I was happy with them and would use them again.

They have an expected arrival time between noon and 2. Called about 1:45 saying they would be late. Arrived around 2:15. Took about 4 1/2 hours to move us. Worked very quickly.

The job required the biggest pieces to be taken apart or moved outside - up the hill - to the second story door at the back. The smaller pieces were moved up and down the narrow and zig-zag staircase inside. The furniture was covered and protected and care to avoid any damage to walls or items in transit. I found the movers to be both pleasant and good at the kind of problem solving this kind of job requires. Within two hours, my job was completed - furniture re-assembled and everything neat. I'd use them again in a heart beat!

Overall it was a great experience. The movers were very friendly and professional. I gave them a B on price because the clock starts ticking when they leave their shop and stops when they get back. Maybe this is common in MN. I used two different movers in GA and the clock started when they got there and stopped when they left.

The overall experience was great! Three clean-cut, friendly, professional guys showed up and carefully packed all of our belongings into a large storage container (Big Blue Box). They had our entire house packed up in less than 3.5 hours! They came back (different guys, but same scenario) to unpack the box at our new home 3 months later. Again, they were timely and professional. It took about 2 hours to unpack the box and only 1 very cheap/old bookcase was damaged. We were so impressed and relieved to see everything else intact. They brought all the materials we needed ... saran wrap type stuff, cardboard and blankets... it was wonderful! Thank you for a great experience

Tom and Reese did a two man and truck move for me. They were exactly on time. They are friendly guys, and know exactly what they are doing. They wrapped and moved my furniture in a more careful manner than warranted for stuff from Ikea. I had a "Big Deal" coupon, and they were totally cool with that. Even if I'd had to pay full price, it was less expensive than what I paid in my last three moves. It was a good deal. I would absolutely use these guys again - heartily recommend.

It went well, took slightly longer than expected but it was a very hot day and the 2 movers worked non-stop without complaint. They were both professional and took care of our furniture throughout the move. They did charge an extra 30 minutes for transfer time which I wasn't expecting, however the overall cost was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

Very efficient and fast. I would hire them again in a heart beat! They loaded all 7,200 cases in an hour. Drove them to Oakdale from Chanhassen and unloaded and stacked them in an hour. Well worth the money! They are my heros. We moved the cases ourselves the first time and did not want to move them ourselves again. Thank you for all your hard work.

These guys were great and reasonably priced. They came a little later than the two-hour time window they gave but they called at the beginning of the window to let me know they were behind and again when they were on their way. They were fast, friendly, and all my items were transported in perfect condition. I would most definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

I thought they were reasonable and they were good. They were very fast too. Their price was the cheapest of the three quotes.

My first question to Nick when I contacted him about moving, was would his company help me with taking furniture apart and re-assembly? He said yes, there were some issues with the re-assemble but Nick came back and resolved the issues. I was happy with the Move the young men were polite and fast.

We moved a 4000sf home last year. Quality helped pack the home, place half of it's contents into their storage facility, and move the other half to a much smaller rental home. After 9 months, they then moved the storage contents into our new home. We had a bit of a rocky start with Quality given our unique, and quite labor-intensive, moving situation. We had a series of miscommunications that left us frustrated, but Quality contacted us for a meeting with ownership, we discussed the issues, and Quality went above and beyond to correct the situation. Their service is exemplary and the crew was extremely polite, professional and "polished". Despite the miscommunications early on, I would definitely recommend Quality because they made every effort to remedy any issues that we had and did a fantastic job getting everything neatly placed in our new home.

It could not have gone any better. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable moving company.

I purchased shelf cases and they picked them up from one location and delivered them to me. They did a good job the first time. It's a crew moving company and they had four or five people working on my move.

Went great. Had used them for a much smaller move two years ago. They wrapped and padded all the furniture. They were very efficient, polite, clean, and careful to avoid damage to my possesions and both houses. Whole move took 8 hours. Would definately use them again.

I got a coupon from them. They pretty much moved all my belongings, hauled it in the truck, delivered it to my house and brought it all in. They didn't really do any unpacking but they kind of set things where I wanted them. I got an email about a coupon from them.

We got a quote from two companies before selecting one, and it was a bit hard to get a quote from Quality. They are very busy! There was also a mix-up with the appointment. However, we are very glad we persevered and went with them: it was less expensive than the competition, and the service was fantastic. They were extremely courteous, worked hard, and took excellent care of all our belongings. We had no broken dishes or glasses, and because they wrapped all the furniture before moving it, everything arrived in perfect condition (well, the same condition it was in to begin with . . . they're not magicians!). All in all: they could use an office manager, but considering the price and the service, it's well worth it to be a bit patient at the outset.

We waited until the last minute to arrange a move and the mover we used before was not available. We checked Angie's List called Quality and were fortunate they had just received a cancellation. They did an excellent job of handling our belongings with care. They were very flexible. We had some odds and ends that were not packed. Though it was not what they had bargained for, they handled it without complaint. Overall they met or exceeded all of our expectations.

Everything went great! The entire staff was wonderful to work with, they were very careful with our belongings, and very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend and would use them again!

Everything went as expected except upon looking things over after the move, some carpet runners were ripped. They were old and when I called Dave about this, he assured me he would do what it takes to resolve the problem. We have not yet, but the ball is in my court and I think Dave will be reasonable.

I spoke with Nick the owner and he sold me on his company by telling me about their service, facilities and levels of service they provided. We set a date and the movers called a half hour ahead and arrived right on time. I gave them direction on the overall plan of attack and they went at it. Crew leader, Nick, had a hard working team. They also moved my piano and did a good job with it. I found them to be extremely professional and courteous. A good company to go with. They say what they do and do what they say.

I left a message about the move and Dave called me back very promptly. He came to my apartment to give me a quote and learned enough about the destination so that they were fully prepared. We had a rough start because I did not get a confirmation phone call the day before, although they said they tried to call. I expected them at 8 am but was scheduled for 1 pm. Mike, Mike and Reis were efficient yet careful, easy to talk to but no time wasted in conversation, and made the entire move feel relaxed. I had color-coded all boxes according to whether they were staying behind, going into storage in the back, or going into storage where I needed access to the items. They brought containers so the boxes went into these containers which could just roll off the truck and into the elevator up to the storage unit - a real time saver. I needed a wardrobe box and more pads than I had on hand, so the company provided these at a very reasonable cost. Items were packed into the storage unit very efficiently. They beat the estimated time for the move - it only took 3 1/4 hours instead of 5 1/2 hours. Good job!

I called Quality Transfer on June 6 and got a return call the next day. I described what would be a complicated (2 household) and rushed move and Dave said they could work with us. He also stated that he handles moves with or without estimates and recommend we do an estimate. We set an appointment for one house estimate at Thursday 9am, and Dave called my partner the next afternoon to arrange the estimate for the second house. To his credit, Dave called me the next day to give an update on scheduling an appointment with my partner, and wanted to schedule my estimate, forgetting we had already scheduled mine for Thursday at 9. My Thursday appointment was very good. Nick Franta was courteous, on time, and professional. My partner's appointment with Dave did not go well and that's why we decided not to use them. Dave told my partner he could not do the estimate on Wednesday or Friday, so they agreed to meet on Thursday. My partner suggested 6:30 because of his work schedule. Dave said he would make that work. On Thursday, Dave called my partner asking to do the estimate earlier but my partner could not change the schedule. Dave then said he didn't know if he could make it because his previous work assignment was on the other side of town. Dave suggested 6pm and said he would call my partner before leaving his previous work assignment so they could meet at my partner's house. He didn't do that, however. Eventually he called my partner's cell phone and left a message saying he had already gone through St. Paul and wasn't going to wait 45 minutes for my partner. Dave stated he went home and would reschedule the estimate for the next day (which was the Friday he said he couldn't do in the first place) or later. Dave knew that my partner had to be out of his house by the following Wednesday; this put us in a really bad spot. My partner called Dave as soon as he got the message but did not get a return call. I also called Dave that evening, left a message asking what happened and reminding him the move was urgent. I did not get a return call until 11am the next day. Dave had several excuses like "most people don't do estimates" and just get moved, and that he can't be expected to work 12-hour days, and that he didn't return our calls after the missed appointment because he doesn't call in the evenings or before 8am since most customers don't like that. Mistakes and miscommunications happen but we are the customers and should get good service, not excuses. At no point did we request 12-hour workdays or anything unreasonable, we just wanted Dave to show up when he said he would, or tell us that he couldn't handle our request up front. We decided not to use them. We were forced to get another company to my partner's house at the last minute of Friday. A-1 Moving did a FANTASTIC job and we would highly recommend their service.

I was very pleased with them. The lead coordinator for the move was very knowledgeable. They made multiple stops for us.
