The crew that did our move worked very hard and were very professional. Nothing was broken. Only a few scratches which has to be expected. They blanket wrapped everything that could not be boxed

All in all a very positive experience.

The manager was pretty prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, setting up a time, and giving me an estimate of how many hours the move would take. The time estimate was accurate. (There was some delay in getting the estimate since the first person to do the estimate went out of town without leaving his notes.) The crew was prompt, very courteous, and professional and competent with standard tasks, including taking apart beds and crib. The only downsides were (1) I ended up having to supply my own blunt-tip Phillips screwdriver to take off the legs of a couch that did eventually manage to fit down the basement steps of our new house (I did this with the clock running, so to speak) and (2) having to pay for the time they took to drive from their company to my old house. (Since arrangements were made over the phone, I could have missed that detail, but it did take me by surprise.) Overall, it was a good deal with the Angie's List coupon, but I wouldn't have felt so good about the experience if I had paid full price. Also, while it's common enough for large pieces of furniture not to fit up or down steep and narrow staircases in old homes, it would have been helpful if we could have taken a look at our new house as well. My best efforts to make measurements turned out to be inaccurate in some cases, and a little expertise applied up front would have spared me a few unpleasant surprises on moving day.

There was a mix up with the time, which was hard to coordinate. The moving part was ok. I believe they were double booked and it was not possible to reschedule, however they were able to do the work.

They showed up when expected, were very professional and courteous, and worked hard. Their estimate of time and cost was right on. They damaged a threshold, but we were going to replace it anyway, so didn't take them up on their offer to have it fixed. They were great to work with, and we'd highly recommend them!

The three movers were very punctual and pleasant-- each one introducing themselves. The move went quickly. A few small mishaps happened such as a frame being knocked off the wall and came apart and a scratch in the floor. They made certain that everything was in the correct place before they left. Before hiring, I spoke with the owner at length over the phone to discuss costs, time needed, etc. He failed to mention that I would be charged for the travel time to and from my home, in 15 minute increments with 15 minute minimum. Perhaps this is standard, but I was not aware of the cost. The move itself was 45 minutes, so adding an additional 30 minutes to the bill (15 minutes to and from my home) was a significant percentage cost increase. I would consider hiring them again, but not definitely.

They quoted me for 2-2.5 hours. I felt that was very expensive as I am sure it would not take that long to move the items needed. They said the charge was moving portal to portal. The items I needed moved should only take 10-15 minutes to load and 10-15 minutes to unload.

Let's say I had to get lawyers involved for all of the damage. Owner apologized for the damage and how I was treated but does not make up for the all of the damage (not to say the emotional stress) including the only three items I have from Grandma (china cup, plate and brush with Mirror) that were broken. The owner apologized for how his son, who is running the business, treated me and how poorly my job was handled from the beginning to the end.

Everyone was polite, professional, punctual, and got the job done in the time frame they said they would do it.

The guys from Quality Moving were amazing! They arrived on time and jumped right in. They were very responsive to our questions and took great care with our items. Once we got to the new house, they did a wonderful job of getting items to the correct locations and asked if things were unclear. At the end of the move, they asked a few times if there was anything else we would like done before they left. I would definitely use them again!

From the time of the inquiry to the time completed took only 5 days.They offered to do it on a Sunday to get it done promptly!

Just great! It was painless, they arrived at the sister's house promptly, were polite, picked everything up, transported it the 20 miles or so, and delivered it, placing the pieces in the rooms and approximate places we wanted the pieces!

It was a great experience. They were very professional and very quick. The guys were very friendly too. Overall wonderful experience and i would use them again.

On moving day the movers were late and when I called them, I was told that they believed that I was moving on another day. After explaining to that I had specifically requested this date, they were able to find people quickly for my move. They were courteous and professional and the move was completed very quickly to my satisfaction.

They arrived a bit late but were very efficient when they got here. They kept me informed of their delay and progress. They took a very short break for lunch but otherwise worked diligently until done.

This was a local move. We bought a new house before we sold our old house, so we had to move in two stages, about 2 months apart. The company was great. They were on time and very professional, and responded promptly to our calls. They were very careful with our belongings and our home. In addition to moving furniture into the house, they also rearranged some furniture for us. Hopefully, we won't be moving for a long time, but we would use them again without hesitation.

The move went very well. The mover's were efficient and professional and kind to my father who was anxious about the move. This was my second experience with mover's this past year and this company was a little more expensive than the other one.

Dave's crew showed up on time the first day and got us moved into our temporary housing in a very professional and timely manner. They set up all of the furniture and beds in the new home using a three man crew. The following Monday Dave and his crew of six men showed up early and worked for about seven hours packing our belongings and moving them to temporary storage. We got three bids and this company was priced the best. Very professional, cordial, went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, flexible and easy to work with. We couldn't have been happier with everyone we encountered from this company. You could tell that all of the crew members worked well together and enjoyed their job. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dan, Josh, Leevon and Gabe arrived promptly and made this difficult task seem easy. They worked very methodically, taking care to protect surfaces and place everything exactly where I wanted it. I really appreciate their hard work.

They planned to be at the house between 12 and 2 and they arrived at 12:25. They went right to work and moved things efficiently. There was a sticky spot getting the couch out the door with close quarters, stair railings, rain gutters and more. They problem solved quickly and considered options. They tried a few and made it work. All the while they didn't lose their cool or show any signs of frustration. . . rather, they looked at the challenge and took it on. They completed the moving at our end quickly and then headed to the Golden Vally house for final delivery. Amazingly fast at their work. I will definately use them again!

The move went very smoothly. We were very impressed with the crew's speed, professionalism and helpfulness. I would recommend Quality to anyone looking for good, quality movers.

I bought an Angie's List coupon ($99 for $200 worth of moving services) for Quality Moving because my daughter had just bought a house and was coming to get some furniture we had stored in the basement, as well as her bedroom furniture and a few other pieces. She rented a 17-foot U-Haul truck and Quality sent two guys to load the truck for her. They did an outstanding job of packing some mirrors, breaking down the bed, loading the truck, and even provided boxes and packing paper. They charged us an extra $40 for the extended length of time it took and for the packing materials. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism. My daughter and a friend drove the truck to her new home--750 miles away--and reported that all the furniture was in great shape with no damage at all. I would definitely hire Quality Moving and Storage again!

They were very pleasant and careful. Everything went perfectly.
