What a great organization. They scheduled my move promptly. They arrived on time. The crew of three guys were highly professional, and incredibly quick. They took good care of my items and avoiding damage to both properties. Can't say enough good things about them.

I called after seeing the coupon for Quality Moving and was able to schedule my move. I didn't have to wait weeks or months. I got on the schedule for a few weeks out; perfect for me! I received a call the Thursday before letting me know that I would be the 2nd move after noon on that Saturday. That Saturday, I was called by 12:20 saying that they would be to the Mpls home in ten minutes! It was great! The guys were very friendly and efficient. They wrapped the furniture nicely and got it all out without scuffing the walls. They arrived in Forest Lake about 40 minutes from leaving the Mpls home and only took about 20 minutes to unload, unwrap and place the items where I wanted them. Very nice guys to work with. My family met them at the Mpls home and were very impressed as well, stating that we need to keep their phone number for future needs. I was battling an upper respiratory infection the day the move took place and one of the guys even told me to feel better before they left my home. Very personable and memorable. I appreciated that.

Learned about Quality Moving & Storage from a friend who is in the shipping business. He had a great experience so we went with his recommendation. We were not disappointed! My first call was to Nick. He was able to help us get out of our house on fairly short notice (~1 month) and had great communication. When the guys showed up to move us out it was a nasty hot/humid day. They cranked! It was impressive to watch these guys go. They handled our stuff with care and did a great job of wrapping our furniture/fragile items. Storage was a breeze. I was able to see the vaults when I went to their warehouse to pick up free boxes. Great offering! Super helpful! After three months of temporary housing over the summer we were finally about to move in. Eric, Josh, Reig and Kanyon were super professional, nice, careful and even accommodated my wife's request to remove their shoes when coming in the house. There was a small snafu with a double charge on my CC, but one call to Jamie and it was taken care of. He even sent me the refund receipt in the mail. These guys are the total package when it comes to moving. We would HIGHLY recommend Quality Moving & Storage! Great experience! A+++

Three professional and personable young men showed up precisely at the appointed time in a large moving truck. All three men were easy to identify because they were dressed in bright green Quality Moving and Storage T-shirtsl. They had dollies, wheeled platforms and large containers for multiple boxes that they called "speed loaders". Since they were being paid by the hour I expected them to take their time. I planned for the job to take 4 1/2 to 5 hours. However, they moved quickly, packed the trunk in a very efficient manner and completed the entire job in 3 hours and 15 minutes. Since it was a beautiful Saturday, I was glad to have the whole afternoon to relax and recuperate from what could have been very tiring and traumatic experience. I would never hesitate to recommend or to use Quality Moving and Storage again for any moving job, big or small.

Several items were scratched. TV stand was bent. Boxes were poorly marked. They were suppose to put the beds together and put only one together. My parents used this company and this was their experience.

Great crew of young guys. Very polite and professional. Blanketed and poly-wrapped most of the furniture and politely responded to any requests we gave them. I definitely would recommend this company.

The service was excellent. Both bedrooms were upstairs, and had tricky corners. The movers handled it easily Billing was an issue; I didn't receive a final bill, and had to call to get a final amount.

Quality Moving & Storage was great - they called the day before to confirm and on the morning of to let me know when they'd be arriving (right on time). The two young men who did the move were very polite, efficient and so careful with my things. They were also very careful of the woodwork and floors. The bill was very reasonable for the work they did, in fact it was quite a bit less than last time I moved. I would absolutely use them again.

It went great. The movers were punctual and stayed on task. Very professional and pleasant to work with and would definitely use in the future.

They showed up and did not have a large enough truck. Then wanted to charge me mileage and expense for bigger truck. They then ended up rented a truck for Uhual.

Called them several different times, they did not take very good notes when making the appointment. When they came to move my Mother, they charged her even though I had already paid for the service. They were extremely unreliable.

From the very first email things went sour from my point of view. When I asked (via email) for availability, I received a terse reply back that they were busy so call them. Just like that "We're busy. Call us." I didn't care for that lack of professionalism. Then when I did call, the guy was borderline rude. But I went with them out of desperation because it was a small job no one else wanted - unloading a POD for maybe 2 hours - and I was recovering from abdominal surgery. The movers were over an hour late. The owner/manager(?) called 15 mins AFTER their latest due time to state they would be late. Ah, yeah, I figured that out since they were not here within their 3 hour time frame. I had three very young boys show up who were friendly to a point, but just barely. They did NOT apologize for being late. They used our dollies and dropped three boxes within the first 20 mins. They were very prompt about their cut-off time, however, so they did not run over what I had paid. We helped them move boxes to keep the costs down. Then I paid and they left, but not before I reminded the foreman I would like my receipt. After working with Good Stuff Moving, I couldn't be less impressed with Quality Moving & Storage. I will never use them again. really not worth the effort or money. I should have heeded the other reviews.

I called Quality Movers in mid-June to have some of my furniture, and multiple boxes, moved from my home to storage. They were already booked into the next month, but found a few hours open to take care of my needs. This is the 3rd time I have used this company, and the second time I had purchased a coupon through Angie?s List. As in the past, the young men worked quickly and efficiently to load the truck. I am using their storage facilities, and they are slightly less expensive than a place I used a couple of years ago. Once again, this company is highly recommended.

I would use Quality again without hestitation. As promised, 4 enthusiastic movers and 1 truck showed up. They wrapped furniture in blankets and plastic wrap to keep everything in good shape. Moved an expensive oil painting with no problem. Moved gym-size elliptical trainer and treadmill with no problem. The bid was 6-8 hours (phone bid), and the work came in at 4.5 hours. The movers happily followed all instructions about where to place furniture and boxes in the new place. My only complaint was that it took the owner a while to confirm by email that the move had been scheduled. But, once I sent a message through Angie's List, I got a reply message confirming the date and time.

It took the crew of 3 about 90 min to load my stuff from the house into their truck. And then once to the loft took about 2 hours to pull off truck, up elevator and unloading boxes/furniture where I wanted it to go. They put my beds together and placed everything in it's spot. So when they left, the big stuff was where I wanted it to go. They were professional and had great customer service. I was impressed. There were a few things that had a few dings but overall for the fact that everythign was moved as I described it I was also impressed that I only found a few things. They were very careful with everything. I definitely would use them again.

The movers were excellent. They were very careful of furniture and walls! Very courteous! I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family!

they all worked well together like a team.. they were on time and got right to the task of moving the furniture. they listened to my thoughts and directions. refreshing to work with such nice young men. I will have them back soon.

I hired Quality Moving to move me out of a 2nd / 3rd floor duplex in Uptown and into a house in St Louis Park. I had previously moved all of my boxes / loose items, so all that remained was the large items. I had also moved things like my couch cushions, table legs, dining room chairs, etc. to make the move quicker. In the end, I had Quality Moving move a queen bed / box spring, two dressers, two pantries, a couch, two love seats, a TV, a desk and bookshelf, an arm chair, a dining room table, a DVD spinning rack, and two bikes. Kevin and crew arrived exactly on time (and called when they were about 20 minutes away to let me know). The team was great. They wrapped all of my furniture in blankets and plastic to avoid any damage. They were professional, courteous, and very quick! I swear the guys ran up and down the stairs between loads! My only surprise was with the final price. I was quoted $200 an hour, all inclusive. The guys arrived at 8:00am and left before 10:00am, so I was a bit confused when I was charged for 2.5 hours of moving. My guess was that they added time to return back to where they got the truck from? Not a big deal, just wish I would have known they were adding on price. All in all, I felt like the crew moved so quickly and got things done much quicker than another team would have, so the total price still seemed very fair to me and I didn?t question it. I would maybe just clarify this in future bookings. Great experience ? I would definitely hire again!

The 4-man team showed up on time, were professional, dealt with any issues that came up, and took good care of my belongings. We moved on a day of thunderstorms and my condo has white carpeting. There wasn't a spot on it when they left. They also carried a sofa up 5 flights of stairs because it wouldn't fit in the elevator. They didn't complain, they just did whatever was necessary to complete the job!

They were great to work with, very professional and courteous as well as quick and responsive to our needs. We were on a tight timeline for our move and they worked with us to get it accomplished in the time we had. Would definitely recommend.

They were very organized in how they moved items and packed their big truck from top to bottom. When the riding lawn tractor didn't start, they pushed it and then lifted it into their truck. I couldn't believe the strength and energy all the guys had for the 12 hours it took for everything to be moved. They were even running up and down the stairs and truck ramp all day, they were so efficient. Before we left the first house they had me walk through every floor to make sure they had taken everything I wanted. When they unloaded their trucks, they were great about asking where I wanted furniture and boxes. Any thing they had taken apart to move was put back together before they were done. They even took the time to ask where furniture should be placed in each room. Not a thing was broken!! WOW! For all everything they moved and being a long 12 hour day, I was utterly impressed. I was kept informed throughout the day and given options when they realized they needed to make 2 trips to get it all moved for me. They were even considerate of my bad back and didn't stake boxes over 2 high at the new house. Before they left, they asked me if there was anything I needed moved or put into place. Very considerate of my bad back! I had never used a professional moving company before and didn't expect the high quality of service I received. I'm so glad I joined Angie's List!

We have used these folks before and they are oustanding. The crew that came out worked hard, fast and careful (a good combo for folks moving your stuff that you are paying by the hour!). I was thankful for the free boxes, the great attitudes and the hard work that the crew from Quality Moving did. They are already booked for the move in on our new place in early August. Obviously moving is never fun, and we won't be doing it for a while. But we have to say using Quality Moving, with Dave Franta (owner), makes it much better than trying to accomplish the feat by yourself! We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
