They didn't estimate correctly on the amount of trucks they needed. So the move took longer than it was supposed to. It would have taken even longer had I not rented a Uhaul truck to finishe the move.

I could not have been happier with the service that Quality provided. Dave went out of his way to provide guidance on how to prepare for an efficient move. The moving staff was punctual, polite, pleasant, and extremely hard working. Most importantly they were extremely careful with all of our furniture and belongings and there were no casualties in the move.

I called several companies for quotes and was armed with a list of questions to ask a mover before you hire them. Quality answered about 75% of my questions without being asked and had prompt answers for the others. I was quoted an hourly rate with no other costs involved (no fuel surcharge, no "long carry" charges, etc). I did get two lower rates quoted to me but one had an array of potential charges that I didn't feel like dealing with and the other was a little more vague with the answers to my questions. The movers showed up precisely when they said they would at 8am and wasted no time in getting started. They made a quick survey of my stuff and had me point out the items that weren't to be moved by them. It took roughly 40 to 45 minutes for them to have everything loaded -- including wrapping my entertainment center in padding and then plastic to protect it. They left for my new home (about 50 minutes away) about 10 minutes before I did but I figured that driving a truck, I'd still beat them there. I was surprised to see them already in my driveway ready to unload with I got there. They wasted no time unloading, either. Unfortunately, they were unable to get my couch into the lower level because of the angle of the door/staircase and the 6 foot height of the ceiling at the entry point (my couch is 6' 7" long). Although, it wasn't for lack of trying -- they spent roughly 20 minutes trying different angles and directions and even took apart part of the outside door to try for a better fit. In the end, they didn't charge me for this time because they couldn't make it work. The "issue" came when they presented me the bill. I was initially billed at a higher rate than I was quoted via e-mail and over the phone. When I questioned it, the lead mover explained that was what on their schedule but that he'd call to confirm the quote I was given. Sure enough, the office had forgotten to put down their new, lower price and they fixed it on the spot.

They were efficient, professional and did everything in a timely manor. They were friendly and the price was reasonable.

The estimate was the most reasonable I received. Cost per hour was comparable, but Quality Moving charged straight time only. No minimums. Day of the move: service was excellent. I was called an hour prior to move to confirm. The movers were knowledgeable, extremely professional, and efficient. I would hire Quality Moving in the future.

The QTS Team moved us out of our condo, stored these items in their truck overnight (because we weren't closing on our new house until early the next day), gathered items from a storage facility the following day and moved everything into our home in SW Mpls. They arrived on time if not a little early to every location. Their team was refreshed and wasted little time getting our furniture into our three story house. They attempted to fit three of our sofa's into our basement stairwell without complaint. They are a bit pricey but they plan for success and efficiency. They were careful with our furniture and our house. I have used them twice. I would use them again.

The movers were very efficient and pleasant to work with and they did a careful and quick job of moving me out. They also reassured me that I would get the storage bill in the mail by the next week, which I did. The only issues I really had were having to be rescheduled, which made my business feel less than important to them and then to have also been told that I may not be able to get my things back/they may not be able to move me until the middle of a week (which could cause me to pay for part of October as well). I do not feel as though the people running the show from the office are really taking their paying customers as seriously as they should. I have been paying for storage since mid-August and would like to pay them to move me in to my new place, but they have put me on the back burner.

Quality Moving & Storage was great. Free boxes were readily available, movers arrived on time, worked hard, were careful of belongings and new wood floors.

Two men showed up on time, listened to my goals, went on a walk-through with me and then set about making the move happen. They completely worked out all the logistics, taped boxes together, filled them, taped them shut, and moved them upstairs in an orderly configuration. They followed my request to have access to certain cabinets, to be able to move through the space, and to place the boxes low enough that I could move them myself as I tackle my sort and pitch project. They were completely professional, didn't damage anything, were courteous and speedy. They worked steadily the entire two hours they were here and made countless trips up and down stairs. Before they left, they asked if I needed anything else moved in other rooms and had me check that the job had been done according to my specifications. It was, down to the last detail. These guys were fabulous. I will definitely call upon them when I tackle the garage. I did not have an estimate done in advance. I knew the hourly rate and hoped to keep the job to 1 hour, but that wasn't realistic. I hadn't been able to accomplish the job in five years, so I am more than happy to pay. They charged the hourly rate I had been quoted. They do charge their hourly rate for travel time. Fortunately, they are located nearby.

They did a fantastic job!! Before the move we stopped by their location to pick-up boxes on two occasions. Both times their employees helped us load the boxes in our car. On the move-out day they showed up on-time and the crew was ready to work. They carefully disassembled a number of beds and other items. They wrapped furniture, pictures, glass table tops, etc. The move-out went much quicker than we expected and there were no scratches or gouges in the walls when they had finished. On the move-in day they showed up on time and started right in. Their crew once again was very careful not to gouge our freshly painted walls. They quickly brought the furniture in and reassembled it with no issues. They even helped us re-organize the furniture when our initial plans changed. All the guys on the crew were great!!

They were on time, early, actually! They had four guys because one extra large couch needed to be hoisted down over a second story deck (too large to fit in stairwell). The appropriate furniture was wrapped in plastic. Two guys drove some of the furniture up to St. Michael and the others loaded furniture into storage. All four men were pleasant, professional, and the foreman, with whom I had the most contact, was great!

Mike and Ezra (2 terrific ambassadors for Quality Transfer & Storage) arrived at the appointed time, 9:00 AM. They loaded the van in little over 1 hour, drove 10 miles, unloaded the van without taking a break. No visible damage. They were friendly and cheerful the entire time. It was a pleasure having them around. Completed the move in 4 hours. Received Senior Discount.

Two clean cut young men arrived on time. They were a delight to work with. Their attitude was excellent and they were so fast. They were finished in about 3 hours. My house is only a couple of blocks away so that helped a little. I did not have any problem with breakage. Some of the items were large and heavy; sofa bed, hutch, dressers full of clothing, boxes, etc.

They quoted and promised 3 guys for the move. Actually, 6 guys ended up helping out to make it a smooth move into our home. They did not charge me for the extra guys. They arrived a bit early and ended early too. They were very polite.

We did a lot of research on Angie's list to find a local packing and moving company and decided on Quality Transfer. We were extremely pleased with their employees, their work and the job. The staff was wonderful to work with and provided excellent service. The packing and the move went without a glitch and not a single thing was broken which was very impressive. There was only one minor problem. The dining room table got a small scrape on it. I called the owner who came over to inspect the table promptly. Since it was decided that the scrape was a result of the move, the owner took the table and had it repaired and brought the table back looking fabulous. We were very appreciative of their customer service and care in pleasing their customers. We would highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT - THE TWO MOVERS WERE ON TIME, WERE POLITE AND CAREFUL WITH MY FURNITURE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED. I WAS PARTICULARLY HAPPY THAT THEY COULD ACCOMMODATE MY NEED WITHOUT CHARGING FOR TWO MOVERS, TRIP CHARGES, OR OTHERWISE HAVING A HIGH MINIMUM CHARGE.

THE MOVING CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY WERE EXTREMELY QUICK AND EFFICIENT--THEY HAD US OUT OF OUR HOUSE IN SHAKOPEE IN THREE HOURS AND MOVED INTO OUR HOUSE IN PLYMOUTH IN 2 1/2 HOURS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR DEMEANOR AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE CAREFUL WITH OUR BELONGINGS AND WITH THE HOUSES THEY WERE WORKING IN. THEY COVERED BOTH FURNITURE AND DOORWAYS WITH BLANKETS AND HAD MATS SO AS TO NOT WALK DIRECTLY ON THE CARPET. WHEN THEY MOVED US IN TO OUR NEW HOME, THEY SEPARATED THE CREW INTO TWO TEAMS--ONE TO WORK OUTSIDE AND ONE TO WORK INSIDE WITHOUT SHOES TO PROTECT OUR NEWLY INSTALLED CARPET. WE HAVE HIRED MOVING COMPANIES BEFORE AND THIS COMPANY FAR EXCEEDED ANY WE HAVE WORKED WITH BEFORE.

THE MOVERS SHOWED UP PROMPTLY. THEY BROUGHT 3 MEN FOR THE JOB BUT I REQUESTED THE HOURLY FEE THAT REPRESENTS 2 MEN. THE 3RD MAN WAS RETURNED TO THE OFFICE AND THE CLOCK STARTED WHEN THE TRUCK RETURNED. THE MOVERS WERE POLITE AND CAREFUL WITH MY PROPERTY.

WHILE THE PRICE MAY SEEM HIGH, THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WAS WELL WORTH IT. I WOULD USE THIS PROVIDER AGAIN IF I EVER HAVE THE NEED FOR A HAND MOVING HEAVY STUFF AROUND OR OUT OF THE HOUSE.

THESE GUYS WERE EXCELLENT! THESE 3 GUYS WERE ON TIME (8 A.M.), HUSTLED RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, MAXIMIZED THEIR TIME BY LIFTING BOXES OVER A RAILING AND HANDING TO PERSON BELOW INSTEAD OF CARRYING EACH BOX DOWNSTAIRS INDIVIDUALLY. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST THEY CLEARED OUT THE TOWN HOUSE. WHEN MOVING OUR POSSESSIONS INTO THE NEW HOME, THEY WERE VERY CONSCIOUS OF TRACKING ANY DIRT INTO HOME (KEPT PICKING UP SPECKS OF DIRT THEY'D SEE), COVERED CORNERS, RAILINGS, ETC SO THEY WOULDN'T DAMAGE ANYTHING. STARTED AT 8:00 AND WE WERE DONE BY 2:30!!

THESE THREE GUYS WERE GREAT AND THE COMPANY GIVES YOU FREE BOXES! VERY PROMPT, FRIENDLY (SAID PLEASE AND THANK YOU!), CAREFUL AND CLEAN CUT. THEY WERE NICE AND CONVERSATIONAL WITHOUT BEING ANNOYING, CLEAN CUT, CAREFUL WITH OUR ITEMS AND WORKED HARD DURING THE 8 OR 9 HOURS THEY MOVED US. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY MADE OUR EXPERIENCE A STRESS-FREE ONE. THEY MOVED OUR PIANO VERY CAREFULLY AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE MOVERS WERE INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL, CAREFUL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE SERVICE WAS FAST & WELL MANAGED.

THEY WERE ON TIME, DIDN'T DAMAGE ANYTHING, THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND DIDN'T STOP FOR LUNCH. THEY ALSO HAVE FREE BOXES! VERY WELL TRAINED CREW AND THE OWNER WAS THERE AS WELL. GOOD EXPERIENCE AND VERY REFRESHING.

THE ENTIRE CREW WERE FANTASTIC. THEY WERE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WITH OUR BELONGINGS AND EFFICIENT. THEY HAD A LOT OF THINGS TO MOVE, IN ADDITION TO TYPICAL FURNITURE AND BOXES. I WOULD (AND HAVE) RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS. YOU DON'T NEED TO SHOP AROUND. HIRE QUALITY.
