The foreman was wonderful & explained everything. They gave their all for a job they knew they would not get. I would highly recommend them if I had a problem. In this case the builder had to solve the problem.
Description of Work: Mold Testing for new construction. They knew they would not get the job but the owner took her time explaining my options & what we should do. She sent her foreman out within 30 minutes to get here before the builders representative was to arrive.

Description of Work: Contacted Deborah for an estimate and she responded within 2 minutes of submitting our request online. She called immediately and we discussed our concerns in detail on the phone. After texting her a few pictures and discussing, she identified we didn’t have an active growth situation and provided her recommendation even though we didn’t have qualify for her services. Her service was exceptional and she went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered. Very impressed and will certainly be calling her should any opportunity arise. Highly recommend!

Their service technicians were kind and helpful and did good work. I would definitely recommend this business to others.
Description of Work: I had a funky smell in a basement closet due to a small water leak in the boiler line. Ultra Clean was prompt in coming out to look at the problem the same day I called. Even though it was a small job compared to their normal standards, they still treated me very well and gave me a good price. I appreciated that their antimicrobial spray was made from thyme and not harmful chemicals. Their service technicians were kind and helpful and did good work. I would definitely recommend this business to others.
