Great company. State policies and schedules plainly. Follow through on everything.

They were fine. They delivered the dumpster when they said they would and took it away when they said they would. Everything was fine. They did a good job. The price was reasonable.

They were fine. They wrapped up and picked up with no issues. They are reasonably priced. I saw them from Angie's List and they have pretty good grades.

Delivered a mixed-use, 10 cubic year, dumpster and picked it up 5 days later. They were helpful on the phone figuring out a size I would need as well as quoting extra for the mattress that we would need to dispose of, as well. The gentleman who delivered it was great as the gutters were being replaced that same day and there was some negotiation about moving the gutter truck to put in the dumpster. He was very patient as we got it all figured out.

Berquist is excellent. Good customer service, delivery, efficiency and flexibility. Nice people. Great business. I've written a more thorough review a while back, so I won't repeat myself here. Call them.

It's fine. They took the garbage out when they said they were going to. They picked the trash on time.

Today (March 25th) I was actually calling to cancel my trash service because we are moving out of state in April. The representative recommended I go ahead and set the April cancellation date with them so that my April quarterly invoicing is only for what will be due, not for a full quarter. I appreciated her thinking ahead and saving me the headache of getting a refund later. We pay about $77 a quarter for trash service. We also rented a container the summer of 2013 for a garage re-siding project. They were very helpful in deciding what size container to order. Mr Berquist himself goes out on the trash pickup runs, and he stopped by to say hi to my husband and look at the project. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

Everything was handled promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Part of the problem was that we had our own bins, but that vendor never offered to solve the problem by providing bins with their name. Ken called to let us know exactly when they would drop off the bins, and what day they would pick up. The price is much cheaper. When it turned out Berquist was going to come a day earlier than previously communicated, they called a day ahead to let us know that. I haven't been using Berquist very long yet, but am extremely pleased so far.

Ken himself delivered and picked up, gave good advice on what I could include to comply with Hennepin County regs and keep cost low

Drop-off and pick-up were done without complication. They were even flexible on letting us have it a few extra days to finish our demo over a long weekend. Much appreciated!

I contacted Ken Berquist and Son Inc. along with 2 other dumpster service providers for prices on a 15 cubic yard roll-off dumpster. Ken Berquist and Son Inc. had the best price and due to all the great reviews on Angie's List, I went with them. The office staff was friendly and helpful when I called back to set-up the delivery. The person answered my specific questions regarding what items were and were not allowed in the dumpster. The person also verified exactly where on my driveway the dumpster was to be placed. The dumpster arrived per the delivery schedule and was left exactly where requested. One week later at pick-up time I happened to be home and Ken Berquist (the owner) was doing the pick-up. Ken is a friendly and personable guy. It's sometimes unwise to judge a person based on one, 5-minute interaction, but Ken is the kind of person with whom you want to do business. I would use Ken Berquist and Son Inc. in the future without a doubt.

I had never needed this service before and they were very courteous and helpful. Also lowest price of places I checked. the service was excellent and accurate!

Wonderful service. Filled one dumpster and needed another dumpster quickly. First dumpster removed and second dumpster delivered next day. With advanced notice was not charged extra to keep the dumpster for 2 additional days. Excellent experience.

My first contact was the lady who answered the phone at their office. She was very helpful in quoting prices and availability of a dumpster. No one was going to be home when the dumpster was delivered. The driver called me and set the dumpster in the exact area I requested.. The dumpster was promptly picked up when we were done using it. We were very happy with the service and would definitely use this company in the future.

Everyone that I talked to, from making the appointment to the delivery guy, was very friendly. They delivered the dumpster on the day that was scheduled and placed it where we asked in the driveway. They did a great job of getting into the driveway without scraping any of the cars parked on the streets. They put wood underneath the feet of the dumpster to help protect the driveway. We finished w/ the dumpster before the scheduled pick-up date so I called them to let them know they could pick it up early and they came out the next day to get it.

Telephone contact was courteous, professional, helpful and accurate in describing dimensions and capacity of container as well as price which was competitive. Delivery and pickup were done at agreed upon times. Driver was courteous and careful in the way he dropped off and picked up container, taking care so as to not damage our driveway. Everything went very well!

Berquist was extremely friendly and helpful both times I called - for estimate and later to place an order. I haven't done this in years, so I had lots of questions. Customer service was so good I didn't bother shopping around. It was like talking to good friend or family member on the phone. The price seemed very reasonable to me. The dumpster arrived exactly where I specified - perfectly aligned with boards under the wheels to protect from rolling or damage to the cement. It was picked up within 24 hours of my call that is was ready. Absolutely, hassle free!
