Great drop off and pick up service. Also, a really nice person answers the phone, and they return your calls.

The founder's son arrived on time with his very professional young son. They placed the dumpster exactly where I had requested. I completed my project early so called to let them know they could collect the dumpster at their convenience. They stopped by the next day and left with the dumpster. It was a very quick, friendly, and professional business transaction. Bergquist is the company that had a garbage collection company for almost 100 years before Saint Paul switched over to its own single-provider contract policy, leaving Bergquist and other reputable companies out in the cold. I hope this very reputable company survives with its business now limited to roll-off services. You can trust this family-owned and operated business.

Professional, helpful, and prompt service. I spent a while calling around to get quotes from different places. Ken Berquist & Son had a good price point, and everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and patient.

It's a dumpster, it was there when promised and picked up when promised. Price was $50 cheaper than my garbage service.

Unit was delivered on time and picked up as scheduled. No damage to property on delivery or pick-up. Nice people to deal with!

Ken was recommended from a friend, who was very satisfied with a small concrete driveway. The initial quote, price, response, and installation went very well for my much bigger driveway. All work was performed while we were on vacation, which worked out very well, too. If the review was only based on this experience, it would be an "A' Rating. However, after a short time, it became clear the quality and durability is poor. Several diagonal cracks formed within the fist year. with one particular diagonal crack cutting across ~50% of the driveway. This particular crack is so wide, chips of concrete broke off and continue to break away. Also, it doesn't appear the concrete was sealed; there are several stains that won't scrub nor bleach away. The worst stain is the length of the driveway and 4 feet wide at it's worst. Ken initally responded immediately and promised to take care of the bad crack. However, Ken was a 'no show' to make the repairs. Subsequent phone calls and emails over the last 2 years have been ignored. That's why the quality and responsiveness ratings are both 'D'.

Awesome. Courteous, prompt, zero hassle. This is my second time renting dumpsters from them and I'll continue patronizing them for dumpster needs. Kept the dumpster til I was done - about a week - called for pickup left a VM and it was fine within the next two days.

The problem (at least to me) was that my recently passed sister lived in Elko, MN. I called Ken Berquist & Son. The lady answering the phone was very polite. They delivered the dumpster right on time and removed it right away after I called. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When I called , the receptionists was knowledgeable and helpful.. I explained what i was doing and was offered advice on the best course of action. The project was very extensive , and since they were very helpful i have used them two other times since the first project. All times they have been on time with the dumpsters and had no problems with me keeping it onsite a little longer than scheduled. I have marked them at the top of my list and will continue to go back to them with each new job.

Very friendly, responsive, and provided exactly what was asked for. Also, I hadn't realized that we needed to call for dumpster pickup (I had wrongly assumed it was explicitly for a week) and they didn't charge us for the extra days the dumpster wasn't being used. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Everyone I talked to in the office and the gentleman who delivered the dumpster were very accommodating and professional. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. Their price was lower than another company I contacted for the same size dumpster.

Excellent communication and responsiveness. We needed to increase the size of the dumpster one day before delivery and they did without any problems. Pick up was prompt. Price was the best I found, after calling around to 7 other waste collectors. Will definitely use in the future!

When driving through alley took down an overhead cable that supplied internet and cable. When driver was confronted he said he knew he hit it but they had called the company and low line hadn't been fixed so too bad. The wire stretched and snapped and almost hit my husband who was out in the yard. When called the company to complain, management took the same attitude as driver.

I called and ordered a dumpster to help with cleaning up our house prior to a move. They were able to deliver within a couple of days and everything went very well. The price is very reasonable and the service was fantastic.

They were good. They were on time. If they import that well, so, there will be no problems.

Telephone staff were professional and responsive. Dumpster was delivered and placed where I had requested. Pick up was as scheduled; this was important as we had a reception scheduled that holiday weekend.. One minor glitch that was quickly and professionallly resolved. Great. They were the least expensive in the Mpls St. Paul area and No extra charges! Busy construction period and they dropped off on the date I wanted. Very nice family to deal with.

Directions to the home is somewhat confusing. I asked the driver to call when he got near the address. He called and stayed on the line until he assured me he found the house. The container needed to be placed in a specific area which he did. We were concerned a hard to deal with neighbor would be upset if the driver had to turn around in his driveway. The driver took extra steps to make sure he did not drive on the neighbor's driveway.All personnel were very friendly and professional.

They were easy to work with. I was originally looking for a 6 yard dumpster and had scheduled that with them. They called the day before they were due to deliver it and asked if I would take a 10 yard instead, at the 6 yard cost. They were delivering another dumpster in the area and then 10 fits inside a 20(the other one they were delivering), where the 6 didn't and would have had to be delivered separately. They showed on time to deliver it and pick it up. The people at the office were friendly and easy to work with. If I need a dumpster again, they are who I will call.

Great, very prompt with delivery, very professional and friendly staff. The only provider I could find with a 6 cubic yard dumpster which was perfect for my needs -- a mixed load of construction debris and household junk.
