Mark Wynkoop was great. As a new spa owner he taught me all the basics. He didn't try to make me purchase unneeded parts. After talking with Mark I felt like he was looking out for me. When I told him I was looking to use the internet to find a cover he said that he couldn't compete with online prices. He then helped me measure my spa. I would definitely recommend Mark to others and will be calling him for all future spa service needs.

They were very professional and prompt. The service tech showed up the same day that we called. He was able to get the hot tub fixed and we were very happy. We were a little confused and suprised by the bill. I understood billing to be $140 for the first hour then $110 for each additional hour, plus materials. The bill came out to be $140 for the visit plus $110 for the first hour and each additional hour, plus materials.
