We moved in here a year ago, August, and we had quite a mouse problem but since Larry came out we haven’t had any problems. No mice, no nothing. We are very pleased and we will continue to use them.

Larry was great. We were having landscaping done when we discovered the nest late in the afternoon. Larry was able to come out the next day to treat the nest so that the landscaper could finish the edging/sod.

I can't say enough good things about the service West Side provided. Larry & his son came out right away the day after I called, were extremely professional, extremely thorough (climbing around my house, garage, and foundation even though it was -20 degrees (!)), and provided me with a multi-tier solution to the mouse issue (plugging a few potential entry points, setting traps, placing external bait). I was thrilled with all they did, and at a very reasonable cost. They also provide a guarantee for their service. So this summer when I discovered a mouse in my basement, I called and again they were right back out (and at no charge). This time they found a hole between my front step and concrete landing in front of my house, which they couldn't have found in the winter due to the snow, and plugged that (and replaced /set traps, etc.). And while he was here, he also proactively took care of some wasps nests he had noticed (I hadn't mentioned them). They are really nice guys, really professional experts, and stand by their service to ensure their clients are happy. I'd highly recommend them and will use them for any future needs...

He was friendly, professional and punctual. He did a good job explaining how ants live and why they do what they do. He also took a mirror and looked under my siding to see if mice were entering in to a part of my home (because I saw a mouse when moving things so he could spray).

I sent West Side Pest Solutions a message via Angie's List on Sunday 10/11/15 stating my problem area and that I needed his pest control services again. I was not expecting a reply until sometime on Monday or Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message reply just a couple hours later stating that he would be here the next afternoon. Rain and wind prevented him from applying treatment so he sent a note letting me know he would not be out but will arrive first thing Tuesday morning. As promised, Larry arrived early morning and sprayed around my home. Always professional and punctual. I will continue to use West Side Pest Solutions. I trust their service.

He was just amazing. He said the ants should go away within a week or so and that if they came back at all to call him, he was just really nice, punctual, knew what he was doing, didn't treat me like I was wasting his time (a lot of contractors do), and they really did go away immediately and I haven't seen a single ant since July. If I ever had an issue again at this house or another I would call him immediately.

I'm kind of mad at them. We bought a new house and had them come out to look at stuff. My husband asked them, "Do you think the house ever had a mouse problem?" He was like, "No. You're good." And then a few other people started coming out and looking around and there was a huge mouse infestation in the basement. A pest guy should have caught that, right? He should have seen the holes in the insulation and mouse tracks in the basement. If you're a pest guy you probably should pick up on that. He just came here and sprayed stuff for spiders and he was gone.

Larry stopped out and did an awesome job. Very knowledgeable and found the exact spots the mice were entering our home. We had one more mouse show up a few weeks after he first showed up, but he stopped out right away and did a double check. No visitors since. Would definitely use West Side again.

I purchased the special on spraying for ants after I saw some large winged ants around the house/yard. Larry came out on the day that I requested and sprayed around the exterior of the house, garage and the yard. I had showed him one of the ants that I caught and he confirmed that it was a carpenter ant. Larry was very professional and friendly. He located the probable origin of the carpenter ants and explained that my home was within their range; however, since the origin was not on my property, he couldn't spray them there. So far I haven't seen anymore ants.

Larry was great! He responded quickly to my call, and was able to come out the next day. He confirmed that we only had one next on the property, and was able to take care of the issue within 15 minutes, while being careful not to contaminate any of the flowers nearby. I appreciated the time Larry spent to chat with me about the type of hornets we had, and his guarantee to return if any remained. Needless to say, that wasn't required as he did a great job the first time. I would gladly reach out to Larry again if needed.

I located West Side Pest Solutions from "the Big Deal" offering. A prompt return email and telephone call from Larry (Sr) set our appointment in motion and within 24 hours we were free of our Yellowjacket friends who had set up residency in the suspended ceiling in our home. Larry found and treated the outside entry point and inspected the inside area discovering the indoor basketball sized nest in our lower level suspended ceiling. A fogging of the area allowed him to open the ceiling and remove the large sized nest. Time from arrival to departure was about 1 hour. Larry followed up with an email that same evening detailing what our next steps as a homeowner should be to eliminate the access point. We are VERY pleased with the entire experience and definitely recommend West Side Pest Solutions to those seeking pest control services.

It was a prepaid service for spraying around the house, but he had no problems to also sprayed on the flat roof, around the 3 large skylights, inside the garage and most importantly, on two nest of yellow jackets that he found. Great service and a great and cordial person

Larry knows what he's doing. It didn't take him long to identify the problem and take care of it. We could hear the wasps in the wall and were preparing to be gone for a few days so we were very appreciative that he handled our issue quickly and professionally.

I had Called and got a hold of Larry asked about the bees nest and he said he would be out later that day. I was at work when he arrived but, the bees nest was gone in fact he took care of ants I had i my shed at no extra cost. I am extremely pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use them again.

Service was excellent. We knew of one wasp nest in our gutter on the 2nd story and were unsure if there were more. We have had a lot of wasp activity in the yard and wanted to make sure this was taken care of. I called a larger outfit and they wanted almost 3x what West Side Pest Solutions had advertised on Angie's List. I called West Side Pest Solutions and Larry Jr. was able to fit us in same day. He took his time to inspect the property and educate me on the different types of wasps in Minnesota. He inspected all of the gutters and located a second nest. Larry treated both nests and now the wasps are gone! Very pleasant to work with, highly recommended!

Larry went above and beyond with his service call. He effectively treated our exterior for yellow jackets, ants, and even spotted an issue where a mouse had chewed a small hole and patched it up for us so we didn't have any future issues. I'm a loyal West Side customer because of this appointment!!

Had hornet wasp nest in-ground. I bought the $119 hornet wasp coupon, they called on the same day, scheduled visit for the next day. They really tried to understand the issue over the phone, and called from the job site as I was at work. Very professional, prompt, and effective - the wasps are gone.

I'd just moved into my new house and discovered an active wasp nest under an eave. I purchased the service as part of an Angie's list deal. Having just moved, I'd forgotten to update my address, so Bill (I'm horrible with names, but I'm pretty sure that was his name) went to my old house, which I felt terrible about. He was so nice about it, though. The old house was in Eden Prairie and I was in Bloomington. He drove up without a complaint and was so friendly. I had expected him to be a bit crabby after the address mix up. He not only got rid of the nest I had called him on, but he discovered a possible nest inside one of the roof gable vents and sprayed up in there as well. The nasty buggers are now completely gone. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others. Amazing service!

They were fantastic! I had contacted them to schedule an appointment and asked for an appointment within a day or two which I thought could be unrealistic. They were very quick to respond to me and just as quick to get out to the house. They were very polite and great price compared to other pest control places I have called. I know people who have used them in the past as well and all say positive things. i would highly recommend them!

I called and he was there within two hours. He exterminated both the hornets and the ants. It's been a month and there is no sign they are returning. I would highly recommend!

Awesome. He was responsive and removed it along with a lot of advice on that particular type of Hornet's nest.
