Would never use them
Description of Work: I filled out the request form for a quote. i received an email within minutes stating that I would receive a phone call shortly. Well I waited until a full 24 hours for the phone call. Nothing. So I called and was told that I would have to wait until they got around to calling me. They said they were busy. Talk about unprofessional. I would not use them even if they gave me the Move.

Description of Work: I was left stranded by another mover. I called Quality Moving & Storage out of Hudson. They arranged a crew to come and went to two different storage lockers for me. They did an outstanding job! Quick and efficient. Went beyond what they needed to do to make things right. Price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend them. I will hire them again.

Description of Work: We had a full house move and it couldn't have gone smoother. They loaded up my old house and unloaded at my new house in 4 hrs which is WAY faster than I'd expected. All of our moving team was extremely friendly and very careful. The rates charged were very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Couldn't move the piano or desk because they couldn't figure out how to get it out. Said the same thing about the couch. 7 of them stood around and talked about it for 45 while they were on the clock. After we moved in they called to tell me they still had a box that belonged to us and they would drop it off that day. 4 calls later we are still waiting.

Description of Work: This was my fourth time using Quality Moving in the past four months. Two pre-move smaller moves to storage, one small office move at my work, and finally a full house move. | |Absolute rock stars with every crew they sent out. On time, well organized team work, great guys, extremely careful with packing, loading and carrying. | |The house to condo move involved massive trips up LOTS of stairs on both ends, and the crew, though I knew they were fatigued, never let me see that side. They truly were professional and made a stressful process so much easier on us. | |Cannot recommend them highly enough and would absolutely use them again. Thanks for all the hard work on Saturday guys---- truly grateful for all your help.

THEY CHARGE BY THE NUMBER OF WORKERS AND HOURS, SO THE BETTER PREPARED YOU ARE THE FASTER THE MOVE WILL GO.
