I called for a dumpster estimate. The voice-mail message gave the basic prices, which matched the other quotes I got. While it's nice to have an outgoing message that provides basic information 24/7, I decided to hire a company where a person answered the phone and could, therefore, answer my other questions as well.

Berquist and Son was fabulous. They were very accommodating to what we were looking for and suggested a construction-only dumpster to take the dirt. They had no problem letting us hang on to the dumpster for the 2 weeks (even though their normal time frame is 1 week) and they did not charge us extra, unlike some of the other places we called. We appreciated the fact that they put boards down on our driveway to protect it and prevent the dumpster from slipping- that's A+ service!

After reading others' reviews, we were excited to use Berquist for a major cleaning project. I called and asked if they delivered to Maple Grove. I was told yes, quoted a (very good) price, and was excited to use them. I gave their number to my sister-in-law to book; when she called she was told they don't deliver to Maple Grove. We then had to scramble to find another dumpster service willing to deliver last minute, and it cost us more money. It was a major inconvenience, but based on others' comments I don't think our experience was representative. Thus I'd give them another chance if we had a similar project.

The people were very friendly and helpful on the phone. We originally scheduled a 10 yard dumpster to haul old bricks and sand/soil that needed to be excavated from an old patio. A neighbor could use the old bricks so we called back and they changed the order to a 6 yard dumpster instead. The dumpster was delivered and picked up as scheduled. They used boards to protect the driveway.

The office staff overbooked the 30 yard dumpsters that week. We received a call the afternoon before our delivery stating that they would deliver a 20 yard instead, and would switch it for a ten yard dumpster when the 20 was full. We had the option of only paying $340 for the 20 if we were able to fit all our trash in it. The 20 was delivered on time and when it was filled, they removed the 20 and dropped off the 10 on one day's notice. Proper care was taken to care for the driveway.

The service was great. The delivery driver, Bill, was right on time, called us before hand and was very pleasant to deal with. He was careful with our driveway and laid down wood planks to avoid any damage to the driveway. When we were done with it, about 5 days later, we called, and they picked it up right away.

Very helpful on the phone. Described pricing was well as sizes of different dumpsters (I didn't know what I needed or could fit). Delivery was on time. Placement was critical so not to block neighbors drive - and it was perfect. I'll use them again.

Dumpster delivered on time, placed as directed in our driveway based on instructions I gave over the phone. Picked up on time as well. Friendly, professional customer service when I phoned the office. Our garbage collector - one of the big guys - quoted $380 for the same service. The price from Berquist would of been $30 less if we would of only used the dumpster for construction debris, but we elected to use it to dispose of household items as well.

VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, THEY DROPPED OFF A NEWER, CLEAN DUMPSTER AND HAULED IT AWAY WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY WERE CAREFUL TO PUT DOWN SOME 2X8 LUMBER ON THE DRIVEWAY SO THAT THE DUMPSTER DIDN'T SCRAPE THE CEMENT.

WONDERFUL, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! UNSURE OF PRICE AS IT HAS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH SINCE I USED THEM.

WHAT GREAT SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEN AND HIS COMPANY. THE PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE AS WELL AS PROMPT. THE PRICE FOR THE SIZE OF DUMPSTER IS VERY AFFORDABLE. IF YOU NEED A LARGER DUMPSTER, THIS IS THE WAY TO GO.

DELIVERED ON TIME AND PICKED UP ON TIME. WERE VERY REASONABLE.

THE DRIVER SHOWED UP FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON DELIVERY DAY AND FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON PICK-UP DAY WHICH HELPED ME MAKE THE MOST OUT OF MY SCHEDULE. NO HASSLES AT ALL AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN THE REST OF THE DUMPSTER SERVICES I CALLED.

KEN, THE OWNER, PERSONALLY DROPPED OFF THE DUMPSTER. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT. OUR PROJECT WENT A LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED, AND HE LET US KEEP THE DUMPSTER FOR A COUPLE MORE DAYS FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SMALL, FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS TO ANYONE.

THEY DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WERE ABLE TO PUT THE DUMPSTER EXACTLY WHERE WE WANTED IT. WOULD USE AGAIN.

DRIVER WAS EXTREMELY POLITE, NICE AND FRIENDLY. HE WENT THROUGH THE RULES IN A NICE MANNER WITHOUT BEING A JERK. SUPER SERVICE! PHONES WERE ANSWERED QUICKLY. INFORMATION WAS CONSISTENT AND ACCURATE (I CALLED TWICE FOR INFO ON DIFFERENT DAYS.) PHONE ANSWERER WAS VERY FRIENDLY TOO. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. GOOD PRICE TOO!

THIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY OFFERED GREAT SERVICE AND ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID BOTH TO DELIVER AND PICK UP. THEY WERE FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THEY ALSO HAPPILY ACCOMMODATED MY REQUEST TO HANG ON TO ONE DUMPSTER A BIT LONGER THAN USUAL, WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATED!

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TWICE, EACH TIME FOR A 6 CUBIC YARD DUMPSTER. I MARKED THE DRIVEWAY WITH SIDEWALK CHALK AND THEY SET THE DUMPSTER ON WOOD SKIDS RIGHT WHERE I WANTED. I RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.

WE GOT SEVERAL DIFFERENT-SIZED DUMPSTERS OVER THE LAST 2 MONTHS. EVERYTHING - INCLUDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, PRICING, AND TIMELINESS, HAS BEEN EXCELLENT WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

KEN AND HIS STAFF ARE WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH. THE DUMPSTER SERVICE HE OFFERS IS EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE.

I'VE USED THIS SERVICE TWICE AND BOTH TIMES THEY WERE COURTEOUS, FORTHRIGHT AND PROMPT ON DELIVERY AND PICK-UP. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
