I was extremely satisfied with the company from the first contact(from Nick). My calls were returned promptly and I liked the confirmation call a few days prior to the move. The two guys (Charlie and Justin) who came to my house(calling prior to coming) were nothing but professional, courteous and so careful with my furniture and hardwood floors. I felt an immediate trust in them while observing the skill they had handling the heavy furniture. I would definitely call them again and have already recommended them to another friend.

Quality moving worked out logistics with us so that our personal property was packed one day and then moved on the day of the closes on the homes we sold and purchased. The move of our personal property from the home we sold had be done in under three hours. Quality Moving got the job done. There were some communication issues between the packers and the movers, but all was worked out on the fly. There also was a slight issue with the estimated fee. The actual fee came in higher than expected. Quality moving made it right, refunding the appropriate amount in question.

The movers were efficient and friendly and took care of our items. I would recommend their services. With the Angie's list coupon offering, my move averaged around $172/hr with four movers, all in. Not bad.

We have moved 9 times in 14 years (in state and out of state). Needless to say we have some experience in dealing with moving companies! We were impressed through out the process from the estimate to the move. Refreshing to have a company actually provide more than two movers to handle moving all your possessions. Quality movers provided us with 5 movers on moving day which made the process relatively smooth and efficient. We did have one piece of furniture and a wall damaged. Accidents do happen but we were immediately assured the damage would be taken care of to our satisfaction. True to their word they did have both furniture and wall damage taken care of. It is refreshing to deal with true professionals. Thank you Quality Movers team!

Wonderful. From the time I contacted them, to the move out. So nice the time I needed to access an item in storage! To the move into my new place. All the movers were very professional and nice. Nothing damaged. They even helped put the bed together and placed all my furniture where I asked them to go. Again, Wonderful!

They moved our furniture from the upper story of our house to the garage so we could have the floors redone. Very quick and efficient but could not honor the Big Deal we purchased because we needed the work to be done in two segments (next they will move the furniture back into the upper story), and the coupon would have lowered their income below their cost.

We combined a home and that meant 1/2 to the new house and 1/2 to a storage unit. Went great and have used them a second time to move items out of the house to storage during a remodel. Great service.

dave and team did an outstanding job supporting my move. dave is a great communicator and always returned my calls and texts in a tmely manner. he even called me from the emergency room to let me know i should work through his partner for boxes!!!!! the move was executed on time and without a scratch. i cant think of how they could have done a better job!

Everything went extremely well. I had to back them off a bit. We had planned on 8:00 a.m. but found out that we couldn't get into the apartment until noon. The three young men wrapped and loaded professionally, carefully and with energy. It was a large project and I new it would cost me additional dollars - I anticipated about double - but it was a bit more than that. Even though that was the case, I would hire them again. Those men deserved a nice tip on top of it all. Thank you to them.

Have used them before for big jobs and have been very happy. Movers are friendly, careful, trustworthy and on time. Minor problems scheduling - didn't promptly return calls requesting and moved days they could come a few times. This was a small project - perhaps that was the issue?

I called after seeing the coupon for Quality Moving and was able to schedule my move. I didn't have to wait weeks or months. I got on the schedule for a few weeks out; perfect for me! I received a call the Thursday before letting me know that I would be the 2nd move after noon on that Saturday. That Saturday, I was called by 12:20 saying that they would be to the Mpls home in ten minutes! It was great! The guys were very friendly and efficient. They wrapped the furniture nicely and got it all out without scuffing the walls. They arrived in Forest Lake about 40 minutes from leaving the Mpls home and only took about 20 minutes to unload, unwrap and place the items where I wanted them. Very nice guys to work with. My family met them at the Mpls home and were very impressed as well, stating that we need to keep their phone number for future needs. I was battling an upper respiratory infection the day the move took place and one of the guys even told me to feel better before they left my home. Very personable and memorable. I appreciated that.

Learned about Quality Moving & Storage from a friend who is in the shipping business. He had a great experience so we went with his recommendation. We were not disappointed!
My first call was to Nick. He was able to help us get out of our house on fairly short notice (~1 month) and had great communication.
When the guys showed up to move us out it was a nasty hot/humid day. They cranked! It was impressive to watch these guys go. They handled our stuff with care and did a great job of wrapping our furniture/fragile items.
Storage was a breeze. I was able to see the vaults when I went to their warehouse to pick up free boxes. Great offering! Super helpful!
After three months of temporary housing over the summer we were finally about to move in. Eric, Josh, Reig and Kanyon were super professional, nice, careful and even accommodated my wife's request to remove their shoes when coming in the house.
There was a small snafu with a double charge on my CC, but one call to Jamie and it was taken care of. He even sent me the refund receipt in the mail.
These guys are the total package when it comes to moving. We would HIGHLY recommend Quality Moving & Storage! Great experience! A+++
