had room on the top shelf for large items. The original island had 2 large cabinets with a shelf in each. The largest cabinet now has 2 large roll out shelves. The end cabinet on the island was a mess before this project. The contractor suggested we turn it into 3 roll out shelves, which we absolutely love. Our baking and cooking tools are organized and we can find them! Overall, we love the products, ideas, and the finished rollouts. We purchased 10 roll out shelves, and 2 spice racks. This includes the pantry, and a large pots and pans drawer. We plan on finishing the other cabinets this year. Thanks "Help Your Shelves" for a great product and installation!

We had 4 pullout drawers installed in a kitchen island. We love them!!! Getting pots and pans is MUCH easier now. Customer service and quality are excellent. The installer listen to our needs and helped determine the best solution for addressing our needs. On the day of instillation, the installer friendly and knowledgeable. He even took time to show me how to make adjustments to the shelves, if needed. We hope to add more pullouts in the future.

I LOVE OUR NEW PULL OUT SHELVES! We had them installed a month ago and it’s made such a difference in organizing our kitchen. The service was first class and the quality of workmanship is top notch. The company is very professional. The installer had the two pull-outs installed quickly. He then took the time to make sure we knew how to care for them and how to rearrange the pull-outs if we need to move them up or down. He even brought a treat bag for out dog. I am making plans to someday add more pull-outs.

Jake was timely and listened to what we wanted to achieve and discussing options with us. Once we made our decision he was efficient in taking measurements and provided an anticipated install date. Communication and confirmation of the delivery/install date kept us informed. As promised, Jake arrived on the expected date. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival he took great care in handling and installing the product in the timeframe committed. Great job and impressed with the new roll outs.

The entire process of adding roll out shelves with Joe was exceptional! Joe listened to our needs and requests and our kitchen cabinets couldn't be better! Before, the three drawers in our kitchen required strength and technique to open and close do to missing rollers and slides.. Now, we can open and close them with one finger - every time!! I met this Business at the MN State Fair where I put my name on a list. About a week later they called and sent Joe to my home in St Cloud. We had three very bad opening and closing drawers that needed help. Joe measured, gave Ideas and set up and appointment to fix them up.
