My first call was to Nick. He was able to help us get out of our house on fairly short notice (~1 month) and had great communication.
When the guys showed up to move us out it was a nasty hot/humid day. They cranked! It was impressive to watch these guys go. They handled our stuff with care and did a great job of wrapping our furniture/fragile items.
Storage was a breeze. I was able to see the vaults when I went to their warehouse to pick up free boxes. Great offering! Super helpful!
After three months of temporary housing over the summer we were finally about to move in. Eric, Josh, Reig and Kanyon were super professional, nice, careful and even accommodated my wife's request to remove their shoes when coming in the house.
There was a small snafu with a double charge on my CC, but one call to Jamie and it was taken care of. He even sent me the refund receipt in the mail.
These guys are the total package when it comes to moving. We would HIGHLY recommend Quality Moving & Storage! Great experience! A+++

They had dollies, wheeled platforms and large containers for multiple boxes that they called "speed loaders". Since they were being paid by the hour I expected them to take their time. I planned for the job to take 4 1/2 to 5 hours. However, they moved quickly, packed the trunk in a very efficient manner and completed the entire job in 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Since it was a beautiful Saturday, I was glad to have the whole afternoon to relax and recuperate from what could have been very tiring and traumatic experience. I would never hesitate to recommend or to use Quality Moving and Storage again for any moving job, big or small.

"First and foremost, we do appreciate your business and we have enjoyed working with you. We are sorry that there was some misunderstanding as to the estimating/billing process on this move and we feel bad that you were not prepared for any "additional charges" that may have went beyond the apparent estimate (there wasn’t one). We billed the job no differently than any other and we simply did what we always do...we moved a customer’s things, quickly, carefully and professionally from A to B. I surveyed your move prior to the move date. I assumed it would all fit (very snuggly) into one of our 26 foot trucks (all of our trucks are the same size). Unfortunately we had a handful of items left over, once the truck was full. So we needed to get you into a second truck (van) and that is where this move went sour. We had told you that there would be an additional cost (per mile) for the van. Normally a customer pays this cost…it is there things that need to be moved. As a gesture of concern and because we feel there was some “gray area” in this particular move, but not because we were dishonest or did anything wrong different…we have refunded the customer $460.00 Since this review was posted we were able to contact the member and work through the details of the move, the billing and the service. We ended up refunding the member $460. The move itself went great! The guys were timely, worked very hard and delivered the full house across the entire state of Wisconsin in 2 days. They got her unloaded, set up and checked with the member multiple times to see that everything was in place, together properly and that everything was satisfactory to her. According to the two man crew, she was happy with the service and sent the crew on their journey back. We honestly feel that we billed accordingly, performed very efficiently, very professionally and carefully. We did what was asked, we were polite and the crew went above and beyond. If there are any loose ends, damages or refunds that still addressing...we are more than happy to attend to them. Again, so sorry for the trouble and we are glad the move itself went very well. "We are trying to get to the bottom of this one. It has been nearly a year since we did this move. By the way, the move itself went very well, quick, professional, no damages and timely. Not sure where "extremely unreliable" fits into that equation? Seems to be a billing misunderstanding, apparently the Angie's List “ Big Deal” was not taken off the bill? Not a problem, if she bought one and her mother did not have it...then we just need to research to see that she had one and then send her a check. Certainly no need for all the "F"s ... this could have been handled months ago and it could have been handled with a phone call. We are always available, 7 days a week at 952-831-6800 Stay tuned... "So sorry we were not able to meet your expectations. A very rare read and not a fun read. Yes, we have been beyond busy this summer...and that is no excuse for tardiness, lack of professionalism or acting 'too busy". We try to answer every call and to arrive on time for every single project. which is extremely difficult but we do it pretty well. We do not feel we were terse or lacking professionalism but we can see where maybe you took our words or actions wrong. Emails and texts can have a way of doing that...it is the danger of technology. We are old fashioned and we feel there is nothing like a good old phone call. So, sorry again if we misled you. You and your business are as important to us as anyone's. We feel our guys (young or older) are the best and that they work extremely hard for every customer. And yes, we also have our own equipment and we do all moves without expecting help from the customers. Not quite sure why the age of the guys or the fact that you carried boxes had any affect on our service or our rating? We would have gladly moved all the boxes. If we were late we do apologize...it was a morning in which the jobs were all pretty big, and sometimes that happens. And when you do take those afternoon slots you do take the risk of us getting there late or even really early. What matters is that we got there and we got you moved...with a smile! Again, we are sorry. We always get glowing reviews of our professionalism, our timeliness, our care and most of all our service. Our reputation and our reviews with Angie's List are second to none. We have been piling up "A" reports for several years and that is by no accident. Our family has put everything we can into making every single move (big or small) a "first class" experience. Here we are at midnight, responding to your review....because we care and because your words mean the world to us. Wishing we at least had the chance to make things right (because we really didn't) and to explain before you jumped on the computer...makes things tough on a small business. Would have gladly heard you out and did what we could to explain our actions, and to change your view of our company. They put my beds together and placed everything in it's spot. So when they left, the big stuff was where I wanted it to go.
They were professional and had great customer service. I was impressed.
There were a few things that had a few dings but overall for the fact that everythign was moved as I described it I was also impressed that I only found a few things. They were very careful with everything.
I definitely would use them again.
