Description of Work: Goetz Landscape put in a garden for me. They do my lawn service as well.

Description of Work: They did landscaping around my house, creating additional patio and garden space.

Description of Work: More than 3 weeks ago (Month of May-latter half) I had an appointment with Peter to give me an estimate of a variety of landscaping concerns ranging from repairing 4 large rock retaining walls, adding rock landscaping, removing dead shrubs; this is to be a potentially large job. Peter and I spent time walking around, he measured, wrote what he needed; I even gave him my property survey to help with his measuring (for him to keep and help with making plans). At the end of the appointment Peter stated that he was busy-to please give him a week and a half to get back to me. I advised Peter to let me know as soon as he could however as I was told by the appointment setter that Goetz is booked out until July for their jobs and I don't want to wait past July to get the necessary work done. It has been well over a week and a half at this point. The reason I joined Angie's List is because I don't believe that consumers should have to 'hunt' down the service people to give them their money...Goetz is popular in our area; but I won't use them simply because Peter did not follow up in the time frame with which he stated; for that matter-he simply hasn't followed up at all. Another frustration about this is that Goetz is booked out until mid July to perform all the work, but you can not schedule the work until the landscape architect (Peter) gets back to you and you agree on the plans. While I understand this is protocol-I imagine that Goetz is booked out until August by this time. This is unacceptable that Peter put a consumer off for so long.
