Description of Work: Sent e-mail to the company on their website (their preferred form of contact, I guess) to have someone call to come out and inspect flooring issue in my laundry room. E-mail was sent on Sunday before Memorial Day. No response on Monday--okay, it's a holiday. No response at all on Tuesday--not so okay. No response on Wednesday, two business days later--unacceptable. I won't do business with a company that doesn't respond to a call for services.

+ 7 moreWe purchased a new construction home that had been foreclosed on in August of 2009. While the house was beautiful, there were some things left unfinished or damaged due to the fact that it had gone into foreclosure. We called project pros to help us with various tasks, and the owner (Andy), was extremely helpful. He was very professional, and on time(!). He walked us through what we needed to do and gave us a very fair estimate of cost. He was originally hired to help us fix some taping/mudding issues in the drywall, but we extended that into helping me finish the painting. We have a large vaulted ceiling in our living room, and he did an amazing job on the paint/finish. Once we saw his work, we had him build a custom desk/work station for my husband's office. He does such great work that we are having him come back to tile our lower level entry area! We have many more projects that need to be done on our new home, and we will definitely be using Project Pros to get the job done and get it done right in the future.
Description of Work: Interior painting (several rooms including a vaulted living room), repairing drywall (including taping and mudding), custom desk for office, ceramic tile in lower level entry area, replacing base boards, etc.
