Larry was incredibly nice and professional and really went the extra mile for us. He offered suggestions for ways to fix our foundation/siding so that we wouldn't have mice in the future and offered to inspect our handiwork when we had finished. He followed up on his promise, inspecting our work less than 24 hours after I notified him that we had finished. We will not hesitate to use Larry for any future needs and would recommend him to anyone looking. Should probably also mention that it has now been 3 months and we are still mouse-free.

Had proposed three different dates for service, but Larry e-mailed that he'd be here the next morning, which indeed he was--had finished dealing with the hornets before we were out of bed!

Larry was extremely responsive after we purchased the Agie's List deal. Within an hour he had responded to confirm a date for service and to confirm what we needed. He was on time and performed the work we had requested. When complete, he gave me a recap and confirmed what work was done. Great guy to work with!

While mowing, after being chased and stung multiple times by yellow jacket wasps living in a Comcast power box on my property I felt it should be Comcast's responsibility to take care of this. This box is here because of an easement, so I had no choice, and I am not a Comcast customer. They, of course, would take no responsibility. These were very aggressive wasps, so I called West Side and they were here the next morning and got rid of them. Then, a couple of days later I was stung again, twice, in the backyard. That same day I also noticed a nest in a tree in front of my house, so I called West Side again and Larry came back the same day and took care of both of these, although at first he couldn't find the nest in the back until he literally stepped on an old stump where they were. There were three different kinds of wasps in total. I was afraid to even go outside. I am very appreciative of the fast and extremely reasonable cost for two separate trips. Thank you!

We have been bothered all summer with yellow jackets around our house. First they were under our deck and we couldn't use the deck. We were able to get rid of them ourselves from that location but then they moved to the front of our house right next to the porch in the gutter. I found an add on Angies List and the company called me within hours of placing my order and came out the next day and treated the nest. We were impressed with the knowledge the exterminator had and are so happy that we hired a professional to do the job. Now the yellow jackets are gone and we can get back to enjoying summer. It was well worth the price and that wasn't bad either. We would recommend this company and would use it again if we needed to.

He came the same day that I called. He asked about the problem, listened well and told me how he was going to stop the ants. He went all around the house and gazebo then came inside and went on all floors. The next day my doorbell rang and he came back because it had rained 2 hours after he had sprayed and he was concerned that the rain could have washed away the outside spray. He sprayed the outside again at no cost. What a great company. Everyone should hire them. Best of all the ants are gone.

Tried to treat a hornet nest on my own and only ended up with them in my house! Then on top of that found a second nest on my house. Larry was quick to respond and treat the nests. He also did a great job educating us on the dos and don'ts of dealing with hornets in the future. Very happy with his service and the hornets were all dead within a few hours. Next time I have a hornets nest I will just be calling Larry and not trying to deal with it on my own!

Could not have asked for better service. So friendly and flexible. They were able to come a day earlier than originally scheduled due to bad weather in the forecast. Spoke at length about the house and have not had any ants since. Excellent work!

I called and left a message for Larry this morning.........he called back within 30 minutes, and was here at 2pm the same day as promised. There is a bees nest right above the front door, but tucked up in the garage eaves where we can not get at it, and there are some type of sand hornets that burrow in the flower beds along the walkways. The bees were getting into our bathrooms through the shower fan vents, and the sand hornets were dive bombing us and the dog when we would use the walkway. Yikes! He was in and out within 30 minutes. Super nice guy, no surprise charges, will definitely use him again if we have any more "visitors" . THANKS LARRY!!!!

A++ experience. Larry may have set the record for the fastest response. Sent him an email message early on a Sunday morning, he responded within 3 minutes and we set up an appointment for next day. Arrived right on time, took care of the the wasp nest that was inside of my walls, provided some suggestions and answered my questions. He easily could have talked me into spending more money on treatments, but he told me they were unnecessary. Larry should be in the service hall of fame!

Within an hour or so after selecting and paying for the coupon on Angie's List, Larry returned the call as he was finishing another customer and would be driving past our area. He was able to stop over and take care of all of our wasps and hornets. I was leaving the house when he arrived but had time to show him the large hornet's nest in a bush I had been pruning. I pointed out several other small wasp nests and Larry identified several other nests including a very active yellow jacket nest under our deck. He was easy to talk to and had no problem with taking care of everything. He has helped us once before with a mouse and we were amazed with his ability to identify the exact problem area and then quickly take care of it. When I arrived home, it was wonderful to see that all of the nests were gone and I have not seen any bees since. Great service! Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. The cost is very fair and it beats trying to deal with the pests ourselves.

We thought that we had carpenter ants flying through the house. Larry came out the day after I called him. He took one look at a dead ant and said, "You don't have carpenter ants. You don't have a problem." I appreciated the time he took to come out and evaluate what we thought was going to be a bad invasion of carpenter ants.. He told us that we had pavement ants that got into the house but they don't cause trouble. They would go away in a couple days he said. And they did. Thanks Larry for being honest.

Very thorough! We walked around the house and he pointed out areas mice could get in. We walked inside as well but didn't see a clear mouse problem. Advised I set some traps and keep a watch on certain areas. Treated the whole house for ants and took care of a wasp nest inside the brick Dave of the house. Took the time to explain everything, including when to be on the look out for different types of pests.

I received a call after contacting them via Angie's List message. They were able to come out same day in the evening since they were in town on other jobs. He arrived on time and discussed what issues I was having. Started spraying my problem areas and discovered bees nest. He took care of that issue today as well.

Came to our address twice as our moving sale opened the same time of appt and there were so many people he did not want to expose people as there was wind. Very admirable!!! Excellent service and would WestSide Pest Solutions again!!

First of all Larry is the absolute best! He is a very nice guy, very professional. He knows how to get the job done. He treated a wasps next in my cedar roof. I was gone when he came, but he made it happen! Larry you rock!

Larry, the owner of this family-owned business, offered to come out to address several questions I had raised on the phone. He shared his expertise with me on any number of issues, including some suggestions for a do-it-yourself solution that would save me money versus hiring him to do the work. It was an example of the kind of service that is rare these days - his concern was helping me address my problems with bees in our backyard - not trying to figure out how to make money off me. We called to have someone check our ant problem and Larry came out a couple of hours after we called. He walked around the yard and our home and garage and confirmed that we had a lot of carpenter ants. We had tried several things to get rid of them ourselves but nothing was working. Larry sprayed and within 2 days all ants were gone. I have not seen anything since. I will definitely be calling him back next year to keep thing under control.

It was great- Larry was extremely helpful. He sprayed the house, explained what he was doing, and assured me we would not have any additional problems. 1 month later- no problems!

It took a week or two for the ants to dissipate, which was what I had been told would happen. One year later and I haven't noticed any ant activity in our backyard and our house is happily ant-free. Super happy that it was a longer term solution.

Provider arrived on time, provided what he was going to do, educated us on the ant issue and calmed our fears regarding carpenter ants. He explained that our efforts actually made the problem worse... After a couple of days, the ants are all gone! We will certainly use this provider again.
