Quality Moving & Storage

All went well. The movers were careful, prompt and polite. We were moving out of a condo that had tight spaces into a large home. They handled each job easily.

Very nice crew of young men. They were divided into two groups and because the weather was so bad and the floors in the house were just refinished, the crew brought furniture, boxes, etc. to the door and into the foyer and onto (cardboard covered) landing and the other crew of two (lucky guys staying warm) moved all the furniture to its proper resting place. The only damage that we had was discovered when our cocker spaniel was carrying around a little piece of broken lamp base in his mouth. We would definitely use Quality Movers again. They were terrific!

Quality Movers was great! They were efficient, professional and very careful during our move. It was quite amazing, but nothing was broken during either move! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was most impressed with how fast the movers worked. They charge by the hour, so they could have worked at a reasonable pace to earn more money. However, these guys were fast! They worked very quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about Quality Movers.

PHENOMENAL!! Team was on time, incredibly professional, FAST, and really nice to work with. HIGHLY recommend these guys to ANYONE!! It was raining and cold, no complaints, in and out quickly! I was able to take advantage of the Angie's list discount, but even without that, it would've been MORE than worth the money!!

I spoke with Nick over the phone and ordered the moving services for a move from a 3 bedroom home in Mtka to a 3 bedroom home in south Mpls. They told us boxes were included with the fee however, it was sometimes difficult to get them if there was no one at the office or if it was a Sunday. On the day of the move, the crew phoned when they were about 20 minutes out and arrived on time. They were supposed to bring some extra boxes with them but forgot. So, one of the crew had to go back and get some boxes. The rest of the crew of 3 quickly began to load things up and get going. The crew leader, Kevin, was surprised that no one had come out to look at the place and guage what they might need to do the move. Shortly after they began, they called in a 5th person to assist. After completely packing the truck, driving it to the new house and unpacking it, they needed to go back and fill the truck again. They spent 11+ hours on our job. After 2 trips there was still stuff at the Minnetonka house that we needed to pick up the following day. I think we had more stuff than normal and they were not prepared for it. However, the crew remained professional throughout the entire process. We were told at the end of the day by Kevin that they would pick up boxes when we were ready. I phoned Nick a couple days later and he told me they do not pick up boxes. So, some internal conflict was present. All in all, only a few things were broken. Sadly, one was an heirloom piece that was my father's.

They were very good. They came here, they did what they were supposed to do, they did it on time, and they did it well. Their price was a little higher than we are used to, but they did an outstanding job.

It went very well. They were a tad late, but made up for in ten fold by how efficient they were. There were 4 young men who got right to work. All we had to do was direct what needed to go. They worked together and got things wrapped (they wrapped things in plastics and padding so there weren't any scratches) and packed well. We then met them at the other house and I stood and told them what to put where. All in all it took about 3 hours.

They did great! It was very cold and we needed everything in the house and in place quickly. Nothing was dropped, broken or in the wrong place. We're very happy with them!

Originally on the phone they seemed a little rushed and we were worried if the actual move would be done in a rushed manner too. But movers arrived on time and lived up to every expectation of their original review & quality. They were courteous, communicated well and treated us like family. We would use their services again and recommend them to any one.

Quality Moving may seem a little abrupt on the phone when you call, but don?t let that concern you in any way: they live up to their name and their Angie?s List rating and provide excellent service. In my case, they were especially accommodating after an unexpected last-minute change of plans to switch from storage + moving to just storage (thanks!). The movers arrived on time, within the first 20 minutes of the scheduled time window, and were clean, friendly, courteous, and professional. They put down floor protection when they arrived and made sure that everything that wasn?t already boxed was well-padded and shrink wrapped. They were organized and methodical so everything went quickly. Not everything would fit into one of their vaults, but the overage cost for the one piece that wouldn?t fit was very reasonable, and I am confident that when my stuff comes out of storage it will be in excellent condition.

it was a long day. They did a good job & were pleasant.

They did a great job - very responsive and professional. It was a very snowy day, which made the drive much longer and they called with periodic updates. The only downside of that was they charge by the hour, so it was more expensive than I anticipated. But they ended up doing a lot of extra work, as we discovered the door into the basement was too small for the couch and they had to take it up an outside flight of steps to the front door, then back down the basement steps. They did this very carefully and also cheerfully, as I apologized like crazy.

The guys were friendly, went above and beyond, and really helped us out with things that weren't necessarily on their radar. Just taking things apart and putting them back together, removing our TV from the bracket on the wall, taking extra care to wrap pictures carefully and take great care in handling precious things. I would hire them again. I was surprised at the cost, but I thought the did excellent.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really good. I spent more than the Big Deal price. The guys that did it were very nice and they respected and took care of the moving things. When I took them to point A to point B, they would put it to point B if it was up in the bedroom or downstairs. All in all, they were just really good. I just saw the coupon deals so that was what I went for. They were the best! They were sociable, they were caring, and they were good. They weren't flopping out, they did their job, and they were just very good. I will definitely use them again.

Received a phone call the night before confirming the appointment and arrival time. The team showed up exactly when scheduled. The weather was horrible - raining/snowing and cold. The team was conscientious about wrapping the pieces and made sure nothing was damaged from the weather conditions. Moving one of the pieces to the new location was very challenging. The team figured out how to move the piece into the house without damaging the piece or the walls or ceiling. Everything was moved carefully - there was no damage to any of my furniture or positions. I had a very positive experience and highly recommend this team/company.

Quality Movers handled my move very well. The three movers were prompt, polite, efficient and very hard working. There were several pieces of furniture that were difficult to move out of one house and in to another. They were diligent about looking for options including taking apart a treadmill, removing hand rails, doors and couch legs and suggesting an option for modifying a box spring so that it would fit.

Went very well. Sean and Kanyon showed up ready to move stuff and they knew how to do it. It was pouring rain. They wrapped the furniture in quilted blankets and in plastic, all done smoothly and with authority. They were about 15 minutes little due to address # mixup in the complex. Very minor concern on my end. Moving the furniture and setting up the furniture on the other end was equally smooth. I used a coupon ($200 worth for $149) available via Angie's List. The price was good for about 90 minutes of moving. We completed within that time frame. FYI: Print the coupon before they arrive. Sean and Kanyon did an excellent job.

I've used these folks a couple of times for small moves, and most recently for an in-house move. Both times the guys doing the work have been timely, polite, and easy to work with. And the pricing seemed very reasonable. I would recommend this company.
