Larry was very responsive when I called and very friendly/personable. He’s clearly a family man and cares about taking care of his customers. He came out 2 days later when it had stopped raining. He walked through the house and explained things that we could do to help with our spider problem (dehumidifier, etc.) and then said he would spray on the exterior of our house as well as in the basement. I’m so glad we called him - when he got done he said “you have A LOT of spiders” - so you know it was bad...that was a week ago and I haven’t seen a spider outside by our entry doors or inside since! Best money I’ve ever spent! Will call him again next season.

I had a great experience with Larry from West Side Pest Solution. I had a million carpenter ants and pavement ants everywhere and contacted 3 companies from Angie's List. Larry contacted me same day and came to my house within 2 or 3 days to treat (he could have come earlier, but I had a work conflict). He let me know his treatment was guaranteed through the end of the year when he left. My ant problem was basically solved immediately, however I saw a couple of ants this weekend (one month after treatment) and emailed him. He responded almost immediately and re-treated and spot treated problem areas the same day. He was friendly, professional and a great price. I will definitely use again and recommend his business to others.

It's been 1 week since Dave Sr. was out to spray for the ants. We have not seen a single one after weeks of seeing ants in the kitchen and other locations almost every day. Hopefully we are rid of them for good - we'll see.

Setting up an appointment is easy enough. Put in a call, had a brief conversation regarding most pressing issues (Ants, Box Elders, Lady Beatles) and was provided a suggested treatment schedule / plan. There are no subscription or contracts to deal with so very easy in that respect. Larry stopped out at scheduled time, provided some background info on the what and why of bug problems and then proceeded to apply the treatment. Will definitely be using again.

Great - very professional, punctual, and guaranteed work for a year

We had hired West Side Pest Solutions last year to help us with a mouse problem. They came out and set some traps and found an entry point that they stopped up. It didn't seem like that stopped the problem so they came out a second time (no charge) and found a different entry point. Since then no problems. This time we had them spray for outdoor pests. We had wasps, ants, Asian beetles and a few others. Since they sprayed, these pests have disappeared. The Larrys (Senior and Junior) are both great to work with. They came when they said they would be here, did what they said they would do, for the price that they quoted and came back promptly (with the mouse issue) when the first round didn't completely resolve the issue. They get my highest rating for a service. Obviously I liked them enough after the first time to hire them again for a different issue.

Larry called me back the same day. He was on time for our appointment the following day. He quickly assessed the problem and began to treat with chemicals both outside and inside our home. He was kind and patient with our dogs and provided information about how to keep them safe from the chemicals.

They were awesome! They were punctual, very responsive, funny, and very knowledgeable about getting rid of ants and bugs. They came out three separate times to spray the walls and do the outside as well. They even went above and beyond by spraying a inactive hornets nest in our saufet!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!!

I had a problem with snakes in my home (garage and actually INSIDE the house). I called and Larry (?) spent about 45 minutes me with me talking about the nature of snakes, how and why they enter homes and a strategy for keeping them out. He was understanding and professional. I highly recommend this company!

It went VERY well! Larry & his son explained the problem. We have had paper wasps in our home for at least 3 years. They appear in the spring & come in through our exterior walls & the frames of our windows. They did a thorough job inspecting the exterior of our home & the wasps are gone? They will need to return in the fall to spray again. Excellent company!

I bought the year guarantee and unfortunately, I had to call them about 4 times within the year due to re-infestation. However, every time they were very responsive and helpful. Part of the issue is that my house is old and needs some new windowsills so there's only so much that can be done until those are replaced. Overall, I was pleased with how they handled the situation and would hire again.

I had evidence of mice in my home and Larry and Larry of West Side were able to locate where the rodents were entering my home, plug the entry point and stop those nasty rodents from entering. All for a very reasonable, low price. They are amazing.

Very good. They sealed outside corner where we believe they were getting access and set traps to kill any that were in the house.

Larry was amazing! He discovered a lot more "breaches" around our house than we thought we had, and sealed them up. He set traps and instructed me to empty them, as we "will catch mice" now that they are trapped inside. We did. Caught them for another week and haven't seen any signs since. Larry was VERY thorough in his examination of our house. Highly recommend him and their comapany!
