It worked very well. It was very reasonable. They were very careful. They did a nice job making sure everything was wrapped. I would definitely hire them again. It went well. They were on time and they're very organized. They only talked about what their plan was. They were very prompt and efficient.

In short order, they came through with 3 guys, a great rate and helped move 2 households in a few hours. Great service!

Provider failed to show with his truck and crew and failed to notify me that there was an issue. Location was 15 miles away, so I made the trip for nothing at 12 below zero and waited for an hour. When I attempted to call the company three times during and after the window for moving, there was no answer at the central company number I had previously called to make the appointment, which was the company's number listed on Angie's list. The truck and crew never showed. I was later contacted by the dispatcher with whom I had schedule the appintment, who faulted me for not calling his cell phone instead of the office phone, a number I did not have. Oddly, he was calling from his truck on a cell phone in a late response to my earlier messages to his office, which means he had access to those messages, knew there would be some, but simply hadn't checked them. At 9:30 in the morning on a weekday, there was no one in his office to accept calls and he wasn't checking in, though he had moves scheduled. He then said he would contact his crew to see what happened. He later called to say the move had been scheduled for a date two days later. No, it wasn't. I have a meticulous calendar and the day and time he said it was scheduled was one on which I have a regularly scheduled appointment. The move was scheduled only three days after the appointment was made, so to say it was much later in the week is, again, annoying and what appears to be a poor attempt to transform a screw up into a mutual mistake. I might add that in my third message, by this time exasperated, I said I intended to report this to Angie's list, so he knew what was coming. Most gauling about this performance was the provider's unavailability on a business day to accept calls from customers who might be having a problem. I've never had this issue with highly rated moving companies. It's a simple matter to forward calls from an office to a cell phone, and he hadn't bothered to do it, and then hadn't bothered to check for the three messages I had left until after the window for moving had past. The next most annoying thing was his attempt to shift the blame (a second time after faulting me for not calling his cell phone) by saying I was wrong about the date, rather than acknowledging the error and apologizing. Interesting that previous reviews also have "no show" incidents.

Quality arrived about 10 minutes late with a less experienced 3 man crew and immediately began moving boxes and furniture down to the truck. Two hours in they brought in a fourth mover and swapped out the two less experienced crew for much more experienced and fast crew members. Nothing was broken and our move was completed in 7 hours. The movers were professional, polite, respectful, prompt and swift.

Great experience! Quick response! Courteous, careful with furniture with no marks on walls or furniture...and fast! Will definitely use again and recommend!

They were nice, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Bought an Angie's List deal for moving services and scheduled a specific date in June for moving things out of our house to a storage unit in preparation for selling the house. When my husband called to confirm, they had messed up the scheduled date by several weeks, which was unacceptable. They were not willing to make it right and perform the services on the scheduled date. We ended up not using their services at all. Very disappointing.

.. I am still waiting for a repair that Quality is paying for and will let you know later. Bridget Hust I will contact you when Quality has finished with my move, storage etc. .It is now December 2014 and my contact with Quality is over after all the repairs.The beginning of the move went OK but as they were finishing the move, I saw they had not put my fishing rods ($800 each) on the truck and the guy threw it on the truck javelin style along with a floor lamp. I had put decorative tape on several boxes that had my winter clothes so they could place them in front of the storage locker. In the fall, I called to make an appointment and they called that they couldn't find my clothes and not to come. I later talked to the young president and he justified himself that I told him to forget it which I did. I did without out my winter clothes for several months. I later called to get a duffle bag I needed for a fishing trip and by then I was dealing with Dave the father and in the course of going through 4 pods of furniture, he found my duffle . At thst time, Dave asked how I found out about Quality and when I said Angie's list, the sun shined and he became my best friend. He couldn't have been nicer and we became friends. He willingly paid for an expensive repair to a gold frame ($400) and repaired a ginger jar lamp, mahogany floor lamp.I had a 7 quart Le Creuset casserole that was damaged as the handle broke ott.This is a cast iron pan but the packers managed to not pack it properly and the handle broke off. He bought a 5 qt. pan and I told him I couldn't use it and to keep it. He is stuck with it as I threw out the box it came in. So much went wrong with this move that I came to doubt Angie's list. After Dave, I thank God for Angie's list. Dave admitted that he fired all the packers and movers on my move. I think Dave more than went the extra mile for me and if I had to use them in the future I would insist Dave to oversee and be on site for the packing and the move. Bridget Hust

This was a rough move for me. I was downsizing, selling my beloved home and moving to an apartment. I had broken my arm a few weeks earlier and to make things worse, my mother died the night before I moved. Higgins, Austin and Brandon were very thoughtful, professiona and kind. They moved everything with no damage at a reasonable price. I had a lot of glass items and they arrived unscathed. They were so wonderful I was able to forget about my problems for a few hours. They even put my bed together and moved the boxes to the proper room. I can't say enough about this company and especially it's employees. These guys were the best! I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart and I absolutely recommend this company.

The movers were professional and efficient. They carefully wrapped all of the furniture. They navigated two tricky staircases with no damage to the furniture or walls. Thanks!!!

The three men were punctual, professional, and handled our belongings with great care. I would definitely hire them again for a future move and recommend them to others.

I was extremely satisfied with the company from the first contact(from Nick). My calls were returned promptly and I liked the confirmation call a few days prior to the move. The two guys (Charlie and Justin) who came to my house(calling prior to coming) were nothing but professional, courteous and so careful with my furniture and hardwood floors. I felt an immediate trust in them while observing the skill they had handling the heavy furniture. I would definitely call them again and have already recommended them to another friend.

Quality moving worked out logistics with us so that our personal property was packed one day and then moved on the day of the closes on the homes we sold and purchased. The move of our personal property from the home we sold had be done in under three hours. Quality Moving got the job done. There were some communication issues between the packers and the movers, but all was worked out on the fly. There also was a slight issue with the estimated fee. The actual fee came in higher than expected. Quality moving made it right, refunding the appropriate amount in question.

The movers were efficient and friendly and took care of our items. I would recommend their services. With the Angie's list coupon offering, my move averaged around $172/hr with four movers, all in. Not bad. Thank you Quality Moving and Storage.

We have moved 9 times in 14 years (in state and out of state). Needless to say we have some experience in dealing with moving companies! We were impressed through out the process from the estimate to the move. Refreshing to have a company actually provide more than two movers to handle moving all your possessions. Quality movers provided us with 5 movers on moving day which made the process relatively smooth and efficient. We did have one piece of furniture and a wall damaged. Accidents do happen but we were immediately assured the damage would be taken care of to our satisfaction. True to their word they did have both furniture and wall damage taken care of. It is refreshing to deal with true professionals. Thank you Quality Movers team!

Wonderful. From the time I contacted them, to the move out. So nice the time I needed to access an item in storage! To the move into my new place. All the movers were very professional and nice. Nothing damaged. They even helped put the bed together and placed all my furniture where I asked them to go. Again, Wonderful!

They moved our furniture from the upper story of our house to the garage so we could have the floors redone. Very quick and efficient but could not honor the Big Deal we purchased because we needed the work to be done in two segments (next they will move the furniture back into the upper story), and the coupon would have lowered their income below their cost.

We combined a home and that meant 1/2 to the new house and 1/2 to a storage unit. Went great and have used them a second time to move items out of the house to storage during a remodel. Great service.

dave and team did an outstanding job supporting my move. dave is a great communicator and always returned my calls and texts in a tmely manner. he even called me from the emergency room to let me know i should work through his partner for boxes!!!!! the move was executed on time and without a scratch. i cant think of how they could have done a better job!

I’ve used them a couple of times. They are efficient and wonderful people to work with. They’re accommodating, scheduling is easy and they're so pleasant to worth. They were prompt for the service and their costs are reasonable.

Everything went extremely well. I had to back them off a bit. We had planned on 8:00 a.m. but found out that we couldn't get into the apartment until noon. The three young men wrapped and loaded professionally, carefully and with energy. It was a large project and I new it would cost me additional dollars - I anticipated about double - but it was a bit more than that. Even though that was the case, I would hire them again. Those men deserved a nice tip on top of it all. Thank you to them.

Have used them before for big jobs and have been very happy. Movers are friendly, careful, trustworthy and on time. Minor problems scheduling - didn't promptly return calls requesting and moved days they could come a few times. This was a small project - perhaps that was the issue?
