 + -1 moreThis young lady was very punctual and professional. I was not home when she came, so I left instructions on the counter and she did exactly as I had directed. Not only did she do what I asked, but she did an outstanding job! I had used a cleaning person who was "advertised" in our building and I was just appalled at what she called "clean". Natalie did all the little details that I really found to be delightful! I would very strongly recommend her. My only complaint would be that she did not leave a card with her company name and phone number on it. I will be sending her a tip, once I find out where to send it.  + -1 morePatera's Cleaning Service has been cleaning our home monthly for a year and a half, and Natallie herself has been cleaning for us for the past 10 months. I have been extremely happy with the quality of her work. She is very thorough and detail-oriented. She notices areas that can use some extra attention and addresses them as time permits. She does an amazing job on our glass shower. It took me a long time to decide to hire someone to clean my home because I have pretty high standards, but Natallie exceeds them. The other cleaners that occasionally come to help are very thorough as well. Natallie is also great with communication, she is friendly and takes the initiative to contact me every month to schedule my cleaning at our mutual convenience. I highly recommend Patera's Cleaning Service!

She doesn't just make the house look clean like some of the services do--it actually IS clean. She will do extra items on request and also finds things that need cleaning or minor repair and tackles them as time permits. The other cleaners who work with her are equally thorough and careful. Natalie also is willing to work with our odd schedule and will change her regular cleaning date if needed. She always contacts us if she needs to reschedule for illness or whatever. I've referred her to several friends.
