It cost $95 to have them show me where a switch was on my suana heating element. Seemed a little pricey.

They missed my original appointment, called later to apoligize. I wasn't happy but they were able to get someone out couple of days later and the problem has been fixed. The technician was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. Tub is up and running.

The hot tub was alright, but we were charged for over two hours of service when the guy spent about 15 minutes doing the work. The first time he was here he didn't have the part we needed so we were told he'd be back. However, they failed to tell us we would be charged $100 for that trip in addition to the $100 for the first trip when he told us he didn't have the part.
