Very thorough, we did not have the best experience with our previous company. We were surprised at the “extras” Clearene provided vs the previous company. Will definitely reach out to them again for pool opening.

The team is considerate and professional. They provide me options and do quality work the first time.

They found a broken pipe on my pond one side was leaking service tech found a leak on one of the waterfalls, dug up the back of the waterfalls repaired the leak, and clean up the area pond been running all summer, and no leaks.

They were responsive and very helpful I would recommend them for sure

I contacted Clearene Pool and Spas on October 4 and received confirmation of my appointment via email on 10/5. They did not show up at the agreed upon time. I called back 4 different times and was told each time that someone would get back in touch with me...never happened. Fast forward to 11/8, the Clearene van showed up unannounced and said we are here to work on your hot tub...I sent them away. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. STAY AWAY FROM CLEARENE!!!

first time pool owner, first time with this service. Pre-appointment communication could've been a bit better, but they came on the day they said, and did a fast, friendly job, while teaching me about my equipment. other companies were 2 weeks further out. I would call them again.

After contacting Mark about needing a pool liner replaced he sent Kevin out to take measurements and then ordered the new liner. I know they were swamped with other customers orders already because June is busy for all pool companies. But they did get it ordered and replaced under three weeks wait time, and installed it in one day. They even came back the second day to make sure all went well after it was filled. Thanks to all of you for the great work and nice looking liner! Anyone for a dip in the pool?

The workers came out frequently, seemed knowledgeable and friendly, but the pool never cleared. After around $1000 a new filter and 3 weeks even the shallow bottom of the pool is not visible. I'm highly disappointed because we had a deadline to meet and would never have hired anyone if this could not be met.

Since they replaced our auto-cover over 3 years ago we had constant problems with it falling off and damaging the liner. They tried to adjust it and patch the liner a couple different times. Then they said it wasn't their problem and we would nee to pay for the next adjustment. We had a different company come fix it and the said it wasn't the right equipment or installation. Pool closing went ok, but I don't trust this company anymore with our pool.

Mark called me back right away, and offered some choices. I hired them the last few years to do some work, and have been very happy with the results. It is good to know there is a knowledgable and honest company to do pool work in Mn. Since we can only use our pools 3 months out of the year.
