They actually came in under the estimate. They were great. I had no complaints. I would use them in a heartbeat. The person that was in charge for the move was fantastic.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. I ended up spending an additional $114. I would recommend them.

Very professional and prompt. the movers help my parents move stuff to two separate locations. No difficulties or damage with move. They were very nice to my mother which is a plus.

The overall experience was great and the only glitch was our time "window" had to be moved back due to the complexity of the move in front of us but we were called and kept updated. Things happen when moving stuff and these guys were very professional and hard working. We will use Quality again for any future moves!

They were wonderful! Very polite, covered their shoes (we just had new carpet installed) and were super careful about not bumping into any walls.

They came right on time, they were very friendly, helpful, respectful and called me by my first name. They were moving a desk from the third floor and could not fit it through the door but they disassembled it and then put it back together..

My experience with them went well. I found them to be personable, kind of responsive, and generally professional. I actually hired them a few weeks later to handle some work.

Very organized, courteous and professional. When things started getting a little tense (for me) towards the end of the day, Nick, the supervisor kept everyone on track and composed. The entire team was amazing and so hard-working. I cannot begin to say how impressed we were with everyone from this company.

The entire team at Quality Moving was great. Dave worked with me on the estimate and prior to confirming it, he personally drove to the site of the move to confirm the truck could easily access it. On the day the moving crew showed up, they got to work immediately. Since I was moving a pipe organ, the items the movers worked on were not typical / familiar. Additionally, they required special handling as each part was tremendously value to the overall instrument. The moving crew was attentive and took the time required to ensure all pipes and other parts were properly carried, packed, and transported. The most difficult part of the move was a 400+lb blower which was an awkward size. I was amazed at how dedicated the moving team was at figuring out how to move the blower up a flight of stairs. They worked on the blower until they had a solution to successfully move it upstairs. I was very impressed with the dedication and ownership the move team showed during the move. I will certainly use Quality again in the future!

movers met me at the first of two pick-up locations and carefully loaded all my already-packed belongings into the truck. they also took care to shrink- and or pad-wrap all furniture. i was most satisified. then they delivered everything to my move-in location. if i move again in the twin cities metro area, i will hire quality moving and storage again.

They were a professional, friendly group of guys. They make boxes available free of charge for packing in advance of move day. The customer just needs to call and pick them up at the main office. The day of the move they arrived on time. They made sure not to track dirt all over either house. They worked around us as we finished packing the last few items. They assessed the stuff to be moved, asked good questions about which items would stay for staging our old house and helped us move those within the old house. They were impressively fast (start to finish took about 7-8 hours) with two trips between the houses and we had a lot of stuff to move. They help us try a couple of different living room layouts by helping us move our big sectional. The keyboard tray attached to my desk did break (the guys didn't see it when they were moving it) but they did offer to replace it. No other glassware, dishes,furniture etc. were damaged in the move. I would hire them again and would never move again without movers. It was well worth the cost (no bad back at the end of the day).

These guys really knocked themselves out. Their truck broke down on the way to our house, and it was super hot, and they didn't give up, even though we had purchased on a coupon. Kept in contact via cell, reporting on their progress. Would totally use them again.

The team arrived on time. The team were in company uniform and appeared and conducted themselves in a professional manner for the entire move. Upon arrival I was introduced to each member of the team and who was the supervising member. They were efficient and yet took extreme care with protecting our furnishings, mirrors, and art. They were careful of the condo itself covering floors etc. Our condo had one elevator and the team were so organized that the disruption for other residents was minimal. Other residents actually commented and asked how we found our movers as they had never seen such care taken in a move. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were to do, ie. a guy was wrapping art and furnishings another taking things to elevator another meeting the elevator and taking to the truck another packing thr truck. I've never seen such organization. They planned for moving of difficult and heavy pieces. Upon arrival at our new home the team immediately covered the entry wood floors. Every time they entered, without exception they stepped out of their shoes protecting our floors from snow and ice. They were focused and, worked extremely well together. At the end they asked me to walk through and see if everything was where I wanted it. As the supervising member prepared paperwork, the rest of the team stood by and I had the chance to chat with them. What a great team of guys. Personable, professional, efficient. This was my easiest and least stressfully move. I would strongly recommend this company.

Employees were friendly, courteous and prompt. They were attentive to our concerns with packaging and wrapping up the furniture that would be going into storage. They were conscientious regarding the accurate placement of our furniture and boxes exactly where we wanted them. We have only partially completed our moving with them (at this time) as we have another move forthcoming in which they will deliver the stored furniture, move additional furniture and boxes, when we have our final move. We don't anticipate issues as the first move went smoothly.

These guys were great. For an estimate, jason can and assessed the amount of my stuff, and gave me an estimate on packing time, and vaults. When I decided to pull the trigger, 2 people came right on time and did a great job of packing and boxing my stuff. They worked fast, we very friendly and did a great job. The packing time was exactly was Jason estimated. When they moved, it was pretty much the same. Fast, careful, professional. There is a reason these guys are ranked #1 on Angie's list. Jason was off by 1 vault - he told me 3-5, but was pretty confident on 4. But, completely in his defense, I did not get rid of 2 LARGE pieces of furniture that I originally told him I was going to get rid of - so likely, he estimate was again spot on. These guys cost a little bit more than the competition, but if you have had a bad move like I have in the past, you KNOW a few hundred bucks total is well worth piece of mind. Right now, our stuff is in storage with these guys for a year and I am confident that it is going to be fine come move-out time.

This company was incredible! They were so easy to deal with from start to finish. I loved working with Dave from the moment he walked in my door to give me an estimate. He worked with me to find the best "fit" for our move. His crew was hard-working, respectful, courteous and professional. I have NO COMPLAINTS about the quality of the job they did for us. They went above and beyond for us and I'd recommend them with no reservations. Great job Dave and crew!!! We were in great hands for our pack and move!

Dave and his crew arrived 5 minutes before the appointed time, with the moving truck and a van for our valuable antiques, which would give them a better ride. They had picked up a table and chairs we had purchased and stored them for a few days for us, too. There were five men including Dave and they set right to work. All furniture was wrapped and shrink-wrapped and handled very carefully. They loaded quickly and efficiently, and finished loading ahead of schedule. The unloading also went quickly and carefully, and everything ended up where it should have, also ahead of schedule. The guys were friendly and courteous, and we would definitely use them again.

They did a really good job for me. Two men came and helped me move the large pieces of furniture from one house to another. They were very careful with all of the pieces and were very professional. They were there on time and got the job done quickly without damaging anything.

They were prompt. Arrived exactly as scheduled. I got a call ahead of time to let me know when to expect them. They were professional. Thomas, Reis and Knolls were terrific. All three were expert and personable. They were proficient. The move went very smoothly. These guys know what they are doing and do it very well. I've hired many movers over the years. Quality is exactly what the name says. I will use them again and highly recommend them!

Great from start to finish. They were on time, worked quickly, efficiently and managed to keep from tracking in the snow and ice melt. They broke only one minor item and damaged one other but worked with us to find an acceptable resolution to both. We plan to use them again in the future.

Cost noted is the total cost before application of Angies list deal coupon. Pros The movers worked very quickly and were very courteous. They were very helpful at new place about furniture placement. They hauled items that were being donated to Bridging which was a big help. I knew that they charged from portal to portal because I had used them for a prior move. They do blanket or wrap everything. Cons They were a little late but the address was difficult to find. A few scratches and gouges to shelves that shifted when bookshelves were tipped onto moving cart. Angies list coupon was not calculated correctly so I overpaid. After sending copies of my emails and receipts from Angie's List to Company they did issue a refund. After a prior move the company did follow up with me to ask for feedback regarding the moved. Did not receive any follow up for this move.
