Description of Work: Fixed a leaking roof.

Description of Work: Deck cleaning and staining. Contracted in March but delayed by weather until late July. I am satisfied with the service I received and would use this contractor again.

Description of Work: Mainly because of the amount of rain we had, they took almost two months to do my deck after they originally contacted me. I told them I wanted them in late May and they didn't show up until July. They apologized for that. I thought they did a poor job of washing the old stain off the deck and left some black marks and mold on the deck. When they actually stained the deck they did an ok job, but must have poured stain on my lawn which left about two or three square feet of dead and damaged grass. I have to say that I like the company owner, but can't say a lot for his employees.

Description of Work: This was a poor process from beginning to end. We purchased the service in March and did not even get a date scheduled to power wash the deck until June, and the work wasn't completed until the middle or end of July. the staining was uneven with darker stains at the sides and lighter sections in the middle of the deck. This company obviously bit off more than it could chew with it's offer and I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Deck refinishing - There were repeated delays due to the weather and a back log of projects. The deck looks great now that it is finished.

Description of Work: They checked our attic and roof for any problems. Put a cap on pipe from furnace. Did great job, they were on time explained everything to us.In a few years when we need a new roof will give them a call.

Description of Work: Perform routine roof inspection. Received initial follow up within a couple of days and then silence for over 2 weeks. Roof report included very limited information and no additional services were performed (caulking, etc) which were to be included.

Description of Work: I purchased a $199 for deck restoration, there were extra fees due to the size of my deck and I also had them install some lighting.

Description of Work: We purchased a roof maintenance package from Angie's List because we noticed some of our garage roof shingles starting to buckle up a bit. Eric from Aim High was very proactive and came out within a couple days. His observation was that the shingles were starting to shift and slide down the roof. Maintenance was not really an option in this case so he took some photos and recommended contacting our home owners insurance as a starting point to see what they would do. The insurance adjuster determined that it was a workmanship problem with the previous installer who is no longer around (not a big surprise). Eric prepared a couple quotes for replacement but we ended up going with a different provider.

Description of Work: It took a week for this provider to come out, he came out and took picture and then I never heard back from him. Iv'e tried to make contact with them numerous times.
