Great. Spoke with provider, texted him a picture of the bees Andre entry point. He had solution and came over before the end of the day to kill off the bees. Also looked around the rest of the outside for other nests and pests.

I noticed insects inside the home after the spray about two weeks later. I called Larry back and he personally came out and provided a second application and the bugs have been gone since.

Extremely well--Larry inspected the basement to see if there were signs of carpenter ants inside. There were none so he sprayed outside areas. I started seeing dead ants within a few hours of the spraying and no longer see any activity one week later. He also gives a 1 year warranty if they do return. I will hire him again if needed. The only area where I gave a grade of "C" was because he was quite late due to a death in his wife's family. Although he did call me back quickly after I left a message wondering what was happening with our appointment, I would have appreciated a call from him when it was clear he was going to be late. I appreciate that he was still able to keep the appointment and found him to be a very amiable person.

Larry did a great job. We have never had carpenter ants in the house. The ants are gone. He was very prompt. Very professional and personable. We have a service that sprays 4X per year for pests. When I called them they said they do not spray for carpenter ants because they are too hard to get rid of therefore, I will be canceling that service and will instead use Larry and his son for all of my pest control. Very satisfied.

Very well. They were punctual and professional. They surveyed my foundation looking for tell-tale signs of mice entrance locations and proceeded to plug them up. They also provided a 1 year warranty if any mice came back they would take a second look. Overall I've been pleased with their service.

Larry was FANTASTIC. He looked up my location, saw I was nearby and came out within 10 minutes. He removed the mouse, did a quick inspection and told me that it was a particular type of mouse that tends to be outdoor only. Based on its age he suspected it had recently been sent out from its mother and had come inside looking for a new warm place, but it was unlikely others were around. He didn't see evidence of a long-term mouse problem but set a few traps in places where my VERY inquisitive cats cannot get to them and let us know to call him if any of the traps trigger. After this amazingly responsive and informative visit, I know that I'll go back to West Side Pest Solutions in the future if ever I need to!

Larry did great, sprayed, inspected and gave me ideas on how to keep ants out. He also said he would come back anytime with a phone call to treat or investigate if needed.

It went well....he found the hole that the mice were getting into the house.....sealed and set traps for the ones that were in the house.

Larry and his son are personable, efficient and did an outstanding job addressing the problem we had with mice finding their way into our home. I spent a lot of time looking for and sealing any hole/space I could find but when mice still were finding a way into our home, I called in the expertise of West Side Pest Solutions. We had used West Side earlier this summer for assistance with some yellow jackets and were very happy with their service - so turned to them again for help. Within 30 minutes they had found two potential entry points under our front deck - in a place that I had looked at, but missed.
