They were able to identify measures that the previous owners had taken, assessed the level of quality, and suggested the next steps I should take. After driving out and talking to me for an hour, they ended up not charging me at all! Helpful and honest advice was given to me (someone with very little knowledge in this area). Will recommend and use again in the future.

West Side Pest Solutions came out promptly following my call. The two areas were sprayed and he also inspected the rest of our property to insure no other nests. He gave follow up instructions and and told me to call if I noticed any more wasps in the area sprayed. He was very safety conscious and very personable. Very happy with service and wasps were gone!

Excellent! Within 24 hours after application there were no longer any bugs on the house. Now I just have to sweep up all the dead bugs from the driveway. I can handle that. Larry was amazing! It was a Sat afternoon, when he immediately returned my somewhat frantic call. He said he'd be over within the hour, and he was. He discovered not just one nest, but two.... which made me feel kind of special... anyway, he explained how the little guys were getting in to the house and how he was going to make them stop.... which he quickly and professionally did. What a nice guy! Thanks, Larry. You're the best!

I called and left a message in the morning, Larry returned the call later in the afternoon and stopped by our house 20 minutes later. He was thorough, explained the situation and expected outcome. He walked around our entire yard and house to make sure there were no other nests. Wasps were gone the next day! Highly recommend!!!

I purchased a deal through the Angie's List website late one night and got a call from the company the next morning. He was able to come out sooner than I expected, and arrived on time. He took a look around the outside and found that one of the boulevard trees was infested and that was the source of the ants. He sprayed the perimeter of the house, and for good measure around the infested tree too. Within 1 week I saw 90% less ants in my house, and 10 days after spraying was the last time I saw any ant in the house.

The money is well worth it as no longer have problems with spiders, box elders, yellow jackets and if I have other pests - Larry is there to fix the problem!! Why go anywhere else when you can have the best. Thank you!

We have called each of the past two years to remove ground wasp nests in our yard. They are a great company to deal with. Friendly, responsive, and thorough. Not only did they treat the nest we thought we had, but they also took the time to check our yard for more nests.
