Pat was quick to respond to quote. He even drove to me to deliver the quote in person. Pat was available over the phone often. Pat gave us many contacts for other work we needed done at the house. The roof was done when promised. The gutters were even done ahead of schedule, late one night, knowing there was pending rain. I do wish he had quoted us the gutter covers, but that's okay.

Pat was extremely friendly, courteous, & professional on the phone. I felt great about finding them through Angie's List & about using Coty. However, something else must be going on at Coty because there was no follow up between the call & the work getting started. When I finally called again, someone came out the next day. Originally, I asked for several different services while someone was on the roof: fix the shingle problem, review the whole roof for possible maintenance, look at the chimney cap & estimate fix/replace, & give estimate for gutter replace & repair- all stuff I was ready to have done & pay for immediately. It was hard getting just the shingles replaced & I have never had a follow up call. While waiting for the shingle job, I got water damage on a ceiling. I even had to call to get a bill. I'm sorry it wasn't better- the roof job was great, right on estimate, & Pat was so nice on the phone. Pat, if you wanna do some more work, call me & give me an estimate!

Great experience. Pat is very conscientious and detail-oriented. The price was very reasonable, and I did not need to haggle back and forth with my insurance company. A few of the nice touches: (1) The crew ripped a screen while doing the tear-off, and Pat immediately took it to get the screen replaced. He was not happy with the job the hardware store did, and he subsequently replaced the screen himself. (2) Coty paints the bath fan vents and stacks to match the color of the valleys and roof vents. (3) I thought it looked a little funny along some wall flashing, and Pat came after the crew was gone and cut and attached a strip of shingles to make it look better. He said he would do whatever was necessary to make me completely happy with the job they had done!

Pat Coty was friendly, professional and accommodating. He dropped off several samples of shingles to choose from and was very willing to answer our many questions. Carlos and his coworker were professional, quick, and polite. We'd work with them again.

Returned my initial phone call promptly. Never received an estimate. Pat was 1 hour late. You could tell he didn't want the job. Answered my questions and then rushed off.

Pat was very thorough from beginning to end. He checked out our roof, both inside & out, & made some great suggestions about venting. The crew was fast, efficient, & cleaned up beautifully when they were done. The re-sided dormer looks terrific. Not only does everything look great, but also Pat & his guys identified & fixed a few small annoying leaks that had been bugging us for a while. We are very pleased with the entire job.

PAT WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND ON TIME AND THOUGH IT WAS THE BUSY SEASON, HE MADE TIME TO INSTALL THE SKYLIGHT. NOW WHEN IT RAINS, WE ARE DRY.

PAT COTY CAME AND DID THE ESTIMATE AND HE WAS EARLY. HE SAT DOWN AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME WITHOUT BEING CONDESCENDING. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WHILE HE WASN'T THE LOWEST BID (BUT CLOSE), I HAD HIM DO THE WORK BECAUSE HE WAS SO COURTEOUS. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND THE CLEAN UP WAS WELL DONE. MY HUSBAND SAID THE WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEIR PRICING WAS A LITTLE HIGHER, SO I DIDN'T HIRE THEM, BUT THEIR PRESENTATION WAS GREAT.
