We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

He does not try to talk you into things, he actually talks you out to make sure he keeps you on budget. We got everything we wanted, and he built us a bar as well. He allowed us to do a few things to save on cost. He is kind, funny, direct, but open to what you want to do. He wants you to be happy with the end product. "Do not work with American Eagle!!!! American Eagle was hired by my contractor to do the plumbing for my kitchen and bathroom remodel. The contractor gave me an estimate two months before the work was scheduled to start. A week before the work was scheduled to start, American Eagle more than doubled the projected cost of the work (from $2,100 to $4,800). I wasn't in a position to postpone the project, so I had no choice but to agree. Most of the work they did was just fine, with one glaring exception. I'd asked them to reinstall my existing garbage disposal, which had been working just fine. When they took it out, they neglected to mention to me that it had a crack in it until a month later, after they had already reinstalled it. At that point, they left for the day - with the broken disposal still installed - and left me a voicemail saying they would sell me a new one and install it for an additional $963! My contractor talked them down to $500 (still an exorbitant price), but at that point I'd had enough. I found another plumber (Norblum Plumbing) on Angie's List who sold me the exact same disposal, took out the broken one, and installed the new one for a total of $263 ($150 for the disposal and $113 for installation). My advice, hire Norblum instead!"
