Description of Work: They were very professional, very careful and very efficient. They checked with me if they had any questions. They didn't leave splotches of paint anywhere, which I appreciated. They also removed the large flower pots down the stairs and off the deck so that they could work (instead of asking me to do it). Unfortunately they didn't bring them all back up later, and I couldn't do it so I had to wait for some young man to help me. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Description of Work: The service man came for the appointment which was to be a roof inspection and said he couldnt do it because he didn't have a big enough ladder to get on the roof.  + 0 moreI went into this job expecting just a basic new roof including replacing underlayment and shingles. Chris Miller and his crew went above and beyond with not only replacing the shingles, but explaining to me how code has changed over the years, and provided me the correct solution with ice and water protection across the whole roof based on my pitch. They also added a drip edge for extra protection, repaired vents, and even provided a can of paint to color match all existing roof structures that I had previously painted another color. My favorite part of the experience was that Chris asked the right questions about the interior and moisture problems with my tongue-n-groove cedar ceiling. He and his team identified a ventilation problem with the roof, added a ridge vent, and I am happy to report that my moisture problem is gone. I didn't even bring it up. He just had the experience to ask the right questions and offer up the right solution. Wonderful experience!

 + -1 moreAim High came out and listened to what I had in mind in regards to a new deck. They did a great job of identifying flaws in my plan and recommending an improved solution. These were minor things that potentially had a large impact in the structural integrity and water damage prevention. They proceeded to measure things up and presented a very fair quote. During the installation I was pleasantly surprised to NOT hear saws all day. They were able to come to my home with most materials precut which lead to a very fast installation with minimal disruption for my neighbors. I'm sure the guy next door that works nights really appreciated this! End result was a beautiful new deck that I am confident is built to provide years and years of enjoyment. Great job.
