Scheduling was easy and I appreciated that the company was flexible about timing given the vagaries of international shipping. The crew was great! Arrived on time, worked hard for three hours or so, followed direction and placement instructions well and were just overall super-professional and friendly. They were careful during the unpacking and nothing got banged up from the unpacking location to my unit. Packing materials were all carted away. Couldn't have been more pleased ... a very professional crew. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them back.

From quote/cost estimate to the finish, Quality movers exceeded our expectations. The packers and loaders were courteous, hard working, and professional at all times. The service was flexible and affordable -- Quality was able to adapt quickly to some changing needs that we had. We are very please with our decision to work with Quality Movers.

Arrive on time. Fast moving. All the furniture are well protected. There is only one small thing that I am not happy. They lost the book case support pegs. I have to buy the support pegs again, which costs me about $5. Overall, I am happy with their service, and would recommend them.

The move went very well. The team showed up on-time and was very courteous and professional. They got right to it and had everything loaded and moved in just a couple of hours. The bill came in well below the estimate and we are very satisfied with the services we received. I highly recommend them.

The move went as well as can reasonably be expected! I appreciated that a professional came to my apartment and gathered information so that he could provide an accurate estimate with a guaranteed maximum. The estimate included all packing materials. I very much appreciated that, because I feel like if there are additional charges for those, they can add up to a lot. Also the move and estimate didn't limit the number of packers and movers. They staffed it as they thought was appropriate rather than limiting staffing to a two- or three-person crew as other movers had in the past. There were approximately 7 people involved. They all came on time. They were all very patient, professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to help me. They moved an elliptical machine, which not all movers do. Moving is stressful enough--I very much appreciated that they worked to minimize the stress and not add any drama of their own. They were all very nice people who I felt comfortable having in each apartment and having in control of my possessions. They did not track dirt into either apartment. The move was the quickest I've every had. The only hiccup was that silverware was packed in a box that wasn't labeled for the kitchen, so finding it took longer than I expected. Considering everything, I didn't mind. The company maintained excellent communication with me before, during and after the move.

They are so professional on the phone and I'm very happy with how it has been going. I'm waiting to get the full prices on what I will owe but they're really great so far.

I have used them many times. I need a crew that can help me with my clients and make my company look good. They do all of that and more. They are responsive, trustworthy and professional. I give out their names regularly to people who are looking for quality movers.

We've used Quality Movers five times in the last four years. Yeah, we've moved in that short period of time more times than most people do in a lifetime. Four times they offered nearly full service (i.e. loading, driving, unloading), and the last time we simply needed some help unloading a U-Haul truck. Every time they were responsive, respectful, and professional. They were efficient and careful with everything, in fact, handling everything from bowling balls to pictures to beds as if they were invaluable and irreplaceable. During one of the first moves, unfortunately a leg was broken on a patio table. But, one of their movers, Nick Cobb, took it upon himself to take the table back to Minneapolis (from Madison, WI) to have it professionally fixed - obviously at their expense. Then he made the four hour trip back to Madison to personally deliver it. The table was good as new. Often in situations like this, a reputable moving company will ask you to file a claim, then in due time will write you a check for the damaged goods. Quality Movers would have done this for us, but Nick knew this was more than just any table, and he wanted to make it absolutely right. It's because of that attitude and genuine care, that we continued to rely on them, and would definitely use them again. Although, to be honest, I hope we don't have to move again anytime soon. Five times in four years is enough! Highly recommend.

They provided moving materials, helped pack closets and miscellaneous items and helped dispose of items we had no further use for. Truly helped us every step of the way. I can't imagine using another moving company.

After initial difficulties with scheduling, our move went better than expected. The movers were polite, friendly, and careful. They also made sure to be as efficient as possible.

Jamie, Anthony and Pace were awesome! They came in, took inventory of what was to be moved and got right to work wrapping everything and moving it. 2.5 hours later they were done moving everything into the new house and were off as quickly as they came. It's about as good as a moving experience can get. I really appreciated their help and willingness to offer suggestions.

My new 4K HD television was cracked upon delivery. They claimed that because they did not do the entire move they could not take responsibility for the damage. They also broke the cat tree, lost 2 chairs and lost a shelving unit. They charged me for storage of 6 pods when there were only 5 that we counted upon unloading of the truck.

Everything went very smoothly. The team that assisted us with our move were great! The team was very punctual, efficient, polite, and handled our things expertly. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

It went fine. I would not call it above and beyond, but it was decent. Probably about B quality. They ended up not being able to do it the day that I was scheduled for they were running late to the point that it wouldn't work for us. It ended up getting pushed back two days. They were very pleasant to work with.

This crew is AWESOME! Very professional and careful with all of our belongings. I would hire them again in a second. Very friendly and easy to schedule and work with. A+ service! If you have to move in the Twin Cities area USE THEM!

Their price was not what they quoted us. We wouldn't use them again. They quoted us a price and a time, of course it was rush hour. We had to pay for their time during rush hour. The didn't tell us that. They said it was this much an hour and it would probably take them three hours because, it was two guys. We had everything boxed up and ready to load up. We ended up having to pay them for eight hours, it was ridiculous. We argued with them over the phone and he said that no one quoted me that. I told him I wasn't stupid and I had written down the quote. We didn't have a paper quote because, it was all done over the phone. We thought it would be about half of that. The guys were nice, but the guy that owns the company was a jerk. The movers were good, and were careful with our stuff. They were late because, they got stuck in traffic.

I had a great experience working with Quality Moving and Storage out of their Edina facility. They provided free boxes for the move, were very easy to work with on site and on the phone. They also provided the best pricing out of 4 companies I contacted. Near perfection for an in town move, especially one in the middle of MN winter. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to friends planning moves in the Twin Cities area.

Each of the three times I've used Quality Moving I've been very happy and impressed with their service. They are not only efficient, but they are also very careful with items moved and my walls. Their friendliness and good humor are wonderful bonuses. They'll be the people I call when I need moving services again!

There was a gentleman by the name of Nick as well as two other guys that arrived exactly when they said they would and did an amazing job throughout the entire move. They took great care of our possessions and were constantly moving. There were so good that we hired them again a few weeks later to unload some furniture that our parents brought form out of state. I highly recommend them.

The service was okay. We had issues with one of the guys. One guy showed up late, but the two that we had were really good. They were really trying. They made the best of a bad situation. I paid $800 including the credit. Their price was like market rate. It was not like they were cheaper than anybody else or more expensive than anybody else. It was average. The other two rates A across the board, but the other guy brought the crew down. I would consider using them again.

Company was very responsive and personable when returning my initial call. The guys who did the job were friendly, accommodating and professional throughout the move. I found they worked effectively and efficiently as a team. It was a pleasure to have them help me. I'd certainly use them again.
