Patera's Cleaning Service

The cleaner was on time and brought her supplies. It was a lot of work for one person so she was here for quite a while. It really could have been a 2-person job. She was polite and worked quietly. I would probably have hired them again but didn't hear back from Ms. Patera to schedule another visit. I have someone else cleaning now.

She did an excellent job. She did some deep cleaning in 2 areas, and then she did some other work for us to fill in the time.

They did a great job. They were very professional and worked very hard in a short period of time. Great attention to detail and did a good job of making sure to explain to me what they were and weren't going to do. I have already asked them back to do another cleaning and plan on continuing to use this service.

There is nothing better than coming home from a long day at work to a super, clean home. It looked just fabulous and there was nothing to criticize. I was impressed with how fresh the home smelled and all the details of cleaning were achieved. I would have absolutely no reservations in using this service again.

Patera's was great. They responded to the purchase of the Angie's List Coupon quickly. The appointment was scheduled in a very reasonable amount of time (which I know can be tricky with the volume of coupons that get purchased). Cleaners called when they were on the way and were punctual with the scheduled appointment window. They were efficient, personable and did a nice job in the house. We were very satisfied with Patera's!

Natalie has been cleaning for us for several years, and her husband Dennis just recently began offering handyman services, so when they were last here he removed the old weatherstripping around the steel door to our garage (which was basically disintegrating and falling off) and replaced it with new weatherstripping that we had purchased. He answered all my questions very knowledgeably and did a terrific job! We will be hiring him again for other handyman services!

I purchased the faucet at home depot. My husband did not have time or tools to properly install it. When Natalie was cleaning she mentioned her husband could install it. He did, works perfectly, looks great, reasonably priced.

Setup was easy through the Angie List website. The arrived on time and communicated well with me before, during and after. Everything done as requested. I will use again.

Natalie and her team were great! I needed my house cleaned before having pictures taken to sale the home. She was excellent in fitting me in, on a date and time that worked for me. Natalie and her staff were very friendly, and had positive attitudes, and were extremely quick and efficient! She got through stains in my sink that I thought were permanent - I've never seen my house so sparkly! The pictures turned out great! I would recommend Natalie and her team, and will go with her again in the future!

Very well, Natalie was very thorough and professional.

Every 2 weeks my 4 bed/ 3 bath home is always sparkling clean after Natalie and her crew have been there. Occasionally there is a scheduling snafu, but nothing that can't be overcome.

We liked them, Natalie and Jemy, they are professional, energetic and cheerful. I will hire them again

She was great and did a very thorough job. She was really flexible in fitting me into her schedule. She used to be a veterinary technician and as I have dogs and cats she always made sure they did not get out and was great in working around them. She was awesome to work with very reliable, trustworthy and communicated very well. The only issue is I have not gotten my keys back.

I would say I was moderately satisfied with the service. They did a decent job on cleaning, but I thought they were somewhat inefficient and lacked a certain level of professionalism.

We met and talked for about 1 minute and off she went to clean. She told her other 2 subordinate's what to do.....and bam .., they were off. They were calm and loving yet intense and flowing.

The provider responded right away with a date that didn't work for me. I have been to get hold of them to schedule but have not received a response from them. I will be asking for a refund.

Punctual arrival, made a point of calling day before with reminder and confirmation. Introduced themselves upon arrival. One team member dedicated to the bathroom and worked long and hard to get it spotless. other two team members divided up rest of house. Owner worked with the team. Asked them to stay longer to finish job and paid pro rata. Glad to have themØ did very good work and were very courteous. Recommended.

They were cordial and put up with the remodeling of my building with good cheer. I want them every four months.

It went very well! I have asked them back long term and have already recommended them to someone else and this was after using and trying out two other services! I not only liked the job they did but I genuinely liked them which is important to me since they will be in my home.

It was fine. I was very pleased. I like that I left things and they took care of it, I didn't have to oversee it, I wasn't even home. They came and did it and left. They did a good job.

Natalie & her helper come every 2 weeks to do routine cleaning, dust, vacuum, wash floors etc. They are very thorough, more thorough than other services I have had in the past. Communication is very good as to arrival times & what jobs need to be done as well as any additional cleaning she is willing to do. I am very happy with this service & would recommend it highly.

The team was very polite and efficient. The floors shined and they even cleaned our bathroom tiles! The bathroom has never looked so clean. I have them coming back in 2 weeks!
